Welcome to our home! We’re Fernando and Nancy, the proud owners and hosts of this cozy retreat located in the highly sought-after Salt Pond Golf Club Community. Since 2005, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting families, and many of our guests have returned year after year, creating lasting memories with us.

Our home is just 1.5 miles from the vibrant shops, boardwalk, and beaches of downtown Bethany Beach. Nestled in a peaceful community, you’re within walking distance to the Salt Pond Community Center, Golf Club, small driving range, Hocker's grocery store, and a growing selection of restaurants and shops.

The house faces East, offering front-row views of breathtaking sunrises and the vibrant morning sun from anywhere at the back of the house. Mornings are truly our favorite time of day!

With 1,700 sq. ft of living space, our single-story home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a screened porch, a sunny deck, and a large backyard that backs up to the 5th hole of the Salt Pond golf course. Perfect for up to 10 guests, this home is ideal for family gatherings and vacations. We affectionately call it our “Cottage on the Green.”

Your rental includes 6 passes to the Salt Pond Community and Recreation Center (required for guests 16+). The home features a driveway with space for 4 cars, but with its prime location, you'll find many amenities just a short walk away!

For every week rented during peak season, you can enjoy 1 free week in the off-season by only paying the cleaning fee. It's a great way to plan a fall or spring getaway! If our rental rate feels a bit high for your budget, feel free to reach out via VRBO messaging. We’re happy to work with you on pricing.

Booking Details:

• Restrictions: We prohibit smoking, pets, and large parties. Salt Pond is a very quiet, friendly, and respectful neighborhood.

• Fees: Our fees include: nightly rates, 6 clubhouse passes, cleaning, and Vrbo management fees.

• High Season (Late Spring/Early Fall): From the first Saturday in June through the last Saturday in September, we only book Saturday to Saturday fixed blocks (7 nights). Check-in is at 2 pm, Check-out at 10 am sharp. We offer electronic key locks.

• Low Season (Early Fall/Late Spring): From the last Saturday in September through the first Saturday in June, you can book any 3-night floating block. Check-in and Check-out times are flexible.
