Living and outdoor lifeThe living room is bright and spacious, with large windows that bring the water indoors. The comfortable seating area with flat-screen TV is the perfect place to unwind after a day outside. Sliding doors lead to the covered terrace, furnished with a large dining table, a wooden lounge set and a rocking chair.

From the terrace, you look out over the harbour, and the villa enjoys morning, afternoon and evening sun. Sun loungers and a parasol are ready in the garden, and thanks to the swimming ladder you can slip into the water straight from your own garden on warm days.

KitchenThe modern open-plan kitchen with cooking island is made for people who love to cook. It features an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, Quooker and Nespresso coffee machine, plus a fridge with freezer compartment and a separate freezer.
