The property features heating with heat pumps and hot/cold air split units. In the entrance coffee area, you’ll find a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and mini-fridge; kettle and coffee machine are available for an extra fee.



Just 150 m from the main station to Florence and Bologna, you’re steps from the center and attractions like Teatro Metastasio, Politeama, Textile Museum, Castello dell’Imperatore, and Manifatture Digitali Cinema. Parking for bikes, cars, and motorcycles is available for an extra fee.



Check-in and check-out by appointment, also outside regular hours for an extra fee. One pet is allowed with an extra cleaning fee. Events and indoor smoking are not permitted.
