We're excited to share our home with you. We purchased this 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom mountain retreat in 2014. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and TV for maximum privacy and flexibility during your stay. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms; one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. The bottom level has the bunk beds room with a twin/ double bunk as well as a twin/twin bunk. The main level features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, a bathroom, large dining table, flat screen TV, DVD player, and TWO outside decks, one with a new big Jacuzzi on it (2017).

We want your stay to be really pleasant. We offer free wi-fi, free access to Netflix on the TVs, a laundry room with washer/dryer, ski storage, games, and opportunities to make lots of memories! The bus route is 75 yards down the street and it is an 8 minute bus ride to Peak 9 (the bus will also take you to the Gondola if you'd like). During the summer, there are hiking and biking trails right out the front door and downtown and Main Street is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill. We decided to give our yard over to native plants and to stop mowing. Native plants require less water and maintenance than nonnative varieties and provide more food sources for birds as our warming planet changes their habitats. So, not mowing is a simple and great thing people can do for the environment. Plus, mowing produces carbon.

Making Memories w/ our college kids!

This property was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space. We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. We skied Breck and Keystone. We hit a lot of good local restaurants and enjoyed the downtown bars and shopping. The hosts were very prompt when we had a question. Great place to stay we would stay there again!

Family ski trip

Check in & out was super simple. The owner was very easy to get ahold of with questions. The hot tub was perfect! They had a very well stocked kitchen & plenty of pillows & blankets to cuddle with. The garage was a nice amenity for ski gear. Price range was great. Very convenient to the Free bus!

Thanksgiving family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving spent in Breckenridge. The property was clean and comfortable for 6 of us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we also enjoyed walking into town. The hot tub was an awesome way to enjoy the evenings. We would stay here again!!

My teenage boys asked, "can we just move here" as soon as we walked in the house. The property has a very comfortable and familiar feel. You are very close to downtown Breckenridge, but the area is quiet with little traffic.

Perfect House

Casa Montana is a perfect house for 1 large or 2 small families. Kids loved the bunk room and big hot tub. Can't beat the convenience of the ski shuttle pickup just a few steps down the road. Will be looking to rent this house again next year.

Fabulous Breckenridge home

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this well-equipped house. Used the hot tub liberally, went skiing, snow-shoeing, went to the rec center, hiked Boreas Pass, and enjoyed the snow in the comfort of a lovely home. 3 generations, and lots for everyone to do. And the home is well-located, well-appointed, and Kevin was very attentive and responsive. A very gracious house, gracious host, and lovely place to station yourself in Summit County. We'd come back again.

Great Place and Great Location

A group of six adults stayed here over new years and the place was perfect. It was great for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen worked out perfectly for cooking breakfast before hitting the slopes in the morning. The place is only a couple hundred feet away from Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop, so it was super convenient to take the short bus ride into town. The only problem was we had to leave to go back home :(

The house was perfect! Bus route practically in front of house. Lots of trails and was able to walk to town. Breckinridge is beautiful and tons to do. Our last day a Mother and baby moose visited right in the back yard! What a sight to see! A++

Great Location in Quiet Neighborhood

Kevin answered all of the questions that came to mind from the time we booked until after we checked in. Thank you! The private hot tub on the deck was wonderful, clean and HOT! We loved it! Catching the shuttle was great except leaving the base at the end of the ski day. We realize we were there during the busiest week of the season, so we adapted! Had everything we needed. Given the opportunity, weā€™ll be back for another stay!

Great Ski Trip Spring Break Getaway!

We stayed in March for our spring break skiing trip! The condo was great and had essentials including a spacious hot tub, stocked pantry items, and a GREAT location to the shuttle! It was a great place to hang out as well as had plenty of sleeping locations! I would definitely recommend brining a humidifier (they had 1) as it got dry during the winter! We had 3 couples and the bunk bed was spacious enough for 1 adult couple to sleep on. Everything was great! Kevin was extremely responsive and helpful!

The property was nice and conveniently located to the shuttle, which takes you around Breckinridge. The property was nicely equipped to satisfy all your needs. One thing for the manager to review would be the stove which had a missing handle, which the gas was on the stove when we arrived (the entire place smelled of gas). Also look at the dryer, understanding that the dryer is a plus, but the dryer didnā€™t dry properly. Overall a good place to stay. And would recommend this to friends

A perfect week in the mountains!

Thank you for sharing your home with us! The location is easy access to main street on the shuttle that has a stop very close to the house. It's a great home with a downstairs bedroom that can sleep 5. 3 teenage girls stayed in that room and enjoyed having their own little retreat. The hot tub was a hit each night after long bike rides and hikes. The owners were super responsive to all questions and timely in those responses. We'd definitely return. Breckenridge is a great destination with so many fun summer adventures. Thank you!!

First time in snow-this is the place.

Iā€™ve never gone anywhere out of the South. Casa Montana was a beautiful and quiet place. It felt just like home. Kevin literally provides all the necessary starter amenities youā€™ll need. Do not go to the grocery store until you check out the pantry first. The heated floors were so nice. I would stay at this place over and over again. Literally 5 minutes from town with a cute little market. 20 minutes from a Walmart. Hot tub was perfect. Everything was A++++++. Thank you again!

Incredible house in great location!

This property was wonderful! My group of 9 fit comfortably in the house. The hot tub was the greatest perk, along with the very close proximity to the shuttles. The garage was great for storing our boards and skis. The entrance to the house provides room to hang up all your gear. There were tons of extra sheets and towels in the house. Everything in the kitchen worked good. The only thing that could be added is Tupperware to store leftovers. The bedrooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and there was tons of extra blankets and towels. Great washer and drier! I absolutely recommend this property!

Functional spaceā€¦but needs a little TLC.

We had a great time in Breck and our stay at the property was good. The layout and hot tub were great, but the property needs some TLC. The windows old and didnā€™t work well at all; the handle was completely broken on one and that window was partially open when we arrived. The carpet was a bit sad looking, but seemed clean enough. A few little annoying things like a broken toilet paper holder, slow draining tub, the window handle/crank and really cheap window blinds. A few minor updates and fixes and the place would be great.

I have a beautiful wife and three beautiful kids who all love to ski. I retired from a career of U.S. Government service in 2014 and started my own consulting business, XK GROUP. Living in Washington, DC, we get out to Colorado as often as we can, but it makes sense to us to share our home with others rather than to leave it vacant for most of the year.

Our house is in the perfect location. It's in Breckenridge, but not right downtown. It is a short, 75 yard walk to the bus stop and the free bus takes you anywhere in town you want to go. You can also walk downtown, if you want. During the summer, you can walk or bike to town in less than 10 minutes to enjoy the festivals and restaurants the town has to offer. In the Winter, we pull our ski boots on, throw our skis over our shoulders, and clomp downhill 75 yards to the free bus stop. Five to ten minutes later, we are clicking into our bindings and are on the slopes at Peak 9. The neighborhood around the house is private and very quiet. The river and Four Ponds are just down the street and Maggie Pond is a four minute bus ride away. Our family loves being this close to the ski slopes and town, but also being where we can enjoy the privacy of a nice little neighborhood

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We bought this house in 2014 and made some renovations. We have tried to provide all the comforts we have at home so that our vacation is really a vacation! The big living area, with two couches, a fireplace, the kitchen island, the dining room table, and the hot tub off the deck make for a great atmosphere to hang out together on vacation. Then, when folks head back to their bedrooms for a bit of privacy, each has their own bathroom and television. The location is perfect... Not quite downtown with all the noise and issues, but close enough that you can walk downtown, or jump on the free bus, and be there in minutes.
