Step in and relax at the beautiful coastal getaway! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home is the perfect place to escape for a few days with family and friends. Inside this 1800 sqft home you will find a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room features cathedral ceilings, a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is a chief’s delight with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an island with additional seating. The first bedroom is a perfect place for kids with 3 beds (Full & 2 Singles). The master bedroom features a California King Bed and private balcony with Ocean and Rock views. The backyard completes this home offering a Spa to relax in, along with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining for 6 guests. This home has everything you could want for your next vacations.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We were very delighted with the beautiful home we stayed in. It was comfy and seemed like you were "home away from home". The owner was extremely helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic stay

We had a great four night stay at this property. It is very conveniently located but still feels quiet and private. The multiple decks front and back were a real treat. The home is outfitted with everything you could want and was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Check in/out were very easy. This was an outstanding property that gets my highest recommendation.

Great stay!

This was a great home and met all our needs. Very family friendly, complete with kids books and a few toys. All the logistics were made easy. Would totally stay again!

Mixup with reservation (we had a dog) so moved from a nice place to a 2nd home.Home was ok - older, dated interior, but we still enjoyed the stay.Weather didn’t help though.

Great Getaway

We had a fabulous time staying here. My kids thoroughly loved the toys and books in the home, and my husband and I enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook meals at the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It is very comfortable and well suited for a weekend away. The property is well stocked and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it's a good location for exploring in the Morro Bay area. We look forward to coming again someday!

Family friendly

Great property to stay with little ones. Lots of fun toys for them to play with and enjoy. At night we were able to relax and unwind in the hot tub which was perfect !

Lovely house in Morro Bay

Perfect for our family of 4. The house was very cute and comfortable. We only stayed for the weekend but could tell it had all the necessary amenities for a longer stay. Location was great. Would definitely recommend this property and are already planning a return trip to escape the heat and enjoy beautiful Morro Bay.

Morro Bay Retreat

We are from the LA area and did a staycation in Morro Bay for the weekend. This rental is well appointed, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated the convenience of being centrally located and close to cute downtown Morro Bay. Would definitely rent again.

Peaceful

We only stayed 3 nights but it was a very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town. Had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. We would stay there again in the future.

Amazing Space!

A perfect base to enjoy all that Morro Bay has to offer and retire to after a long day! Immaculately maintained and a very welcoming house, killer backyard and hot tub! I think we spent more time on the back patio than anywhere else!

A Perfect Location/Home

My daughter, granddaughter and I visited this property for the third time and had a peaceful, relaxing, lovely stay. The home is beautiful and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub! The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The tiny City of Morro Bay has wonderful shops and restaurants. We enjoyed hiking, and visiting the Rock. We will schedule a fourth visit next summer.

Great trip for our family

We had a wonderful stay in your comfortable home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed all the toys, games and the Wii. The living area was very spacious with lots of seating for our family of five. A great location on a quiet street. Would definitely book again if we ever decide to come back to Morro Bay. Thank you!

Great spot for a family or friend group!

House was great and we had a lovely stay! Had a few minor things that could have really pushed this to 5 stars - one was lack of coffee. They had a keurig and regular coffee maker but only a few pods and no other coffee for our multi-day stay. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, cutting boards and other gadgets. Loved that the home was within walking distance of the waterfront too.

Pleasant family home

Property is well suited for a small family. Quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. The gas fireplace is fantastic, and the open living room/dining room/kitchen is beautiful! There is not a closet in the master bedroom which is inconvenient for someone that prefers to hang clothes. A thorough cleaning of the outdoor spaces would make them more inviting.

Perfect Home for Spring Break

We had a great time. The home was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We found everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to the beach and down town. Ian, the manager is very helpful. He gave us a very clear instruction for check in, and responded all our questions promptly via email. He also extended our check out time to accommodate our schedule. We all enjoyed the place very much and will definitely come back.

Morro Bay vacation

House was great. The kitchen and living room areas were open and very nice. It was more then enough space for my family. The skylights in the house, and backyard have the biggest spiders I have ever seen. The spa had bugs and looked dirty, so we didn’t use it. I liked this house a lot, just needs to be sprayed for spiders.

Amazing property management

The property management company is amazing! Above and beyond. My 4yo left his favorite stuffy on accident and I called in a panic when we realized. They went over the very next morning and searched. They found it hidden on the bookshelf of all places and shipped it that same day. I am so appreciative- they saw bed the day

My two sisters and my best friend stayed at this house to celebrate my 50th Birthday.

The house was great. Checking in was super easy. Location was very easy to find and is just a short walk down to the shops and restaurants at the harbor. One thing I did notice that should be addressed is that all the plants in the house are dusty and need to be cleaned. Another detail that would be a great and simple addition is to have shampoo , conditioner and coffee for the guest at the house. One other thing is the placement of the hot tub is right next to the neighbors bedroom window, she did come over and ask us to keep our voices down because they could hear everything 🙄 but she was nice enough and all worked out . I would stay here again .

O.K. property

Beautful and comfortable property with nice cool breezes! however, entire property need thorough deep cleaning. showers have embedded grime aroung edges. Time to replace sheets and bedding. we were 4 adults and queen bunk in second bedroom is not suitable for adults. seemed very unstable and terribly uncomfortable. managment very friendly and made unit available a few hours early for us!
