Please note this property has 2 twin bunk beds, the top bunks are for use by children, no adults are allowed on the top bunk. The property sleeps 16 total, however due to the bunk beds, only 14 adults.

Off-Season rates are based on occupancy of up to 12 guests. Additional guests, up to the maximum occupancy of 16, are subject to a $75 per person, per night fee. This fee is reflected in pricing on our direct-booking website. VRBO pricing does not include additional occupancy fees, which will be disclosed and confirmed prior to booking acceptance.
