Welcome to Villa Paradiso, an exceptional 10-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom luxury beach home designed for unforgettable family vacations and multi-generational getaways. Located just a short walk from the beach, this spectacular three-story retreat offers over 6,000 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, combining upscale finishes with resort-style amenities.

The open-concept main level features a chef's kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, expansive dining and gathering spaces, multiple comfortable living areas, and a first-floor king suite for added convenience. With numerous king suites, spacious guest rooms, and bunk rooms designed for children, Villa Paradiso comfortably accommodates large families while offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Step outside to your own private outdoor oasis featuring a heated pool, screened lanai with outdoor dining and lounge seating, a gas fireplace, outdoor television, outdoor shower, and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for enjoying sunny beach days and relaxing evenings together.

Additional amenities include SONOS sound throughout, beverage bars, dual laundry areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and thoughtfully designed spaces for gathering, entertaining, or simply unwinding. Ideally situated near the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Dewey Beach, Rehoboth Beach, and Lewes, Villa Paradiso offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal convenience.

Pet Friendly: We welcome up to two dogs with prior approval. A pet fee applies.

After a last-minute cancellation with another company, our family of 12 had to find a place to accommodate us. We were extremely lucky to find this home available, which it rarely is! It was beautiful, spotless, and close to the beach. We had the best time. The pool was beautifully landscaped and was perfect for our grandchildren. We were lucky to have met Marcia, too!

Amazing house, great staff

This was our third consecutive year at Villa Paradiso and we will be back in 2027. The house itself is amazing - easily accommodating 15 people without feeling crowded, and just a two-block walk from the beach. And the staff led by Danielle is responsive and helpful at all times. We had family members coming from six different states and the group had a wonderful week at a house designed to bring a large group together very comfortably. Highly recommend . . . .

We stayed in this lovely home with 20 members of my family, ranging in age from 9 months to 91. We had a wonderful stay! A few issues popped up and Michelle took care of everything! She was a great communicator from start to finish, promptly responding to my questions and handling everything from my initial questions when I found the house on VRBO until the day we checked out. I thought I would be bummed about the size of the bathrooms, but as it turned out, we were enjoying the beach, the pool and the area all day so all we needed was a wake up refresh and a shower at the end of the day! The smaller sized bathrooms turned out to be non-issues. If we don't need a bigger house next year, we'll be back!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home with an excellent location! As soon as we got there, we could tell how much this home was taken care of with it being so clean and ready for our stay. Being across the street from the little market made access to breakfast, lunches, and baked goods easy. The short walk to the beach was a plus for our family. Having the beach during the day and the heated pool for the afternoons/nights made relaxing something we just had to do! My children enjoyed the easy access to the shops, boardwalk, mini golf, and outlets. Whether it was rain or shine, there was so much to do in such a short distance! We can't wait to return to hit all the places we missed during our stay, but most of all, we can't wait to stay at the Villa Paradiso again!

Very clean, well outfitted large home great for large families. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal here and were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped the kitchen was. Would love to return to the home in season to experience the great back yard and proximity to beach.

Fabulous house and location

This home has it all for large groups! The house itself is stunning on every floor. Beautiful screened in patio, and lots of space. Very clean and kitchen was stocked.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is our second time staying in Villa Paradiso and it was another perfect stay! What a beautiful home with every amenity you need. It also is the perfect location to walk to restaurants, the beach, and coffee/breakfast/lunch next door at Fifer's. We also enjoyed our time poolside in the backyard as well! All the staff at Luxury Villas by the Sea also made booking a breeze and were very helpful with any questions before and during our stay. We hope to be back again!!

Family Beach Trip for 19

The property was very well equipped for our entire family ranging from 3-84 years of age, along with our dog. It was perfect because it had a pool, and was close to the beach. It was also biking/walking distance to the boardwalk. For those that wanted to shop there were plenty of outlet stores close by.

Beautiful home

We all enjoyed our week at this home. It was beautiful and comfortably fit all of us. There was an issue with the hot water on the third floor which the owner and property manager worked diligently to correct.

Amazing house

This house is truly beautiful and easily accommodates large groups. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful for little kids, and the ocean is just down the street. Marcia is a great owner, and the reservation and check-in process is very capably managed by Jordan who was extremely responsive and professional. Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Perfect Retreat!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amazing communication leading up to our stay. However, when we walked into the house, we were blown away to say the least. Every detail in every space was perfect and beautiful. We were able to have the entire family there (4 seperate families) and not feel cramped at all! Our mom's 90th birthday weekend was amazing in large part to the perfect property where we spent the weekend.

Beautiful large Dewey Beach home! Perfect set up with open kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Short 2 1/2 blocks to beach and across from Fifer’s market. Pool was perfect for after beach and littles. Favorite was huge dining room table that lets us enjoy fabulous family dinners together! Had a few bumps that were addressed and construction noise next door, but didn’t deter us from a great week!

Beautiful Spacious Family Holiday Home

My family and extended family had a wonderful week in this large, spacious North Dewey Beach home. From cleanliness to decor, it was a beautiful home top to bottom. The large open gourmet kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor was perfect for our large family gatherings. The pool was a bonus for the after beach afternoons. The property was in a great location and only 2 short blocks to the beach and also next door to a lovely fresh market. The owner was very responsive to any questions and issues we had and took care of it immediately. It really was a perfect home for our holiday week!

Great (Big) Family Stay

Overall, an amazing, beautiful home for a big group to enjoy time together! I love how this home allowed space for each person, but ground level brings everyone together! Great outdoor area and just a quick walk (2 short blocks) to the beach! Great location to the fun Dewey Beach has to offer and very short drive (or bike ride) to the Boardwalk. The only complaint would be the beds/mattresses. I know everyone has their preferences, but in general the consensus was they were too hard/uncomfortable. Management company was very responsive to the minor needs throughout the stay. Highly recommended this place for large group.

Best week!

We had our extended family stay here as a transition from 20+ years in the Outer Banks. One of the only houses with a pool to accommodate our group in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, equipped, even had some of the items we as guests needed to provide there as well. There were two washer dryers to keep the clean suit and towels coming too which was nice to keep up with the 8 kids we had!! It was close to Dewey and Rehoboth which made it nice for variety of boardwalk activities and dinners. The pool was incredible for the kids, clean and such a great thing to have. Thanks to Marcia and Rich for welcoming us to their home- we’ll 100% be back!!

Perfect Place for Family Reunion Weekend

This was the perfect place for our extended family to gather and enjoy the kick-off for the holidays. Every detail was covered from the well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting areas and huge dining table to most of the bedrooms having en suites. The attention to design detail was excellent. Everyone in my group remarked about how quiet it was in bedrooms once doors were closed (we had lively little ones up at the crack of dawn). We met the owner, Marcia as we were arriving and she gave us a great overview of the property and had her husband Richard come over to be sure the fireplace was working. We were walking distance to beach and a quick car ride to Rehoboth Avenue shops, supermarkets and Shellville Holiday Village. The property manager, Danielle, was easy to work with and returned answers to questions quickly. Definitely would return. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool due to winter!!!

Hidden gem!

This property was the perfect place for all of us including our furry friends! 2 blocks from the beach and a wonderful 0.4 mile walk to Dewey Beach downtown. Highlights for us - 50 ft from a fresh Farmer's market. The house is perfectly located for all trips in the surrounding area. The jolly trolley stop is 1 block from the house, however, we took uber everywhere! You are minutes away from Rehobeth, Ferry terminal to Cape May, Ocean City MD, Lowes, Bethany etc... It is absolutely gorgeous and spectacularly clean! We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen has everything including a BBQ (huge plus). The screened in porch was where we spent most of our time eating, drinking and talking. So, if you are hesitating on this property, don't! It is modern, has southern charm, a bit of history, and a sense of calm! We hope your family enjoys it as much as ours did! Lisa J

Beautiful home with brand new pool

We had a family reunion with all our kids and grandkids, 10 adults and 5 kids under the age of 7. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all. Great dining table that fit the whole family. The best part was the pool especially since the temperature and humidity were both in the 90’s. The heat made the 2 block walk to the beach tougher but normally it would have been fine. We hardly noticed the traffic noise and having the farmers market so close was a real plus. Great breakfast sandwiches! The beds were very comfortable, quiet at night. The water pressure was great and the kitchen was well stocked in the main house. The back cottage was an oasis for my husband and I and my sister and her husband. Not we’ll stocked but we bought dishes over from the main house. For the price of the rental I do feel they could have supplied sheets, towels and a few basics like toilet paper and soap. But with that said, I still would definitely rent here again. You can’t find a nicer designed pool area.
