Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-110 is a ground floor, ocean view unit. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (each with showers), full kitchen, wireless internet service, and is fully air conditioned with a split system . With 1 California king bed and 2 twins, the unit can sleep 4 guests. For outdoor enjoyment, this unit comes equipped with beach chairs, and beach towels. AC temp is restricted to 77-78 degrees F. A coin-operated laundry room on-site, close to this unit. Waiohuli Beach Hale #C-110 sleeps 4.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights

Waiohuli Beach Hale is a small oceanfront complex located in Kihei Maui Hawaii. This property has a great aloha feeling with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Each unit is steps from the ocean and is centrally located to great shopping, restaurants, beaches and is minutes from the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena. These one and two bedroom units have full kitchens and can sleep 2-6 people. There is also a common laundry room. In addition there is a 60 foot solar heated pool, barbecues and shuffleboard located right next to the ocean. This complex is one of the great finds in Kihei Maui for its affordability and charm. Whale watch, windsurf, walk the beach and enjoy magnificent sunsets from your lanai. Waiohuli Beach Hale is a Maui property where guests return year after year.

Booking and check in were very easy. Everything we needed was in place. Unit was very clean as were the grounds. Had a wonderful time in this great location. Would definitely return.

We had ants in the master bedroom for all our stay. I phoned to get it dealt with and nothing was really done. I had ants crawling all over my bedding and pillows. It was gross. The walls in master bedroom and bathroom had ants on walls and on counters. Would be nice if someone was on site to help with our concerns instead of just a phone number. The patio door kept getting stuck.

Great Place

Clean and spacious apartment in a well appointed complex with pool and just about 50 steps to the beach. Terrific sunset views and close to restaurants and shopping. Extremely enjoyable.

This stay was wonderful.Quiet and small and right on the beach. The views were amazing. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Recommend!!

Great stay

Had a great stay. Fantastic pool and beach right in fron of the condo. Walking distance to Times grocery store. Walking distance to restaurants. Perfect location. Could not have asked for a better location honestly.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of the complex is ideal! You can easily explore South Maui beaches or simply walk out the back door across the lawn to your own beach. We enjoyed walking to the local shops and watching sunset from the property every evening. I hope to stay here again sometime!

Awesome location

Wonderful location - just steps from an almost private beach, nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Kitchen was adequately stocked with the essentials. Only downside was that there was a weird/bad smell that seems to be drainage related in the master bathroom.

Family 40th Jubilee

Great! Very clean and well supplied! Lovely condo! We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary 3 years late, (covid) by bringing our family to the Hawaiian Islands, for 2 weeks. We all had an awesome trip!!

Home away from home

Loved everything about this condo and its location:proximity to restaurants etc. The condo was clean, check in was seamless. They had extra towels and beach towels for us. We accidentally left something behind and they were prompt to let us know and were able to send it back to us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property - Outdated condo

Was mostly clean, but needed some major updates. Floors were sticky. Property was beautiful with beach just steps away. If they just updated the furniture I would give this a 4 out of 5. Also AC was set to max 76 ( previous post said 78, but they must have lowered it to 76). Kind of hot but do-able. I would stay in this property again, just maybe a different condo. It would be great for 2 or 3 people. I slept on the couch which I had to buy sheets to sleep on it because it was very used. Great supplies for the beach. Beach towel could use some updating.

Everything you need

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, they had chairs and such to use for the beach and they were very communicative abt everything else provided in the house. This set our expectations and made for a great stay. The location is wonderful. The lanai is the perfect place for a morning coffee or to watch the sunrise or sunset. It is a quick (3 minute) walk to the beach and 100 ft to the pool. The community grills are well cared for and great for dinners. We have stayed in this complex several times and this is by far one of the nicer units.

Great access to beach, though rocky (bring water shoes). Apartment was well equipped with beach towels and gear and fully stocked kitchen utensils etc. Sofa could be improved. A wonderful location in Kihei. Quiet and not near busy hotels, but convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Great place! Grounds are exceptionally well cared for, too.

Clean Condo

The condo was clean and the beds/bedding were very comfortable. The location within the complex is perfect— you can see the pool and it’s just a few steps away. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. Unfortunately, the furniture in the living room and dining area is super outdated and needs to be replaced. A rug should be added as well! It didn’t feel cozy or inviting, which was a bummer. Many of the other condos have been updated, so that’s something to keep in mind when choosing where to stay. Overall, the condo was fine and the cost was really reasonable. The location in Kihei is fine if you like being “in town;” close to Safeway and Starbucks.

Not crowded at all. We enjoyed our stay. The unit has everything we needed and even more. It has beach chairs, a boogie board, an umbrella, a soft cooler, lots of beach toys, and beach towels. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices. Close proximity to the grocery store. Highly recommend this complex and this unit. The unit has AC in every room. The management company is very responsive and polite.
