Oasis in the Desert

Spent a long weekend at this lovely condo in a beautiful country club in Rancho Mirage. The condo was tidy and organized, and the beds were really comfortable, with great sheets. Loved the roof top patio. We drank morning coffee there each day, before the heat of the day set in. This was my first time visiting Coachella Valley and the condo was a great base of operations. We soaked in a warm mineral pool in Desert Hot Springs, shopped in elegant Palm Desert, and had lovely meals on the main drag of Palm Springs. Each city is so different. At the end of the day, we returned to the condo and enjoyed a swim in the pool, just steps away. Our host really has thought of everything - great towels, beach towels and lodes of great kitchen items. We would return.

Great stay in Rancho Mirage

We enjoyed this property that is centrally located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. There was plenty of room, and we especially liked the decor of the primary bedroom. The hot tub was terrific, and the outdoor space was wonderful and relaxing.

Robert was our best host ever

Robert was responsive from beginning to end. Accommodating, professional and gracious describe his approach. The roof top deck is absolutely amazing as the sun fades during cocktail hour. We rent vacation homes on a consistent basis and Robert was literally our best host ever.

The condo was amazing, better then expected! The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! All the spices and condiments! My family was very impressed! Fabulous Setting and great owners!

My husband and I and our three small dogs had to be out of our home in MN due to construction for 6 weeks. We booked this property and had an amazing experience. Robert was super-informative and very helpful for anything that came up! The upstairs deck was a great bonus and I spent a lot of time there! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we enjoyed daily walks in the community. We were expert grapefruit tree pickers by the time we left! The fresh fruit around the area is amazing! We are thankful to Robert for sharing his 2nd home with us. We were sad to leave when the time came to go. Thank you, Robert!

Relaxing getaway!

We decided to getaway for the holiday weekend at the last minute. We found this place and decided to book it. Robert was very quick to respond with any questions. Better than expected

We were very pleasantly surprised with this rental. We are new to traveling with a dog and were concerned about renting a property that allowed pets. No concern here for people traveling with or without pets, the condo was immaculate. Appliances are top of the line and they have every small appliance you can imagine. The beds, bedding and towels are first class and there is plenty of everything. The owner, Robert, responded immediately to every question and provided excellent instructions for TVs, alarm system and climate control system. We really enjoyed our stay and hope this property is available when we return to this area.

Girls weekend away

We had a fabulous experience staying at this Villa. It had everything we needed and was clean. Robert was immediately available and accommodated our every request, even when it was last minute. Comfortable and quiet desert Villa in ideal location and with all the amenities

This villa is outstanding! It is immaculate and beautifully decorated with all of the amenities you could possibly want. The furniture is stylish and comfortable. The beds are top quality and provide for a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi is fast and strong , the TV’s are top quality, and the kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, dishes and utensils. There is a private patio off the dining room on the first floor and a wonderful deck with lounge chairs on the roof. The views from here are beautiful. It is truly a unique experience. There is also a small swimming pool just a short distance from the villa. Finally, Robert is a delight to work with. We had some questions upon arriving and, even though it was a Friday night, Robert responded immediately and addressed our concerns instantaneously. It is clear that Robert is dedicated to ensuring that his guests have the absolute best experience possible. And we did!! We recommend this Villa and Robert without hesitation and will definitely return in the future.

This property was great for my husband and I for the week. The home was very neat, organized and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The living room was a little dark because of the shutters, but they could be opened up. I would definitely rent this property again.

Lovely stay in Mission Hills villa

My husband and I spent 10 days in Robert’s villa. It was very clean and the beds and bedding were top of the line. Lots of extra pillows and blankets for cool nights. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with excellent appliances. There were even spices in the cupboard as well as condiments in the fridge. Very nice dishes for indoors and out. The 3rd floor roof top is a delight with beautiful views. Good walking in the community as well as interesting hikes further away. We do not play golf but the tennis facility is excellent.

Top of the Line Everything!

Our stay was perfect in every way. The home/townhouse is quite comfortable and has every ammenity. Kitchen and Bar are well stocked with all equipment you could possibly require. Bedrooms are spacious, beds comfortable and linens very nice, each with its own bathroom another PLUS. The pool is steps away and wonderful. The property is well groomed, clean and very quiet. Robert was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond and answer every question that we had. The welcome book provides detailed information of the home and surrounding area. Security a plus and garage use wonderful. Thank you Robert for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this home for any length of stay.

Like being home

Perfect location for Mission Hills area. The unit is spacious, great furnishings, bedding and amenities. Coffee and personal items available if you need them. Great appliances, furnishings and bedding. Very safe neighborhood with a security system so you never need to worry. Excellent wifi network. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Wonderful condo!

This is a beautiful condo, very well stocked with everything! The location is great. We had a couple of VERY small issues & Robert was immediately available to help. The pool is just outside the back door & we had it all to ourselves for the 10 days that we stayed! Don't think twice before renting this condo. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation........all the comforts of home!

All the conveniences of home and then some!

We spent a delightful 7 weeks at Robert's condo. It was very clean and well furnished. All of our guests remarked on the comfort of their bed. If there was ever a concern it was immediately addressed. We highly recommend this well located home away from home!

Superb Condo

This is our third stay at this condo in Mission Hills, Rancho Mirage. With a car, parking is included, the location is handy for pretty well all of what Palm Springs and the local environs have to offer. The condo is spacious and .well-appointed with high quality furnishings and appliances. Each large bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom. The roof top deck affords a wonderful venue to watch the sunsets and the evening skies. The owners are very responsive and professional to work with. We recommend this accommodation to adults looking for a quality vacation in the southwestern desert.

Mission Hills stood out as a unique community in the Coachella Valley with vast landscaped spaces and homes that were architect-designed to maximize privacy and the desert lifestyle. Mission Hills provides the perfect balance of active lifestyle and tranquility. Moreover, it is perfectly situated with easy access to Palm Springs, Palm Desert and of course Rancho Mirage. The tennis villa is a good size for small-scale entertaining and ease of maintenance for our longer-term guests.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The roof-top deck is one of the highlights of the property. It provides a private outdoor sanctuary surrounded by the majestic Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino mountains.

Our goal was to create a space that is contemporary and bright, not dated and heavy. We aim to constantly improve it. Our gas cooktop is a unique feature uncommon to the tennis villas in Mission Hills.

We have made best efforts to ensure the property is as comfortable as our main home, from the Keurig coffee system, to high-quality sheets, to access to Netflix and HuluPlus on the televisions.

We place a very high priority on keeping our villa immaculately clean for the comfort of our guests.
