The modern and comfortably furnished “Mandy” semi-detached house offers ample space across multiple levels for up to 6 people and is ideal for families or a relaxing vacation with friends.
Amenities
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living and dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area invites you to relax with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and radio/CD player. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable living environment year-round.
From the living and dining room, you have direct access to the large, furnished terrace with an adjoining yard—perfect for enjoying leisurely moments outdoors.
The first floor features a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a separate guest restroom.
The upper floor features a comfortable bedroom with a large closet. You’ll also find the spacious shower room here, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, and a private in-house sauna—ideal for relaxing wellness moments. Underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth here as well. Another bedroom is located in the attic and is furnished with two single beds and a crib—a cozy retreat, especially for our youngest guests.
Special Features
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this family-friendly home. For our youngest guests, a crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge in the house.

Bicycles

You’re welcome to store bikes [&] Co. in the lockable storage shed.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is valid for up to 6 guests and includes utilities (electricity, water, heating).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are required. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.
Key pickup and drop-off take place exclusively at our service office at Weidenstieg 3, 23946 Ostseebad Boltenhagen. Key pickup at the booked property is not possible.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: All persons aged 16 and older are subject to the tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card. The visitor’s cards will be sent digitally.
