Welcome to Hawks Nest, your mountain escape nestled in the heart of Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village. Whether you're carving powder in the winter or hitting the trails in the summer, adventure starts right outside your door.
This cozy yet spacious Ridgepoint townhome offers direct ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort via the Last Chance/Success trails and ski-in access off Silver Link, with just a short walk up Sterling Street. Enjoy the charm and convenience of Silver Lake Village without the crowds or congestion.

Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or trails. Fire up the grill for a casual dinner or stroll to one of the nearby restaurants in Silver Lake Village. For even more dining, shopping, and nightlife, Park City’s Historic Main Street is just a short drive or free bus ride away.

Great stay for our family of four. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and made for a very easy, relaxing stay. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our host Susan couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Check-in was so easy and the condo was very clean with ample amenities. We used the hot tub, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We chose to walk to the Silverlake lodge which took less than 15 minutes and was very easy to do. Free overnight ski check and free overnight boot check at Deer Valley is a bonus! (Spring skiing conditions made the ski-in, ski-out a little challenging) The wood burning fireplace makes the family room a charming place to play card games and relax.

Great Family Stay in Deer Valley

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, which was comfortable and has easy ski in/ski out access to the slopes. Everything was clean and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking meals and hanging out. Great central location.

Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable and completely met all our requirements: ski in/out, wood burning fireplace, great hot tub, EVERYTHING you could want in the kitchen (including basics like spices, condiments, coffee, baggies, wraps, and every type of utensil and pots and pans), comfortable beds. The owner Susan couldn’t have been more responsive, caring and helpful.

Beautiful Condo / Great Location

Our group had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. Ski out in the morning and hot tub after skiing every day, this was a great pick for our Deer Valley ski trip. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property

We had a great time and the property was just right for our family of 4. Easy ski in/ski out or short work to Silver Lake Lodge and lift. Communication and access to the property was simple and everything was done well. Great place to stay for our ski trip.

Great place and great stay

We were 4 adults. We were all very happy with the condo. It was really clean and had everything plus more than we needed. Susan was very easy to deal with and prompt in answering any questions. We would stay here again.

Wonderful!

Susan is a great host and our winter ski vacation was phenomenal because of this condo! Travel to deer valley was easy. The place is super spacious yet cozy. The kitchen had all of the amenities one could need. Highly recommend!

Great ski in/ski out location

This property is perfect for anyone who wants to be right on the slopes at Deer Valley. Super easy, short walk to the hill and you’re right on the lifts. The condo was clean, well put together and a great place for a friends or family ski trip. Susan was an excellent host and answered all my questions right away. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to experience deer valley.

Great location

The skiin/out was incredible, it is a bit of a harder ski in. I would put it at intermediate level for the ski in option. Overall, the bedrooms were comfortable, Susan was extremely nice and took care of everything. The place had an incredible view from the balcony, the third floor is very small but it’s a nice game area for friends to hang around.

Great Mid-Mountain Condo

My family visits Deer Valley every year for our annual ski trip and we usually stay at a condo at the base. This year we wanted to try a mid-mountain ski-in/ski-out. The condo was in a great location and the ski-out was fun, but not for a beginner skier. You get some speed and have to navigate a few quick turns, but anyone who is intermediate will find it a fun way to get to Last Chance. Same with the ski-in. We had 4 great days of skiing and enjoyed coming back to the condo to relax. We used Uber to go into Park City and also Uber Eats for dinner one night and it was very convenient. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Thank you Debbie, it was a pleasure to share the space. Mid mountain is a lovely place to be and feel free to reach out again! Getting off the mountain has many convenient options, the free orange line, Uber, and fairly new free High Valley ride share. You need the app to order rides and unless there is a snow storm, they are usually here within 15 min. and will take you throughout the canyon area. I also agree there are some turns on the ski out that can create speed. Our beginners do side slip at the end of the first trail bridge. Hope to see you again. Susan

Ridgepoint has become a special part of our lives—it's more than just a destination; it's a community filled with incredible owners and neighbors who truly care about this place.

Every visit feels like a reset. I treasure each minute spent in that environment—the stillness, the beauty, the perspective it brings. One of my favorite rituals is the drive from Park City up Marsac Avenue to the mid-mountain level. With every turn, I feel a little of the city’s chaos slip away, replaced by the calm and clarity that the mountains offer.

The property offers the perfect blend of mountain tranquility while remaining conveniently close to restaurants—whether I prefer to walk or drive. When I crave the energy of town life, the Park City restaurants are just a pleasant 5 min drive away. Yet back at the house, deer wander peacefully through my backyard as mountain winds whisper through the trees.
What makes this location truly special is the year-round outdoor access it provides. In winter, I can ski directly from the property, while summer opens up gorgeous hiking trails leading to the summit of Bald Mountain. Having a pool adds another wonderful dimension for summer enjoyment, creating the perfect retreat for my children and us.
This unique combination of accessibility and natural beauty makes it my ideal mountain getaway.
