2 Bedroom / 2 Bath - 2nd floor unit located in Flagler Beach and just steps from the ocean.
Unit is shielded from the noises from A1A and can easily be accessed by either stairs or elevator. A heated pool is also included in the complex. The unit is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, complete kitchen with stove/oven/microwave/refrigerator/dishwasher. NEW master bathroom, flooring and appliances. Air purification system
Dogs welcome unfortunately NO cats and NO smoking

Quiet place in a great location.

Overall my stay was excellent, the place is super quiet. If you're looking to relax for a while I recommend this place. The place had everything you need to enjoy your stay. You are located right across from the beach, can't bet the location. Flagler Beach is right down the road if you're looking for food or something to do. The communications with the owner were great, they got right back to me when I had a question.

Flagler Beach

The property was neat and clean. It was a quiet neighborhood with a great coffee shop and restaurant within easy walking distance. Was fun to watch the dolphins in the lake behind the condo and the beach was easy accessible.

Amazing! Quiet and private beach

Great location,friendly,condo was clean,spacious and comfortable with a screen balcony where you spent hours listening to ocean waves. Perfect area for dogs as I walk them on the beach twice daily.

Excellent vacation rental

My husband and I spent the month of November 2021 in this lovely condo. We could not be happier with our selection. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We were able to keep our Kayak on the pier and it was convenient to store beach and fishing items in the garage. The owner was quick and accommodating with all of our questions and made our trip without any concerns. This is also a dog friendly complex so your pet babies will make lots of new friends and feel right at home. We will certainly be back in the future.

Relaxing beach getaway

Well laid-out, well-appointed condo close to the beach. Easy one block walk to the beach, and there’s a rinsing hose setup near the dumpsters on the way. The sand is soft and difficult to walk on, but the surf is good and the water is deep enough fairly close to shore that you don’t have to wade way out to bob in the waves. In September it was almost a private beach, I think the most people I ever saw out there were 8-10 total. Parking was great, nice wide sites and always a spot open in front of the unit even when the lot looked full. Landscaping and grounds were attractive and pristine. The pool was very nice and it’s shaded in the afternoon so no need for sunscreen. The condo balcony is fully screened and wraps around so you have views of the sky over the ocean and the marina off the inland waterway. Sunsets and sunrises both viewable if you want to watch them. The master bed was very soft (you sink in – I liked it, DH would prefer something firmer) and comfortable; at first I thought it was too high but we quickly got used to it. The living room and dining area are nicely arranged and comfortable, the décor is attractive without being too obtrusive, and all the appliances work quietly. There’s a pokestop accessible from the couch, if that’s your jam. We had a wonderful time, would definitely check and see if this place is available as a first choice when we need to be in the area again.

You can't beat staying at this Marina Bay condo

I would recommend this property to family and friends. It is a great location and access to all amenities were easily accessible. Allen was a great host, very responsive, also all of the neighbors we met were very friendly and helpful. Hoping to stay at Marina Bay again in the future.

Sound of waves

This is well appointed and has everything you need for a beach vacation. If you leave the sliders open, you can hear the sound of waves. Flagler Beach is a funky little town with many restaurants and conveniences.

Solitude on the Atlantic

This well equipped, comfortable condo was right across the street from the beach. Not sure if it was due to covid, but we had the beach almost entirely to ourselves every day! It was amazing!

Beach life at its best

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for six weeks and the location couldn’t have been better. My sunrise mornings on the ocean were a two minute walk away and the beautiful sunsets over the intracoastal on the lanai were amazing. Great for bike riding, beach combing and is within walking distance to restaurants. We are missing beach life and I have been recommending this location to friends ever since we left.

We totally enjoyed our stay and the condo. Location was great. It is a well kept condominium complex. Allen was friendly and answered our questions although we did not have many. Overall it was a great experience.

Great Condo

Great condo and great location, near St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, and of course Flagler Beach and the pier, etc. Great views from the screen in porch of the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Fully furnished, great kitchen, great to have a washer and dryer. Nice private pool area. And complex has elevators!

Awesome Month in Beautiful Flagler!

The condo was perfect for me, my husband and our dog. We also had plenty of room for weekend guests. It had everything we needed for our month's stay. It was clean, quiet and convenient to everything. Beach access was a short walk or drive. The pool was clean and most of the time we were the only people there. We would definitely stay there again! Allen was very responsive whenever we had questions. Thanks for a great vacation!
