On-site fees: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, no refund will be issued. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. You will receive the code for the key safe well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed. Tourist tax: 1.70 EUR per person/per night (ages 18 and up) ; no tourist tax is charged for guests aged 0–17
