Inside, the 60 m² house features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, air conditioning, private TV, and a dedicated workspace.



Outside, you’ll find a true oasis of relaxation: enjoy the private hot tub, barbecue, or an outdoor shower with panoramic mountain views. A special local touch awaits you with homemade extra virgin olive oil and seasonal fruit and vegetables picked directly from the property’s garden.



Pets are welcome (1 allowed) and there is on-site parking. Events are not permitted. For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the non-private outdoor areas (gate, entrance, and olive grove).
