This is one of the few luxury townhome units with views of both the ocean and the bay – all you have to do is turn your head. Even at night the blue aura lighting the span of the Indian River Inlet Bridge creates the backdrop for wonderful memories. This large 5 bedroom offers 2700 square feet of space with an inverted floor plan featuring vaulted ceilings and an airy 4th level with kitchen/breakfast bar, huge dining room for 12, powder room and great room; 7 decks bring lots of light; 3rd level has master bedroom and bath, 2nd queen bedroom, hall bath, and kids' bedroom with 2 twins each with trundle; 2nd level has queen bedroom, kids bedroom with twin over full bunk beds, bathroom, family room with queen sleep sofa, and laundry room. Carports (2), outdoor shower, gas grill and beach closet on 1st level. The exclusive Villas at Beach Cove Community includes a community pier for fishing, crabbing, or kayaking (or fishing from one of our 2 kayaks); a 4.5’ wading pool & is a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a 5 minute drive to the Town of Bethany or 10 minute drive to Rehoboth Boardwalk or Outlets.

Great vacation rental for multi families

This was a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway with plenty of room for multi families. Awesome location, very short walk to the beach, very close to the town of Bethany or a short drive to Dewey. Rental was as described in the listing and we really enjoyed the late Sunday checkout!!

Hidden Gem

This property was absolutely perfect! Located on the sound side but just a short walk to the beach (doable even with small children). The bedrooms and family rooms were large enough for a large group of people. The community was very quiet and well kept with a small pool for the children to enjoy.

Great space for a large group!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and spacious. We had a group of three families, so the large living space and dining room table was a great hit. It was pretty simple to cross the street to the beach as well. The hosts were very responsive if we had any questions as well. The only bummer was the pool for the residence had already closed for the season.

Great vacation

Great spot. Located across the street from the beach. The house has everything you could need for your beach trip. Tons of chairs, umbrellas and extras! The condo itself was clean and roomy. The couch in the main living area is huge and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and large. We had a group between 8-10 and could all sit at the table and eat together. Bedrooms were roomy. Bring or rent extra pillowcases if you are a pillow person. Pillows are there as are extra blankets. There are lots of steps so if steps are a challenge, this may not be the spot for you. The condo also sits next to costal highway and the sound of traffic can be loud epically when sitting on one of the many decks this condo has to offer. To reach the beach you have to cross costal Highway, but we didn’t have any issue. We went through the community directly across the highway and walked to the beach via the boardwalk. This section of beach is open to trucks and fishing, but there is plenty of room. Michelle was a great host and answered all my questions quickly. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Great place but road needs crosswalk

Great place! One non house related issue... a little tricky to cross road as there is confusion for drivers stopping to allow people to cross road and there is Not a crosswalk there so it is very dangerous as sometimes only one lane of traffic is stopping And cars are going around 50 mph so we would just wave them to go worried about accidents that could occur. But someone could get seriously injured. No fault of the owners but a highway admin issue. They really need a crosswalk there

Great for Multi-Family Getaways

Nicely appointed with a dining room table for 12! It was so special not only to have 3 generations vacation together, but also have family meals together. The adjoining living room accommodated everyone for movie nights too! The property owner was very responsive.

Great place

The manager was so easy to get along with! Only negative was the crossing for the beach. It was kinda difficult with small kids with such a busy highway. Pool was small but still enjoyed it. Overall a great place located right outside of the busy towns.

Great Beach House!

This is a great beach house with plenty of balconies for your sitting pleasure! The beach is across the coastal highway, but it’s not bad to cross over (we did each time with 13 people). The house is packed with everything you need for the beach (we also left behind 4-6 boogie boards for future vacationers). The only downfall is the kitchen is on the top floor, so carrying coolers was not ideal LOL. However, if you’re looking for a nice and quiet location, this is the spot!!

Great house for our families

We had a lovely little getaway in late Fall. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for the beach and for making yourself at home. It was spacious enough for our three families with young children to stay comfortably. The owner, Michelle was very helpful, responsive, and flexible. We felt well taken care enough. If you have very young children you should be aware that you have to cross a busy highway to get to the beach but there is a place to cross and this wasn't a problem for our group.

A memorable vacation

13 family members, several babies, found this property to be perfect for family fun. Home is clean and well stocked for indoor and beach fun. The large dining table accommodated all of us with plenty of space, making casual & fine dining memorable.

Great house, great beach.

The description and location of this townhouse is "spot on." It's very well equipped with several additional items like kayaks, bikes, beach cart, tons of beach furniture and great grill. The 2 living areas were perfect for those who had to work during our stay. The house was spotless and the kitchen met the needs of several chefs. The owners have done everything possible to make your stay perfect. They were very accessible as well. Because of the location between Rehoboth & Bethany near the state park, the beaches were not very crowded and had a very family oriented vibe. Cars on the beach were few and far between. The only downside was proximity to a very busy highway. It's hard to enjoy the multiple decks and beautiful views of this unit with the road noise. However, this is not unique to this complex. It seems like most of the accommodations along this stretch back up to the highway. There is no crosswalk and speed is 55 MPH at the intersection where you cross over to the beach. Overall, pretty perfect family vacation spot.

Great Bethany Beach Vacation Home!

This home is a spacious, clean, and well maintained/appointed place to spend a family vacation. Great proximity to beaches and activities with the bay behind you and the beach across the street. Best of both worlds! Owners are great to work with and accommodating.

Wonderful place, great secluded beach away from the hustle of town.

The house was wonderful. It is close to everything yet just far enough away to enjoy an beach with only a few other guests. The house had everything you need and was wonderfully stocked from the kitchen to some extra water and beach toys.

Labor Day Weekend

This was our annual trip (16th) to the area. The house is really nice, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of seating. Great place to vacation!

Beautiful vacation rental with terrific property owners.

We had a great experience with this rental property in Bethany Beach. It was very clean and roomy. It was exactly as described in VRBO. The owner, Michelle, reached out to me after I booked it via email and phone, asking if I had any questions, etc. She also has a beach guide book there at the rental with directions to local grocery stores, restaurants, and helpful information. The owners went above and beyond any rental I ever stayed in before. The only downfall was crossing the highway to get to the beach.

Gorgeous spacious home with everything you could ever need!

This home was perfect for a multi family weekend getaway! The location is perfect and the owners were EXTREMELY helpful throughout the entire process! They had everything you could need for the beach and the bay- the decks off each room was a real added bonus- the views were amazing. There is plenty to do within minutes of the house for all ages! This home was well worth the price and I would highly recommend it !
