Imagine the Four Seasons meets the country...this could be your own beautiful urban ranch. The Vineyard House at Biddle Ranch Vineyard is located on our Estate in the heart of Edna Valley. Our Estate consists of 17 acres of Chardonnay vines, as well as our tasting room, guests of the Vineyard House will receive complimentary tastings during your stay.

Minutes away from the ocean, downtown San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande and Cal Poly there is always something to do close by. Here you can keep it simple and enjoy the vineyard life, in addition to enjoying numerous outdoor activities, shopping and entertainment right in your backyard.

THE INTERIOR

The Vineyard Vacation House is a mix of rustic, mid-century modern and contemporary. Professionally designed by Fortini Interiors in San Luis Obispo, the high quality materials used in decorating the home exude a natural and simple, yet elegant feel. The house is 3100 square feet, with four bedrooms and three baths and can sleep up to twelve guests.

7.5” wide planks of sawn European white oak span nearly the entire home. The baseboards, window trim, exposed beams and custom interior doors were fabricated from reclaimed 30-year-old pasture fencing sourced from an old horse ranch. Upholstery materials and area rugs are made of natural fabrics such as sisal, linen and mohair.

Large high-definition smart televisions are in the living room areas. There is a sound system throughout the house and wireless high speed internet is complimentary.

Family holiday week

Our 2nd year at biddle ranch did not disappoint. We love the outdoor fireplace, the pizza oven, and well stocked house. Any issues are dealt with immediately and the house is very comfortable and cozy for our group which include 3 generations

Amazing place!

We loved our stay at the vineyard house so much! We were celebrating my mom's milestone birthday and the house, setting, and host made it so special! The interior is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and such amazing places to hang out. And the ability to walk out the front gate and into the tasting room? Beyond. Addie was the most wonderful and attentive host, always making sure we had what we needed, including special touches. We didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

Lovely property

This property was perfect for my family who were visiting for my son’s wedding. Well-appointed and close to the venue. We really appreciated the spacious bathrooms and common areas as well.

Amazing Thanksgiving week

We have beem coming to SLO for 10 years as a multigenerational family and this was the best yet. We loved all the outdoor space with bbq and pizza oven. Abbie was a great host. Well stocked kitchen too! Nice bedding and very clean. Hreat central location so we could do things in SLO amd Pismo!

Amazing house

This house is a perfect spot for any kind of family or friends gathering! Huge couches by the fire pit, corn hole on the lawn and stunning bedrooms and living room inside. It was perfect for our family event!

Wow... perfect place to stay for Wedding at White Barn

This house is amazing !!! The check in process was so easy. The house is so comfortable and well laid out, with unique touches everywhere. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and then there's the backyard, I wish I could take it home with me. Great outdoor kitchen, even a pizza oven, a fireplace with several seating areas and huge table to eat buy. There is also corn hole, which was a huge hit with our group, not to mention there is a tasting room right next door. Our daughter got married at The White Barn and the girls from the Bridal party got ready at this house and it was perfect. I can't think of a better place. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home.

Wow, this place is special!

We just spent 4 days over Thanksgiving weekend with family and friends, 10 adults and a wee one.. This place is a gem! Impeccably decorated, spacious, quiet, and well located near a lot of fun stuff. Equipment and supplies were plentiful. Ours was one of those rare experiences where the property was way better than what we expected. Don’t hesitate if you are considering this property! It’s a keeper

Wow - Just Wow!

Wow - this property is absolutely incredible!!! My husband and I, our two children (2.5 and 1), and both of our parents stayed here. It was perfect. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The house was huge, GORGEOUS, super clean, and decorated beautifully. We wanted to just move in - ha! The outside space is also incredible!! We loved the grass space, played corn hole, sat by the fire, made pizzas, etc. Our kids loved playing too! It was great that it was fenced in, so the kids could run around, play hide-and-seek, and explore without us having to chase them all over. We also went next door to the wine tasting and had a blast! The wine is DELICIOUS and we bought a few bottles as well! In the beginning of our stay, we had trouble turning on one of the outdoor overhead lights and messaged with Addie who immediately came by to see how she could help. Thank you, Addie and crew! Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this place and hope we can come back someday!!

Great house to stay at with our entire family

Our daughter got married in San Luis Obispo so we had to find a place big enough to house our entire family which included our other kids and their spouses. The house was awesome and really setup well to handle our family of 8. The backyard was really nice and big with plenty of seating and a fireplace with plenty of wood to burn. Our daughter got married at La Lomita Ranch which was literally 5 minutes away! All in all a great weekend for our entire family!

Don’t Hesitate

You won’t regret booking the vineyard house. Very spacious, great location, clean, and decor was 5 stars. Ideal for adults and children. Had a local photographer come to the house and take family photos because the space was so beautiful. Backyard/outdoor space is first rate. Will be back.

Excellent Family Vacation!

This property was stunning. As beautiful as the pictures are, being there in person exceeds expectations. Addie was extremely easy to communicate with. The home was spacious enough to sleep 9 family members comfortably and located conveniently between the beach and. SLO. The home is beautifully decorated and had fabulous gathering areas outside. We stopped in next door for a wine tasting and it was delightful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location set in a winery

We were two families with little kids -- and the was big and offered plenty of space! Great kitchen amenities and airy rooms. The only thing that is missing is a hot tub ;-)
