White Barn Farm House in Edna Valley! 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home with hot tub.
Come to our pristine farm house, situated in the quiet countryside of Edna Valley. Brand new furniture, linens and bedding for your comfort, plus a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances. There are mood setting, electric fireplaces in each room. And when you step outside, you are surrounded by beautiful views in every direction, and wineries close enough to walk to, or several a short drive away. Downtown SLO is only a 6.5 mile drive away, Pismo Beach even closer. Our house is a perfect mid way meeting point between LA and San Francisco-each a 3.5 hour drive away. Please do not hesitate to call if the need arises. We are here to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. This home is nestled in the heart of Edna Valley farmland, and multiple vineyards-in any direction you choose to drive. No parties or events! Please note: hot tub is shared by two other homes on the property and is first come, first serve. This listing is managed and offered by Hacienda Vacation Rental Services.

Downtown SLO is only a 6.5 mile drive away, Pismo Beach even closer. Our house is a perfect mid way meeting point between LA and San Francisco-each a 3.5 hour drive away.

Great stay!

Property was very comfortable for my family of six for a Thanksgiving holiday. Location was great, close to wineries, restaurants and a quick drive to downtown SLO. House was very clean and photos were accurate. Easy check in and property manager was readily available by phone when we had an issue gaining access to the house.

Wonderful Country Farm Retreat

My friends and I had a blast at The Farm House for my bachelor party. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun-filled weekend. We loved the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The barbecue was also a big hit, and we made some delicious meals for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we even found a blender for margaritas! The property was very spacious, and we felt like we had our own private oasis. The large hedge provided plenty of privacy, and we were able to park our 30-foot RV without any problems. We also enjoyed the open-plan living room and kitchen, which made it easy for us to socialize and hang out. The patio was the perfect spot for playing games, grilling out, or just relaxing in the sun. Overall, we had a great time at The Farm House and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a bachelor party or other group event. Here are some of the things we loved about the property: * Clean and well-maintained * Spacious and private * Fully equipped kitchen * Great amenities (hot tub, barbecue, etc.) * Open-plan living and dining area * Patio with plenty of space to relax * Friendly and responsive host

Birthday Celbration and Super Bowl Sunday!

Greengate Farmhouse was a welcome retreat. We chose to celebrate my brother-in-laws birthday here and it did not disappoint. Since we checked in after dark, we were pleasantly surprised with a breath-taking view of the surrounding, green hills when we opened the blinds in the morning! The views were spectacular from every room in the home. The tasteful décor was a mix of modern and traditional with beautiful, wood finishes throughout the house. I was impressed with the tile in the bathrooms and really loved the river rock on the shower floors (would love to do that in our showers at home). The towels were luxurious and I even enjoyed the shower products they provided. I LOVED the bed! Super comfy mattress, with oh-so-soft sheets and the duvet is just heavenly, like sleeping under a cloud! The big screen TV was state-of-the-art and was perfect for watching the Super Bowl plus a new Blu-Ray player allowed us to watch our own movies we brought. The kitchen was roomy enough that several of us could cook together and we enjoyed ample space at the dining room table for eating and playing games. The yard is large and pristine with plenty of space for kids to run and play and has a patio and picnic table. We enjoyed it all! The farmhouse is nestled in the Edna Valley and is literally walking distance to a few local wine-tasting rooms, Claiborne and Churchill Vintners and Sextant Wine Tasting at Old Edna, not to mention a short drive to many others. The walk down Greengate Road is beautiful and refreshing. The crisp, clean air after the rains and the views from this place is food for the soul! Can’t wait to come again!

Great Help me Away from Home

This was our third stay at the Farmhouse. Every time has been delightful. We especially enjoyed spending time by the fire pit in the evenings. Our only complaint is that the house needs better wi-fi service.

Amazing

The house was amazing! It was so charming and perfectly stocked with all the supplies you could need. The house qmwaa beautifully decorated and super roomy for a large room party. David was professional al and quick to respond to all our questions. I would defiantly stay again!

Farm house on the outside, 4-star hotel living on the inside

We had the privilege of staying at Greengate Farm House over the New Year’s holiday. It was the perfect central escape for a group of friends traveling from both Southern and Northern California. Located in Edna Valley, Greengate is a lush, serene setting that’s enjoyable in its own right, but is also in close proximity to wine tasting rooms, Pismo Beach and much of what the Central Coast has to offer. The house itself is a tastefully decorated, well-appointed charmer. Everything felt new or like-new, which is a rare treat in a rental. The furniture and amenities are all hotel-quality or better. Most of the kitchen tools we used were by Sur La Table and many of the decorative pieces and linens/towels were by Pottery Barn. The house has all the comforts of home and more. A spacious, open floor plan for the kitchen/dining/living area made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them with friends. There is also access to outdoor areas and a barbecue, though we did not use them. The full size washer and dryer were also a nice amenity. If there were an equivalent for “glamping” on a farm, Greengate Farm House would be it. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a little slice of Central California heaven. Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back!
