W/5 large bdrms, this 4600 sq ft home is also designed for family reunions, corporate getaways & girls wknds. Orig. built in 1906 w/large addition in 2000, it has Victorian details w/a modern twist! This light-filled home is on 2.5 acres of country land w/stunning hillside & farmland views, 5 min to wineries, 10 to downtown & Pismo Beach.

Set out in the country, with a long driveway off the main road. Very quiet neighbors, with farmland all around. Several wineries are within a couple miles, downtown SLO is about 10 minutes away, as well as Pismo Beach.

Almost the entire property is available to the guests, except the greenhouse and workshop at the front of the property.

The home is very large and spacious. All of the common spaces are designed to fit a large group, with smaller conversation areas throughout. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have private bathrooms, and are designed for families small families (Queen bed + twin daybed & King bed + 2 twins). The outdoor space includes patio tables/chairs, a large fire pit, corn hole and a large hot tub.
