Welcome to Seascape @ Cabana Blue, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unique property located in the heart of Folly Beach, SC. Cabana Blue is a charming and quaint beach retreat with three separate suites, making it the perfect destination for small groups of friends, families, or couples.

Living Area:
Spacious and comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, and ample seating. The open-concept layout with wood-beamed ceilings and wood panel accent walls enhances the coastal ambiance.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Features also include stone countertops, custom cabinets, and a marble dining table with an island.

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom: King-size bed, memory foam mattress, en-suite bathroom with fully tiled walk-in shower, double sinks, and plenty of storage.
Additional bedrooms: Twin beds with built-in closets, storage benches, and reading nooks.
Bathrooms:
Modern bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tub, double vanity, and porthole mirrors. Complimentary toiletries and fresh towels are provided.

Outdoor Space:
Spacious deck with seating. BBQ grill and outdoor dining area available. Just steps away from the ocean, providing easy beach access.

Gorgeous beach views, cute little home. It is a shared rental, like there are 3 rentals total in the 1 house, but it was nice and we didn’t mind.

My only complaint would be the inside furniture…it is clearly outdoor furniture and uncomfortable. If it can’t be replaced with a real sofa and chairs, at least replace the broken down cushions. Otherwise, great place.

We loved our stay at Seascape @ Cabana Blue. The apartment was comfortable for two couples and one infant. The view of the beach and ocean was lovely. We walked down the private boardwalk (for all three apts) to the beach every day. The distance from the Folly Pier was perfect -- a nice long walk and far enough away from the crowds. We were also close to the county park, which we walked to as well. The apt. could use some updating on the pots and pans, which are pretty worn, and we found the lid to a large pot for cooking pasta but never found the pot it belonged to. Check-in and check-out were easy. All in all, a wonderful stay. We would definitely book again.

Thank you so much for the review, Nancy! We're so glad the unit worked out perfectly for your group and that you got to enjoy those beach views and daily walks down the boardwalk. It sounds like you really made the most of the location being close to the county park and just the right distance from the pier crowds. We really appreciate the heads-up about the worn pots and pans and that missing pasta pot. We are in the process of restocking our properties now so hopefully this isn't an issue in future stays. We'd absolutely love to have you guys back again!

Great stay! Had troubles with WiFi occasionally and did wish that they had more food condiments/bathroom supplies but otherwise it was great! Great location away from busy downtown but quick 4 minute drive!

Seascapes at Cabana Blue

Cozy, quintessential beach cottage and beach town.Even though weather was very rainy, we enjoyed the panoramic ocean view from the front deck area of the cottage. Beach walks were delightful.

Seascape at Folly Beach

My sisters and I stayed in the Seascape for our annual "sisters" getaway and it was fabulous! the place was exactly what we were looking for.. with the direct beach access and the rocking chairs on the beach deck were the icing on the cake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to the beach for an escape.

Doesn't have to new big to be beautiful. Tastefully decorated and beds are very comfortable.

Great experience, even considering the craziness of the Coronavirus and restaurants and the beach closing. Got to visit Charleston too just in time.

great location and host

everything was great, the communication with the host (dunes vacation rental ) was great. i checked in on thanksgiving day and had a few questions that were answered within minutes. would stay there again.

Outstanding location

We have stayed here several times. The location is outstanding. We loved walking on the beach each day as well as the proximity to downtown Folly and resources like grocery, etc. We will be back again.

Spectacular time!

We stayed for the weekend and I ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. Easy proximity to downtown Charleston, great location right on the water, plenty of inside and outside space. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was amazing. Being able to walk from the patio to the beach was the best part of our trip. It was a little far from the center of town where all the restaurants are but that made it nice and quiet. The people staying in the other units on the property were friendly.

Perfect Escape!

Amazing views! Wake up right on the beach and enjoy coffee listening to the waves! One of our favorite vacation places ever. We grilled on the deck, walked on the beach, shopped in downtown Folly Beach, spent a day in Charleston. Only issue, twin beds not so comfy, those could be updated. Other than that, we can't wait to go back!!

Outstanding Property

Incredible view. Well appointed. Exceptionally clean. Great proximity to shops and restaurants and a comfortable drive into the historic district. Ubers were easily found (only minutes away). We'll definitely be returning to this property for a longer visit!

Perfect Location

Seascape-Cabana Blue is PERFECTLY located on Folly Beach! We loved walking out the door and down the beach access walkway right to the beach! We also loved the fact that we were far enough away from the main public beach access down near the pier-which was jam packed! We enjoyed the family atmosphere. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short beach vacation.

Exactly What We Wanted!

Perfect! Being right on the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The house is great for 2-4 people, which was perfect for myself, 2 sisters and my mom. Being so close to all the action in town was great, too! This was our first visit to Folly and we loved it!

Just what we wanted

Property looked just like the photos on line. We loved the views from the windows and walking out onto the beach. Showers were hot and there was plenty of bathroom space for 3 women to get ready at one time. We definitely will be back!
