Awesome Pool/Jac Home: 2 Ensuites, Walk 2 Disney

Visit our beautiful pool home, perfectly set up for two families. Our home is designer-decorated and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms, and wood floors.

Our home has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two king master bedrooms have beautifully upgraded en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms have travertine tile floors, marble countertops, custom panel cabinetry, and custom showers. The two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds and share the hallway bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have upgraded carpet. Throughout the rest of the home, there is hardwood and tile flooring. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

It has a beautifully upgraded open-concept kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A full-size washer, dryer, and half bath are located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6, with additional seating at the kitchen bar and family room table.

Relax in our in-ground sparkling pool and jacuzzi in the rear yard. Our pool is surrounded by a scored concrete deck patio with plenty of space to soak up the sun. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, chaise loungers, and chairs.

The garage game room is located off the pool and deck area. It has Stiga Ping Pong and a standard-size Pool Table. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.

All rooms have 46+ TV. The family room has a 60' TV with a DVD player. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. The home has central heating and air conditioning.

This house SLEEPS 11 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and jacuzzi to 102

All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
