Located just steps away from the water our home is fully furnished, and will sleep up to 10 guests. This home is fully furnished, and well equipped.

As you enter the gate to our property you will find a private courtyard with a picnic table, and large red patio chairs. You will then enter our home through the sliding door. You are now in the breakfast/kitchen area. Directly off of the kitchen to your right is a private bedroom with a queen bed, and across from the bedroom is a full bathroom. As you leave the kitchen area and go up 5 steps you are now in the living room. The living room has a dining table, reclining sectional sofa and chair. From the living room you will have access to the back patio which has a second picnic table, patio chairs, and direct beach access. Now heading upstairs from the living room is the master bedroom which is a shared bedroom. This bedroom hosts a king bed along with one futon sleeper, a large master bathroom with separate tub and shower, and ample storage.

In addition to the main house, above the garage, and up a flight of stairs you'll find a studio that will graciously accommodate four guests. It is furnished with a queen bed along with a sofa futon that converts to a queen bed. This studio comes complete with another full kitchen and bathroom.

PARKING: Garage parking and driveway parking: Three cars total are allowed at this home. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A LOW BEARING GARAGE, TALL VEHICLES WILL NOT FIT, SMALL CARS ONLY.

In addition to having the breathtaking ocean steps away, did you know that this is the only beach in California where cars are still allowed to drive. You can watch the action and never leave your seat but not to worry, vehicles are not allowed to come up by the homes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED:
Household Items Provided: A fully stocked home and kitchen with all the amenities we think are essential to our guests. Fresh linens, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN ABOVE THE WASHER with items to be used when barbecuing. Please Note: Due to new Health & Safety regulations we are no longer able to leave any type of condiments in the kitchen. Additional items included for your use are two folding tables with chairs (located in the bedroom closet off the kitchen) An extra folding table is located in the garage.

Outdoor Items Provided: A Briquette Barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, two large picnic tables, and patio chairs. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BLANKETS FOR OUTDOOR USE, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS FOR THE SAND, BRIQUETTES & FIREWOOD.

Please Note: This beach does allow vehicles to drive near the water’s edge, and that is about the length of a football field, (cars are not allowed to drive up by the homes.)
