Literally steps to the sand and Boardwalk! Amazing Ocean Views from this special location. Imagine waking up to awesome views of the ocean and walking out to the surf and sand. Downtown Pismo Beach, Pismo Pier Plaza, and Restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. Living room opens to the deck with sliding glass doors, wood floors, flat screen TV w/ cable, Wi-Fi, queen size air bed. (Please note some websites change air beds into sofa sleepers by default, this property has an air bed for the living room. Linens are provided.) Dining features 6 bar stools at angled kitchen counter. Kitchen is fully equipped including cookware, dinnerware, stainless steel appliances and wood floors. Primary bedroom suite has a Cal-king size bed, flat screen cable TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, large window, en suite, attached bath has jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom, queen size bed, large window and ceiling fan. Washer, dryer in the hall.

LOCATION.LOCATION. Our stay was perfect. It was a little smaller than expected but we loved the view and the closeness to everything. I am a bit spoiled I like watching tv at night so maybe a update on their TVs. The main Tv is a little to small. Pismo is such a popular spot knowing you can just park in the garage is like winning the lottery.

Sun & Fun at the Beach

Great location! Its next to the beach and main street by the pier. View from the balcony is beautiful. Beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great get a way for us girls !!!

Perfect location . Was clean and fun to watch passer by-era from the balcony on Main . The place was clean & well equipped - loved having a garage to park in on that busy street

Fantastic location

We have come to this condo twice now and both times have been amazing! The access to the beach, shopping and restaurants with the garage for parking makes for a perfect trip. We parked when we arrived and walked everywhere in between! Very clean place with everything you need to make meals if you don’t want to spend the money eating out the entire time. We would recommend this spot to anyone and we’ll definitely be back!

Beach reunion

Met up with close friends of over 50 years! Great house with a view of the pier. The location was most excellent! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, garage very handy. 2 cars fit nicely. Note: the stairs are steep and narrow. We managed just fine. Would recommend

Read the fine print!

We rented this location on the number of BEDS they listed. It stated 2 beds and a sleeper sofa...until you see the fine print. The 3rd is not a sleeper sofa, but a blow-up mattress (which you have to put in the kitchen if you want privacy). The property is older and for a party of 5+, is cramped. We did enjoy the 2-car garage, because finding a spot on the street is a nightmare. Pro's on the location: It is walking distance from the pier, beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Con's on the location: No parking (if additional is needed) and people on the street late at night and early in the morning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very good experience. Location was superb. The unit itself was in good condition - looked fairly recently updated. Bedrooms very comfortable and spacious, but could have used a couple of side chairs. Master bath had a deep jetted tub, a nice bonus. Only the main living area/kitchen was a little small - no room for a dining table and only a high wall-mounted small TV. This got tiring after a while. Space was functional, however, and the views from the many windows were great

Great Location/Garage Space

If you have a truck and want to know if it will fit in the garage the answer is yes! But diagonally. 2015 silverado quad cab no lift. I was worried about parking on the street which was full but it was a great plus for the truck to be in the garage. This house is perfectly located just off the beach and within a block or two of all the hot spots. If you stay in this house there is no need to drive anywhere during your stay because everything is in such short walking distance. The house was nice and clean when we arrived and had no issues during the entire stay.The vacation rental staff are all very friendly and I'm sure would've helped with any issues. Overall great house and weekend experience.

I loved the location!

Couple of things to consider. Do you need quiet am's? Close the windows. This was a huge issue for my husband. Because of the beach access there is a lot.of noise from the early surfers, walkers talking right under our window, trash pick up. Second bedroom gets warm at night. Bring a fan if you run warm. Again, loved the location. Loved having a garage. No need to drive to a store. We would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday and that night the 2nd bathroom’s tub/shower faucet was broken. I called the office and they got back to me Sunday morning saying they would try to get someone to repair it but since it was Sunday no one was available. So another night of all 5 of us having to use one shower. The property management were very apologetic and had a plumber there Monday morning. The location was perfect being a block from downtown and the beach was half a block to the beach. We could see the ocean and pier. It wasn’t noisy even though it’s right on the street. If you’re short bring a step stool for the tall kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is small but well stocked. There’s only a counter with barstools but it worked okay for the 5 of us. The beds we’re comfortable. Having a two car garage was a bonus since parking near the beach and downtown was so convenient. This unit is upstairs which gives you the great view.

OK, truth is, its a great location and very nice inside. The rental company was great to work with. This was our first time using Coastal Vacation rental. I have seen them around Pismo before and decided to try them out. Great to work with. There is probably no other property this close to the beach. Two car garage was nice. I was concerned my Tundra wouldn't fit. It was tight but we made it. Would definitely reserve this again.

Pismo family getaway

The property location was amazing for the price. Needs a couple more upgrades I think but overall wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.

Beautiful Views & Walking Distance to Beach

This property is in a prime location to shopping, restaurants and beach access. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and had the nice little extras of soaps/conditioner/shampoo. Spa tub was nice extra to relax after a day of being on your feet. Kitchen had plenty of amenities and basics. We didn’t use the TVs or the bbq. We did enjoy the coastal views every morning and evening from the balcony. The stairs are easy to navigate and not steep. Parking in garage was also a plus, we fit our one midsize SUV. Check in/out was an easy process. Place is a gem.

Well the bathtub is nice…

Poor communication with management—only use VRBO for advertising. The rest is convoluted and checkin/check out a nuisance. Kitchen smelled sour so we had to clean sink and counters. Beds are rickety with bedding you would find in your grandmas basement—flat very old pillows, ugly comforter you wouldn’t give to a thrift store. The window to the patio was covered in some oily substance so we only could enjoy the view through all the power lines and screen. Great location, but Motel 6 is right there too. Overpriced and a pain.

Perfect Location

This condo is steps away from the beach! It worked out perfect for our family and young son. Everything is within walking distance. It’s a very nice condo, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and great size. We loved the balcony with the ocean view. It looked just like the photos shown, no surprises. We have no complaints. The process from booking to checking out was very simple. We will definitely be renting again!

The tile shelf in the master shower was shattered, there are some wood floor planks coming apart and the bedding is very worn.
