Conveniently located in Fraser, Colorado, just 5 minutes from the Safeway grocery store and 15 minutes from Winter Park, our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom ranch comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an ideal getaway for memorable family vacations.

Our ranch offers a welcoming family room, a dining area, and a cozy breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with modern appliances. The back room has a hot tub and card table.

Enjoy the warmth of the original working wood fireplace, fully stocked with firewood for your stay. All rooms are equipped with DirectTV, and Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. A selection of board games and puzzles cater to all ages for entertainment.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with new mattresses and hotel-style Pottery Barn bedding, ensuring a comfortable rest. The master bedroom features a private deck, providing a serene space to appreciate the stunning mountain views.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the ranch's multi-level front porch, an observation tower with panoramic views of the valley and mountains, and direct access to the Arapaho National Forest. The property offers various outdoor amenities such as a basketball, badminton area, horseshoe pit, yard toss, and two holes for frisbee golf. As the day draws to a close, gather around the fire pit (pending fire restrictions) for a perfect evening under the stars.

Fishing enthusiasts can explore a variety of local rivers, lakes, streams, and ponds. Families with infants are provided with two cribs and a cot.

NOTE:
Live-in caretaker maintain the property. Residing in a separate apartment with a private entrance, they ensure 24/7 assistance, should it be required.

To guarantee the safety and security of our guests, three outdoor security cameras are installed on the premises. In alignment with VRBO's guidelines, all surveillance data is deleted when no longer necessary.

Please note that Blue Family Ranch is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. Guests must have their own transportation. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Experience the charm of the Rocky Mountains with us.
