This atmospheric Lake Tahoe cabin features an excellent location with easy access to year-round outdoor activities, great dining options, and a variety of entertainment, as well as a two-story window wall with forested views. Other amenities include a deck, a gas fireplace, a private washer/dryer, cable service, Netflix streaming, and a sound dock.

Northstar California Resort is seven miles away for quality downhill and boarding, and Lake Tahoe and Kings Beach are less than two miles away, with more opportunities for skiing, boarding, and cross-country in the winter. Summer activities include paddleboarding, sunbathing, live music, biking, and miniature golf. Crystal Bay, Nevada's casinos, and nightlife are just three miles away, and North Tahoe Regional Park is two miles away with sports fields and hiking trails in a beautiful setting.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A calm retreat

We had such a wonderful time during our recent stay at this Kings Beach cabin! The home was absolutely amazing—cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made it so easy to cook and enjoy meals together.It was especially meaningful for me because it was my first family vacation, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend it. The location was perfect, and everything about the cabin made us feel comfortable and at home. We’re already talking about coming back!Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway in Lake Tahoe.Pointer: id bring extra toilet paper as the upstairs bathroom was the only one with one extra roll.

Peaceful Getaway!

Here's a warm and thoughtful review you can use or adjust as needed: --- We had such a wonderful time during our recent stay at this Kings Beach cabin! Vintage Tahoe Charm - Modern Twist

Great cabin! Classic mid century architecture, newly update kitchen and bathrooms. Tons of thoughtful amenities, fully stocked with cookware, hotel linens, decor is styled with a great eye for modern design, there is space to work remotely, quiet street, large windows overlooking the pines. Will book again for a future trip!

June Stay

We loved the cabin rental. It was not on a Main Street & is in a perfect quiet forest area. The scenery through the huge windows was amazing every single minute of our stay! Also, it’s a 4 minute drive to the beach area with all the shops & restaurants. The cabin had EVERYTHING you could think to need. Sad we had to leave!

Excellent stay!

It was clean and everything is within a mile away. Grocery stores, lake, restaurants, bars and much more. Nice neighborhood and set in a very peaceful environment. Must rent place!!

This is a great house for a family of 8 (4 adults + 4 Teenagers)

this is a great house, located in the middle of the wood, only 1.2 miles away from the little village of King's beach. we did enjoy very much the set up of the house, the large widow that illuminate our morning. Property manger were pretty helpful when we call and ask to remove the trash as our bean were full. all the appliances and tv/cable work very well and were pretty important to us especially during the world cup early morning games. We will recommend this property to all our friend and family. cheers, Les Laclotte's

Great place!

Minor bumps during our stay. Loved this place! If I were to criticize, I'd say bring a better bread knife. Otherwise it's a great location for a family vacation.

Cozy place, Conveniently Located near Kings Beach

We had 5 people up to Tahoe for a Trans Tahoe Swim Weekend, and found the cabin was clean, in a quiet, relaxing area. All 4 bedrooms had full beds (no single beds), although the upper bedrooms are small, limited walkaround room. The kitchen/family room functioned well for us, and while the carafe for the drip coffee maker was missing, the Keurig with plenty of pods was a nice touch. All other sundries, supplies were available...

Safety upgrades and general condition upgrades eed to be completed.

To be fair this house is in escrow and has been neglected. Once it is through escrow and if the new owners perform safety and general needs and upgrades are completed it can be a nice place to stay.

Great time!

The place was comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for all 7 people! The power for the area went out, but the property management had a 24/7 number for us to call, and they answered right away. Location is perfect too, as it is quiet but close to Kings Beach restaurants and activities. Made for a great stay!

perfect getaway house for winter

i would definitely come back here again. i was actually planning to book it for this coming feb17-19 2017 but its not available anymore. great weekend house. perfect for 3 family.

Perfect for a family getaway for adults and kids

The property was clean and well stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen, the bedrooms and entertainment. There is an abundance of cooking elements, appliances, wifi, games, coffee makers, hot coco, beddings, etc. The location is great (very close to a safeway) for fun and games. It was very easy checking in and out. The heating needs a little getting used to. The bedrooms can get very ho or very cold. It would be easier to manage if the windows and doors were double pane. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great house & location....missing some important items in the kitchen & garbage box full.

We liked the house and the location very much. We were on a family vacation with a 2 year old, so we planned to cook all meals except for one night out. The kitchen could have used some more utensils, pots, and pans etc. to make cooking easier: 2 large broken plastic serving spoons could have been easily replaced; only 4 steak knives & 2 wine glasses; no frying pan big enough to cook sausage, bacon, or eggs for 8 people...2 small ones did not suffice; no large baking pans to cook casseroles; and no dishwasher soap. The garbage box outside held 2 completely full garbage cans from the previous guests....no room for our garbage to be taken out and no extra bags. There was only enough soap for one load of towels and sheets, and we were happy to accommodate your request to start a load but could have started another 2 loads prior to leaving. With a few simple additions....your kitchen would be greatly improved, and 'd love to rent again! I hope you consider this for your future guests. Happy New Year!
