Welcome to Captain Jack's II, a bright and comfortable lakefront home tucked along the northern tip of Keuka Lake's western branch. With a level, grassy yard that leads right to the water and sweeping views of both sunrise and sunset, this peaceful retreat is ideal for families, couples, and friends looking to unwind in the Finger Lakes.

Inside, you'll find an open and welcoming layout designed for easy living. The main living room features plush seating and a large TV—perfect for movie nights after a day on the lake. The kitchen and dining area are just beyond, offering everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together, including brand-new appliances, an island with bar seating, and a dining table set before sliding glass doors that frame the water.

The home includes three comfortable bedrooms on the main floor: a private primary suite with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bath; a second queen bedroom; and a third with a twin-over-double bunk. There's also a second full bath with a tub and shower. Upstairs, a spacious recreation room offers extra space to relax and play, complete with another TV, ping-pong and foosball tables, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Step outside to the large back deck and enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake. The level yard below is great for kids and pets to play, and the natural entry shoreline makes swimming and wading easy for all ages. A seasonal dock provides the perfect spot to fish, sunbathe, or take in the view as the sun sets over the water.

Located just outside Branchport, Captain Jack's II is minutes from Keuka Lake State Park and close to local wineries, breweries, and dining. With space for the whole family, a fun recreation area, and pet-friendly amenities, this lakeside home is a wonderful place to relax and make lasting memories on Keuka Lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
