The condo is in a great location. And it was clean and a beautiful condo. My family and I have nothing negative to say about our stay. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone. We are going to try and it next year.

Lovely Property

The home was spacious and centrally located in North Myrtle. The views of the ocean excited the kids each day and they woke up asking to go to the beach!

Great Condo in a great location!

Let me start by saying this condo is in a great location, the price was great, and the property manager was very easy to contact and quick to respond. I would have given this property a 5/5, but when we arrived,the condo wasn't very clean. The sheets in the rooms were dirty and some with stains, we ended up washing them before using them. The coffee machine seemed to not have been used in a while, it was very dirty. after a good clean, it was good to go. Overall the condo was great, and everything worked. There was a small issue with the bathtub in one of the rooms but the property manager addressed it quickly so no harm was done. We enjoyed our time and would return again in the future. I

Great property with a great location

The property was exactly as described. It had plenty of space for my family of 7. The best part was the location. Centrally located abd right across the street from the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo

My husband and I stayed here a couple weeks with 6 kids between the ages of 10-19 and its was spacious enough that we were very comfortable and did not feel like we were on top of each other. The home was clean and offered everything we needed for the stay. The communication with the host was very clear and prompt. She even checked in with us to make sure our check in was smooth and we were able to find what we needed to enjoy the property fully. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and over all a very comfortable place to stay. I only thing i could say was an inconvenience was the parking. We took a 15 passenger van so it was to tall for the parking garage. The property does have parking for the larger vehicles but it was very limited. This is not something the host can control just adding it so anyone in the same position as us has a heads up. Bottom line we had 0 issues with our trip!! This place was beautiful and host was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again is we go back.

Deceiving

The place is smaller than picture suggests. Items not working correctly. Missing one key. Host contacted and responded that cleaning crew keeps one key and because items needing repair were not critical that they don’t get fixed till after we leave. I would not rebook this place again

Family Trip

The unit met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was east. Linens and towels were subpar - scratchy and uncomfortable. We did not receive a common area key and had to walk around to climb the steep parking deck entrance with small children. Was able to speak to an employee who was helpful and got us one. Would have liked to receive communication about some things I didn’t think about like only one trash bag and what kind of coffee maker. Overall the unit itself was nice and we had plenty of room for our family.

Family Vacation

Great place for a family. Area was quiet, accommodations were perfect, the little ones enjoyed the pool area during the heat of the day and the beach in the evening. Loved being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony while looking over the ocean.

No key. Dirty room

Key-First big thing. We had NO KEY. To get into the room it was a passcode so we could get into the room but to get into the first floor of the hotel and into the pool deck you must have a physical key. We had NO way to get into the hotel at all: once contacting the host she told us there was no possible way for her to get us a new key in time of our stay and that we would just have to walk to front of building. Walking to the front of the building was not the answer due to needing a key for even the front. We were forced to at times walk Up the STEEP driving ramp to the second floor of the building where we could get into an elevator to go to our room. Coming in from the beach we were forced at times to jump the tall way above head fence to get in or yell at people at the pool to let us in. Cleanliness- first off the room looked neat it was just not cleaned well at all. There was sand all over the floors. The sink had some residue food. Broken- the handle to the back balcony was broken. The fans in 2 of the 3 bathrooms did not work. For all of this trouble the host gave me a very low 2 digit number back… on a 4 digit 4 night stay. The 4 night stay we didn’t even finish because having a baby and walking up a driving ramp is just not safe.

Great views!

The location of the apartment is great. Short easy walk to the beach, souvenir store, mini-golf (yes, we walked there), ice cream shop and irish pub. The apartment has a nice view of the ocean and of the city too. The outdoor pool is covered, which we liked. Kids could play in the water and get a break from the sun. There is also an indoor pool and a hot tub. My only reason for 4 stars is that the apartment was not cleaned well. Owner was quick to respond and polite. Overall, we had a fabulous time. Alligator Adventure and Myrtle Waves Water Park were the highlights of the trip.

Condo was great and would stay there again. I wasn’t impressed with the though. Not as clean as I would like it but honestly if you’re spending your time at the beach it really doesn’t matter

Family Beach Fun!

Miscommunication on paper work. Needs better explanation on check in procedures. The number on the sight is not connected to Malibu Pointe. The property was very nice and adjacent to the beach.

Good stay close to beach

It was a great property. However it wasn’t cleaned good when we got there. We had little kids so we mopped floors and dusted everything before we even unpacked cuz we didn’t want baby crawling on the dirty floor and finding old chips in the corners.
