These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and a twin over twin set of bunk beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the Water's Edge Restaurant, where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

Great Family Scalloping trip

We had a great stay at this location, we will be returning next year. The boat ramp is right next to the building, making launch and retrieval very easy. The only thing you have to watch out for is the boat slips are reserved and very well marked, however other boaters choose not to pay attention. Maybe other management companies don't stress that enough, someone took our slip and the boat next to ours slip, not a huge deal but annoying when the slips are reserved.

Perfect place!

Perfect place for summer vacations, relaxation, tranquility, beautiful water-view, and easy access to the ocean. Great location. Awesome unit to spend some days with family. Clean pool. Friendly guests. Reachable restaurants by the river.

Perfect location

This condo was very clean and well decorated. It was very well stocked with condiments. The view from the balcony was perfect and the location couldn’t get much better. The boat slip was convenient and just a short ride to the gulf. We caught our limit each day that we scalloped and our ten year old granddaughter had the time of her life with this being her first time scalloping. We were able to walk a few yards to Who Dats where the food was great and the staff were friendly. We could also hear the karaoke at night coming from there which was pretty entertaining. We had a good view of some fireworks and all of the neighbors were really friendly. We will definitely rent again next year.

Great spot for scallop trip

We wanted somewhere with a boat slip for a scalloping trip and this place delivered! spacious condo right next to a boat ramp and slips/condo are so close to the mouth of the river. Not very noise insulated from other tenants, but not the end of the world. Contactless check in and cleaning sprays in condo were welcome in this era of covid.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family enjoyed all aspects of our trip to Steinhatchee: easy process (Emily answered all questions promptly :) at an incredible, clean place, excellent dockage, a pool(!), superior water opportunities, and fun dining and music within walking distance. We will go again!

Great condo in a great complex!

We were very happy with our stay. Four grown men on a fishing trip, and we had a great time. The rooms were clean, the satellite TV worked well, and the kitchen appliances were up to date. The boat dock was great and the cleaning table was put to good use with flounder and red fish! Minor concern: We could not get the garbage disposal to work in the kitchen, so we tried to be careful about what went into the sink. I only mention it here so that Emily will be aware and get it fixed.

Clean, roomy, and we'll furnished. You can't beat the beautiful view.

As always our stay was great. We have stayed several times for scalloping and fishing and you can't beat it. Easy in and out. Wonderful to have your own dock.

A few problems that I want to list.

A few problems that I want to list. No bath soap or shampoo, floor drain in shower very slow standing in inch to an inch and a quarter of water, pool very dirty no chlorine. No Wi-Fi. One of the dining room chairs was broken not possible to set in. Kitchen receptacles were on ground fault breaker which was tripped and one receptacle would not work. draining was a problem for both showers. Door from living room going out on to balcony was very very difficult to lock. No TV in the bedrooms. Just music problems operating the microwave might be operator error don’t know. Not much TP in either bathroom. Emily I hope all these points assist you in making it a little better for your next guess.

Nice simple place. Great view and cold air. All the appliances worked.

Some of the other units were larger and nicer inside This unit was acceptable but needs a little update. It also was missing a lot of cleaning supplies and normal kitchen utensils. Bedding linens were a below average but the price was right and the view was great. Having the dock right under the unit was very convenient also. The scalloping and fishing was amazing and the people up in Steinhatchee are great!

Perfect Accomadations

Our stay was terrific. Easy entry, extremely clean and convenient departure. The mattress was extremely plush and the kitchen had all the amenities. We look forward to another stay in the spring. Thank you!
