This condo features breathtaking views of the gulf. Watch magnificent sunsets from the balcony while enjoying a cold beverage. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed and the third bedroom a queen size bed. You will be on the gulf in minutes since you don't have to travel through the no wake zone from the dock. There is a private boat ramp on site so you don't have to fight the traffic at the public ramps. A designated boat slip is included with your stay.

Our fave spot

This rental is definitely our first choice to stay when coming to Steinhatchee. We love the property and communication with Emily is always so easy. Always very clean and plenty of room! Can’t wait to come back next year.

High-end digs for your fishing needs

A really nice place to recover from a long day of fishing. It is well maintained and truly fully furnished. The dock was very nice and the boat ramp was easy to use. One word of warning there, it does end in a drop off on the left (up river), so be very careful at low tide. We didn't use it, but there is a very nice small pool which the other guests seemed to like. They do have satellite TV, but no provided WiFi and T-Mobile does not work well there. So check your carrier coverage if that is important to you. In the end, we will try to stay there again.

I am so happy that you enjoyed your stay! It really is a beautiful property. Unfortunately due to the location of the Gulf Breeze Condos it isn't possible for the owners to get WiFi. I agree that it is a good idea for renters to check with their carriers to make sure they have service if they plan on using a hot spot. Breathtaking views

We really enjoyed this property. Big spacious and well decorated. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. You have a huge area to park your boat/car. Even a designated boat slip that makes it easy to bring your boat in and out of the water. It has a pool which we used and it could use a good cleaning. Some chairs were new and some were in need of replacing. It seemed to us that the pool club house was being renovated? We were here prior to Scallop season which was fine with us because it was very quiet. We rented a boat for a half day from Hags Marina and it was a great time. Caught a shark, which made my grandson very happy 😆. Ate at Roy’s and honestly one of the best meals and waitress we’ve ever had. Thank you Shaun..Overall awesome time. If I had to complain about anything it would have been that there is NO WIFI. I don’t know why they don’t have any??? Other rentals did? We would come back and look forward to it. LOVED the charm of Steinhtchee.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect! We visit Steinhatchee frequently but this was our first stay at Gulf Breeze. Very nice rental for our weekend getaway. Will recommend to friends and hope to stay again!

School’s Out Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the complex is very quiet. If you’re boating/fishing you’ll love the location. You do not have to ride through a no-wake zone to get to the dock, it’s literally right at the mouth of the river on the canal. Even at low tide there’s plenty of water to come and go. We saw several manatees in the canal, caught lots of fish, and enjoyed the best sunsets in the area! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. which made cooking and eating in easy. The beds and linens were all good quality and very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to bring your own towels. There were a few bath towels, but no pool towels. This was not an issue for us as we did bring our own, but if you plan to visit I would suggest you take your own. The host, Emily, was very helpful and easy to reach if needed. If you plan a trip to Steinhatchee we definitely recommend Gulf Breeze!

Wonderful Views, Peaceful Location

My family enjoyed our short getaway. On our stay, Gulf Breeze only had a few people staying there, so it was very quiet and peaceful and the views we beautiful. We will return again.
