These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.
Unit features a king size bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the ���Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

Door locks hard to get open. Water/ice dispenser leaked and had mildew. Back porch dirty including some kind of excrement. Loose flooring on walkways. Cheap, watery hand soap. Too much light coming into the riverside bedroom at night.

Great location. Condo was OK.

The location is fantastic. The condo was not very clean. No mattress pad on the beds. Master bed was very comfortable though. The plastic box spring cover was dirty on one side with something black?? Dishwasher had not been run, but we ran it and put them away. The pool was closed when we arrived, but was reopened later that day. The master toilet was not flushing when we arrived, Emily the property manager was very prompt in getting it fixed. The elevator was sketchy at best and completely not working the last day we were there. Not pleasant to remove all our belongings on the last morning. With all this said the condo was very comfortable and we love the location. Thanks to Emily it was not as bad as it sounds.

Condo was beautiful. Location was perfect. Dock space was great. NO INTERNET

Bedrooms were large and roomy. Balcony was nice with amazing view of the river. Would have been 10 stars if I only had WiFi service. Sprint cell phone service the worst ever. Couldn’t text nor email nor even make a call. For the price internet should have been included. Another in our party had a different cell phone carrier and had no issues. I really needed Internet that trip just for 20 minutes a day,But received no emails and hardly any text messages the entire four days.i still recommend the place 100 % and would stay there again. Blows Steinhatchee landings away. Only a 10 min boat ride to the Inlet compare to 35 mins at Steinhatchee Landing.

This property was a great location!

This property was a great location for our visit. We came to scallop and loved the convenience of a boat ramp, boat slip and marina all together so close! The unit was clean and stocked well. The only thing we missed was wi-fi. Other than that, we were happy and comfortable during our stay!

We loved staying in this unit!

Great condo on the water. Unit was clean and nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the river. It is right next door to The Who Dat Bar and Grill. Food and atmosphere is good. They have Karaoke on Friday and Saturday. There is a boat repair place next door so there is noise from them during the day but we were gone most days so it was not a problem for us. We enjoyed looking for scallops while we were there. You have your own boat slip too. We are planning to come back again next year for scallop season! Highly recommend staying here.
