Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.
This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!
The condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a full private bathroom, and the third bedroom is furnished with a set of twin beds with trundles. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the condo. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

Since it was the off season, it was so quiet. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures in the listing are acurate. We rode our golf carts around town. Plenty of parking for 2 trucks, 2 small trailers and 2 golf carts in our designated spot. View from the pool was great too. Its right on the water.

The location of the property was fantastic. The issue was with the cleaning crew. They obviously didn’t clean the toilets at all or they would have noticed that the toilet was clogged. It was very embarrassing for my guests to walk in to this horrible smell and the nice gift that was left in the toilet that I was left to deal with.

Very nice

I absolutely loved the view and the set up was definitely amazing and comfy! The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony and from the master bedroom! It was also very peaceful and the space to separate us from our kids being close was definitely a plus. Our 12, 11, and 10 year olds loved having their own beds and space as well as all of us not sharing the same bathroom lol. Definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the view and location. My main complaint is that we wished the boat slip was wider and that there wasn’t a pole that separated the two spots. We have a 2300 pathfinder and it was kind of difficult to pull in and backing out at times without bumping into that post. It didn’t really cause damage but did scuff up one side a little bit. But the mark will come off, again no real damage to our boat. Again loved this place and recommend staying here!

Gulf getaway.

Property is in a great location with great reviews of gulf. Elevator and fish cleaning station are still being repaired from the storm in October. I had to rewash the sheets in the kids room as 2 out of the 4 bed were covered in dog hair. Clearly not cleaned, since the last guests were there. Also many of pots and pan were dirty. Spider webs all over the place. This condo is in a great location but clearly needs a deep cleaning.

Family Reunion

Perfect for our group. Spectacular views. Short ride for our fishing mem bers to the Gulf. Fantastic fishing off the doc. Spacious, comfortable accommodations. We've been several times before and will be back

Very nice very clean had everything we needed. Only thing and this is just to bring it to your attention there's a ceramic tile in the living room just outside the laundry room that is broken and is starting to stick up high enough someone could cut there foot or toe on it pretty bad if your not careful. Looks like possible building stress crack goes across the floor. Overall great stay will be back in June for about 8 days.

Wonderful, spacious accomodations with a beautiful view of the mouth of Steinhatchee River. The boat slips were convenient and elevator access to the second floor was helpful. Everything you could want for a nice weekend in Steinhatchee

Such a great big place to stay

We would just like to say how amazing this place is especially for those who love to fish we were able to put out boat in at the private ramp and use the boat slip and even fish off the dock where we caught fish...its such a quiet and peaceful place and watching the sun go down from the porch of master bedroom is just breath taking

We were extremely pleased with this spacious and comfortable condo. It was very private. Wonderful view. It was very clean. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and everything worked as it should. Parking was right next to the stairs. We’ll definitely be back.

Family Get Away

This place never disappoints!! After a day of fishing, sitting out on the balcony makes a perfect evening with an unforgettable view of the sunset. The condo Is decorated beautifully and fully stocked with all the necessities. The property manager was phenomenal and very attentive to any questions we had. Our family Is thankful to make memories here. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else... until next time Gulf Breeze #208!!

Exceptional Property

Exceptional property with amazing view off balcony. Well stocked kitchen. One of the first we’ve stayed in that every component was in working order. Very clean and spacious. Quiet.

Great location and nice condo.

Our family with 6 adults and one toddler had plenty of room in this clean spacious condo for our family vacation. The place is well equipped with just about everything you need. Very convenient being at the mouth of the river, didn’t take any time to get in the channel. The elevator is definitely a plus. We enjoyed watching the boats come in/out while in the pool. Our only two complaints were that all the beds are extremely HARD, we’re all used to a softer mattress. Second, the boat dock is short and the way they have the post out from the dock it’s tricky to get your boat in/our, we did manage but, was very trying on the nerves. Would definitely come again and recommend it.

Gulf Breeze !!!

Great location at mouth of river. Place was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of room. Boat ramp and dock slip right on site. I would recommend and plan to stay her again.

The condo was great! .

The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Nicely decorated. The view was fantastic! I would give it 5 stars, but the pool was not swimmable as algae was growing in it. Our boat slips did not have power. The fish cleaning table also did not have power. We did contact our rental manager Emily and she responded quickly. Unfortunately these problems cannot be fixed quickly. I would definitely rent the condo again and hope the property managers fix the other issues.
