Within a 1 min walk youā€™ll find yourself relaxing on the private beach or by the outdoor heated pool at 43 by the Sea! This spacious, multi-level townhouse is located in the beautifully landscaped, beachfront Yachtsman Condominiums in Hyannis Cape Cod. The Yachtsman is a family-friendly, gated, resort-style condominiums next door to Veteran's Park with a children's playground and a couple of mins walking distance to two public beaches.

Enjoy your breakfast in the warm morning sun on 43 by the Seaā€™s large private roof-top deck or enjoy beautiful sunsets on the roof-deck after a day at the beach. This house offers a fully furnished kitchen with dining area with seating for six.

43 by the Sea overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard with easy access to the communal heated pool. With 1232 sq ft. of living space it includes three bedrooms and 2 and half baths. Loft sitting area with slider to a large private roof deck. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Sunken in living room with patio door to back deck with grill and patio table. From the back deck you can enjoy the beautifully landscaped courtyard or walk over to the gazebo and heated pool.

AC throughout the condo to keep you cool. Free WIFI and smart TV in living room. Washer and dryer, iron board and iron for your convenience. Our condo has both bath and beach towels, as well as bed linens. Both full baths have a blow dryer so no need to pack one. One designated parking space.

43 by the Sea is ideally situated near Hyannis Main St.ā€™s many shops and restaurants and within a 15 min walk from the Hy-Line Cruises with daily trips to Marthaā€™s Vineyard and Nantucket. Iconic restaurants, such as the Black Cat Tavern and Spanky's Clam Shack, are only a short 15 min stroll away.

Great vacation home for families and fantastic host!

We had a fantastic stay at 43 by the sea. Diane was very helpful and responsive to questions. She let us know when the pool opened early for the season and let us use guest parking for family to visit us. The unit had everything my family needed (dishes, cookware, coffee pot, linens) and was very clean. Roof deck access was not permitted while we were there but there was another outdoor patio which was helpful. Great location to get to other points on the Cape as well as access to the ferry terminal. We had a great visit overall!

Change of scenery

Our week brought together friends, former coworkers and familyā€¦ Plus a 60th birthday celebration. The location was perfect to do ā€œourā€ own thing and still come together as a groupā€¦ Walks on the beach, whale watching, shopping, great restaurants, and time for movies, and jigsaw puzzles.Perfect week.

Great condo

We loved our stay at 43 by the Sea. The condo was well stocked with full kitchen amenities and even paper towels, TP, and hand/dish soaps. The private beach and pool are great and everyone we met was very friendly. Having linens and towels provided was a huge plus for us. We took advantage of the walk to the Hy-line ferry to visit Nantucket for a day and we also used the Hyannis trolley to visit main street- very convenient! Diane was very responsive during our stay and was so helpful in finding us a place for our 2nd vehicle. Thanks again!

Hyannis end-summer Summer 2021

We had a great experience and my family loved the house and the location right by the beach. We had a great time. On day 1 we had to report the bbq grill not clean and a broken flush and this was repaired immediately. The bedroom tv did not work with the remote and stayed so as the parts would not arrive on time. Bathroom mats were delivered immediately. The host we always available.

Perfect Beach Condo

Perfect beach condo. Plenty of space for our parents, kids and us! 2 min walk to the beach, right next to the pool. It was easy to run back to the condo for lunch or bathrooms. The condo have everything we needed for cooking, the beach, bedding and towels. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Very close to the main area with restaurants (about 5-10 min drive). Thanks for a wonderful week!

Great condo in central location

We booked this condo at the last minute looking for a getaway. Diane, the owner was great! She was readily responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked for a week when we did a fair amount of cooking in. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Hyannis, and right down the street from the harbor for a quick jaunt to MV or Nantucket The private beach was amazing. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed by the time of our trip (mid September) We would definately choose the Yachtsmans Club "43 by the sea" again!

Convenient Cape getaway

The property was well kept, very clean- lots of room for a family of 4 (with adult children 20, 22) to have their own space. Roof top deck was nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. Pool onsite, and private beach within a few steps (2 min walk). Property was within walking distance of two other public beaches and was close to many restaurants and ferries. Beautiful week. Would definitely rent again.

Great property. Too many stairs for older or somewhat handicapped folks. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably, the rest are bunks beds. Good location, wonderful pool.

This townhouse is in a great location. Main Street Hyannis is a one mile walk for JFK museum, restaurants, and shops. Itā€™s a shorter walk to ferries and a few other restaurants. A one minute walk to the beach. The townhouse was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and well stocked. You only need to bring clothes. The pool was open and although we didnā€™t use it, it looked very nice and clean. A free trolley runs near the townhouse and will take you into town - check online for schedule. Diane was very helpful for us first-timers to the Cape. We recommend the whale watching tour out of PTown, and Hi Line ferries for Nantucket and the Vineyard. Chatham was very quaint and the Heritage Museum and Gardens was a nice tour. Cape Cod Beer Tour gets very busy on rainy days.

Hyannis Getaway

Rented this property for a week in August 2016. Property grounds were beautiful and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool and the little stream and bridge that led up to it. Accommodations were very nice with plenty of room. Had a nice private patio area on the first floor and a great rooftop deck to watch the stars at night. I loved the layout of the condo. Perfect for a family and never felt cramped. A very short walk to the beach and the water was calm which was perfect for young kids to play and for grown ups to relax. If you wanted some waves you could walk a short distance on the beach to a more ocean beach area that had a great snack bar and bathroom facilities. You could walk to Main Street and all the sailing activities from the complex. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and pots and pans which made cooking a breeze. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation with a growing family.

My family and I stayed for a week and the place was just beautiful. What a wonderful week we had! Clean, Convenient, and Excellent Communication!

My wife and I stayed in this condo Christmas thru New Years! We were both very satisfied with the apparent recently renovated accommodations! All rooms freshly painted, new cabinets and floor in the kitchen - complete with a special touch - Christmas decorations greeted us upon arrival! Diane (owner) was very responsive to any questions we had leading up to our arrival - and made sure we had keys in hand prior to touchdown. Nice to see someone who values a customer and is proactive in anticipating what is required. The Yachtmans condos are a great spot - close to town and all that it offers. If you like the beach - this location is tough to beat. Based on our favorable experience my wife and I would both recommend this particular condo to anyone interested in staying in the Hyannis/Barnstable Cape Cod area.....djm.

My husband and I purchased 43 by the Sea because we loved the location. We think it's a perfect spot for our family. We have 5 children and while a couple of them love the beach and sand, the others prefer jumping and swimming in a warm pool. Due to our busy schedule, our time in the Cape is limited; therefore, we rent 43 by the Sea so others can enjoy it.
