Great location and plenty of space. Easy access to boardwalk and beach. Common area and bedrooms were more than enough to comfortably fit 4 different families. Functioning and clean kitchen and appliances made it easy to eat in when we wanted. Would recommend.

Wonderful time

It was a very nice place. It was very, very comfortable. It was nice going out onto the deck. Close to the boardwalk. Very, very cozy.

The house was big enough to accommodate multiple families and is centrally located to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen floor coffee maker, along with the bathroom shower drains (plugged up with hair from previous guests) NEEDED to be cleaned. The bedroom blinds, fans throughout the house, vents , all baseboards and doors need to be dusted. The garage door could be used, but we were told if it was open and closed too much, it might not work. All communication was great before and at check-in. After that it was crickets when we tried to communicate with the owner.

Communication was great. House was a perfect fit for our family. Nice location, good home layout, and furnished well. We would stay at this same place again without question.

Great location, clean and short walk to boardwalk and beach

Beautiful property, clean home, great location. Owner was quick to respond the few times I had questions. Only minor issues, like the knobs on the stove were very loose, and you had to light the stove each time with a lighter. Other than that, place was great!

Great location

It is so hard to find beach homes that don't require a full week to rent! This home was perfect and I appreciate the fact that they are flexible for booking! The house was located just a block from the board walk and beach! Easy check in and clean house. Just know to bring your own full bedding, towels/washcloths, paper towels, hand soap, etc.

Great place and location

Got three different check in times from VRBO and Owner. I got there 2 hours before owner got back to me with the passcode to enter after a 2 1/2 hour drive.

Family Reunion at the Beach

The house is beautiful! It fit our needs for the 12 of us. We had other family staying in the area so the location was perfect for the beach and boardwalk. There are good restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint was communication with the owner. We asked questions about bedding and pillows and when we arrived there were plenty of pillow. Prompt responses or any response would be helpful when people are flying in and just need to know what is necessary to bring. with

Spacious rooms & Great location!

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The house’s location is more than ideal, a quick walk to the boardwalk & beach! It’s also located by the dog park beach and our 1 year old loved seeing all of the dogs all week! The house is equipped with some essential kitchenware but if you plan to cook a lot / specific meals it might be good to bring some bigger pots, pans, etc from home. All of the bedrooms and living areas are extremely spacious and we loved that every room had a queen bed in it. The only con I can say about this house is that all of the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the showers and tubs had some mold. Otherwise, we all really enjoyed our trip! Thanks again!

Great beach house!

This is our second year staying at this property and we just booked it again next year. The location is absolutely perfect. The house is clean, well kept, and plenty of room for everyone. We could see the Friday night fireworks from the deck. Edwin is very responsive with questions and made check-in a breeze. My only suggestion would be to update the listing to specify you need to bring all linens to include comforters, pillows, and towels. I had to ask about the linens and towels. When we arrived, there were not any pillows so thankfully Walmart delivers under 2 hours, so we were all set. The kitchen has everything you need along with both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. We love staying here and will continue to make memories with our family next year.

Great location but not much else

Sadly the only thing I can say is that the location is great. Beds are missing box springs so sleeping is tough. So many things broken or missing it including the dishwasher. Hand washing dishes on vacation for 11 people? Fun times. Brought everything to the owners attention the first day and got no reply.For the amount spent on this rental I expected more however it looks like they aren't interesting in repeat customers or keeping their property in good shape.

I will start with the good! The place is huge, ample room for a big group! Nice outdoor balcony with more room to eat and hang out if needed. The location is AMAZING, so close to the boardwalk and beach, and right smack in the middle of everything! You can get to the boardwalk and turn either direction to get to either end in no time!The not so good, the place could use a good cleaning, the floor was absolutely filthy, the bottom of our socks/feet were black. On day one I was told by the property manager to not open the garage door so much (we were unloading our car), which I found to be an odd request considering we were going to need to open it daily to go to the beach, etc. I looked back and saw a review from earlier in the Summer where the garage door stopped working. So, if there was an issue, it should have been fixed, instead of telling people that are paying a large amount of money to stay there, not to open the garage door. The lack of air conditioning was also an issue, luckily it wasn't too hot the week we were there, but the lower level remained at about 78 degrees which is way to warm for sleeping. The whole house was warm but we were told not to touch the thermostats, so again paying a lot to stay there, but can't make ourselves comfortable. The first night the air conditioning unit kept half the house up, because of the loud noises it was making! One TV didn't work, one of the upstairs bedrooms main plugs didn't work, (TV wouldn't turn on). Need maintenance!!

My family stayed at the house for two weeks. When we arrived we noticed several amenities were not working, most importantly the garage door would not open and the outdoor shower did not work. We contacted the owner asap. He said his handyman was not available, but he would come out himself the second week. During our two week stay nothing was ever fixed. One reason we booked the property was for the ease of the garage, but also for the outdoor shower so our family could rinse off the sand from the beach. Once we entered we noticed how dirty everything was. The kitchen had not been cleaned, and there was coffee spilled on the counter and the coffee maker itself was disgusting, the grill had mold on it. There was a moldy half eaten sandwich behind the trash can on the floor. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken, one so badly it could not be used. It was awful for the people sleeping in that room since the sun is very bright early in the morning. Everything was dusty, including all blinds, windowsills and fans. We found dirty sheets on a couple beds from the previous family. It was not a great way to start the vacation. We do not assume we would need to clean a house upon our arrival. We contacted the owner and sent pictures. He did apologize, but nothing was done. We have been coming to Wildwood for decades, and have stayed at the house next door. That owner had since sold the property, so we chose this house because it fits our family. We will never stay here again.

WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN

House is great for a large family. Listing says parking for 3 vehicles. That is only for small cars. We had 2 trucks and an suv so one vehicle had to be parked blocks away wherever we could find free parking. The refrigerator does not keep food that cold in the kitchen and when I called the owner on both of the issues I got no response.Not enough trash and recycling containers on the property to properly segregate garbage. And owner will threaten you with a fine if you don’t comply.. We called city hall ourselves to find out what we needed to do.. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms and no air conditioning and once again you are not to touch the thermostat or an alarm will go off per owner! It was really hot down there so we had to go buy a fan from the store.. wall outlets missing covers. Wires hanging out of ceiling. Most plugs didn’t even work..

Great spacious accommodations

The spacious unit was beautifully decorated and had many amenities. There is no ice maker, which was inconvenient. The outdoor shower was also spacious, however, there was no hot water. All in all, I would def stay again.

Lots of room

Very nice house, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Close to boardwalk, only downfall was very hot on 1st floor, told not to touch thermostat. Other than that, this is an amazing beach house!
