It's been decorated by an interior designer.

This beautiful and spacious deluxe condo is set in one of the most coveted locations in Panama City Beach. This Luxury High-end condo complex features the Largest Private Beach in the area! There's also a PGA rated 'Signal Hill' Golf Course in front of the building. This-is one of those rare placed where you're secluded enough to avoid crowds but close enough to find everything you might need.

Stay with us and enjoy spectacular ocean views from the master bedroom and living room. With 9 foot ceiling to floor, wall to wall panoramic windows. Deluxe master bedroom has a lavish king bed with a 55' flat screen TV and DVD. The second bedroom has two full beds with a 32' flat screen TV. The living room also has a 55' flat screen TV and DVD. They're smart TV's with access to Netflix and Pandora. Free HBO Cable and WiFi access. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress.

Great place

We’ve been staying at the boardwalk for 15 years this year!! This is the first time we’ve booked with Carlos. It was a wonderful experience all around. Carlos was always quick to answer any questions we had!! As far as the room.. it was perfect! Impeccably clean and beautiful. There were floats, beach chairs, a cooler and things you would need for the beach. By far the best and easiest stay at the boardwalk yet!

Awesome Place

I book places quite often and Carlos’s place was by far the best place I have stayed at. I have never slept the first night anywhere, check, have now. The couch, liked it so much I’m buying me one for my own house. The water pressure in the shower, wow! Loved not walking around on sand the whole time. Patio furniture was very nice and comfortable and had a nice rug. Overall a 9.8 for me.

Another great vacation!

Our stay was wonderful. We stayed here last year in 2022! This is a beautiful condo with a great location! The condo has a great kitchen with all you need to prepare meals! The condo is also very spacious! We had a great “front row” view of the Gulf! When we come back to PCB we will be staying here! The owner was great to work with and was quick to reply to all communications! Thank you Carlos!

Cancelled our stay hours before check in

We never actually stayed at this property. Not many hours before we arrived in Panama City, FL, I find an email from Carlos saying he cancelled our reservation due to someone else wanting to stay until Sunday. Needless to say, it ruined our vacation as we scoured the internet looking for a place. VRBO did all they could to help and support us. Wouldn’t book with him unless you like to live life on the edge.

Summer 2024 Beach Vacation

We had a great time, the condo was great and very clean. The view from the balcony was awesome and it was very roomy as well. The location is ideal, the beach wasn't packed like in other areas, it was clean and we lucked out and had great weather and the water was AMAZING! The Boardwalk Grill was delish, they have the best fried Grouper, and some good drinks too :) They also have live music which was a lot of fun. We always cook a couple of meals while we are on vacation, this kitchen had everything we needed, all nice high quality cookware etc. It was decorated really nice, loved the big couch. Carlos was very kind and helpful. We were so sad to leave. We will for sure rent this condo again. Thank you Carlos for sharing your Condo!

Beautiful unit!

Unit was very clean and updated The check in time on VRBO apparently was not accurate neither was the check out time. The owner was great any time I had an issue and reached out, he was very responsive. Carlos is amazing. Unit is stocked with all essentials and then some. Appliances are in good working order. Master bed is a bit hard but not anything too unbearable or that would prevent us from staying again.The only issue we had was related to an allergic reaction. I am very allergic to cats and it seems there has been one in this unit at some point and it was not disclosed. Definitely recommend this unit otherwise.

Immaculate

The condo was gorgeous and spotless. Ample amounts of towels and such were provided, as well as other necessities like toilet paper, garbage bags, ice, etc. It always seems as if these are the items that people overlook but they weren't here, thus we were not having to run out to the store immediately to stock up for our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, as were the sofas. We had three adults and one toddler and the place was more than big enough for all of us. The master bedroom was stunning, with an entire wall actually being a window with an ocean view. Carlos was quick and responsive and very helpful when booking and when we had an issue with the internet. My only compaint would be that the TV in the second bedroom does not connect to the resort's cable unit and the interface that they use is quite frankly terrible, concerning TV guide and channel surfing. However, we did not come to Florida to watch TV so it was a teensy inconvenience at worst. The elevators were very fast, the security friendly, and there were plenty of luggage racks to haul your stuff up to your room. We will 100% request to stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time. Condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. View was amazing. Owner was very helpful and personally answered all my questions. The pool and kiddie pool and play area was also very nice. We would stay here again. I only had 1 issue there were no locks on patio doors. Owner said he would be replacing them this month

Excellent stay

The property was clean and well cared for. Looks like the pictures. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Pool chairs, umbrella, floats and boogie boards. Full-size washer and dryer was a bonus. We had a small issue at check-in (we were short 1 bracelet) and the owner responded and resolved it immediately, and was so kind. We have stayed at several condo's inside of the Boardwalk Beach Resort and this was definitely the best stay.

Amazing Condo

We have stayed at Boardwalk Resort for seven years now. This condo was my family’s favorite. Carlos was so easy to work with and made the trip so easy. He even went out of his way to make sure we had new beach chairs to use. We will definitely try to make it a tradition to stay in this condo every year. Thank you Carlos!

Very clean.

Everything was perfect. The condo has a lot of useful things, utensils, beach toys and umbrella and a lot more. Communication was good with the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Relaxing vacation 🌴🌴🌴🌴

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s was beautifully decorated and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views were amazing. I didn’t realize elevators were an issue for a lot of condo buildings but it sure wasn’t for this one. Never had to wait on an elevator. My daughter and her wedding party were getting ready for the wedding in another condo building and had to wait over a half an hour to get her to the wedding. Trying to keep makeup in place for that long was a feat. My 75 year old mother and the wedding party had to walk down 11 flights of stairs. Boardwalk resort was beautiful. The food at the Tiki bar was delicious and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay at #1510 again.

Great trip!

The property was clean and well stocked. We were delighted to find boogie boards, sand toys, and beach chairs available for our use while staying. The view from the bedroom and balcony were beautiful. We loved our time spent at Panama City Beach and plan to return.
