Enjoy this secluded cottage on Lake Lanier with Private Dock for long term rental. Dock is a single slip with two port sports for jet skis.

This home sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. Huge GREAT room with fireplace. Incredible Kitchen! Both bedrooms have queen pillowtop beds. Air mattresses onsite if needed. Young Deer boat ramp 1 mile.

Cottage has smart TVs with streaming and WIFI. Fireplace inside. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, gas grill, lots of different sized vests, play toys (noodles, & kayaks). Nicely decorated, has all the comforts of home and all the necessities. Chairs on the dock to relax, as you swim, fish, or watch the sunset.

Whether you are into boating, water sports, fishing, hunting, golfing, hiking or shopping you won’t find a more convenient location on the lake.

Located one mile from Young Deer Boat ramp and 2 miles from Georgia 400 (exit 17).

Grocery store – Publix, Kroger, and Super Walmart only a few miles away.

North Georgia premium outlets - 12 miles - Dawsonville, Ga

Plenty of parking and pets welcome with fenced yard.

Sunset cove and water park directly across lake. Map available on site.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. The location is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The home is absolutely charming and was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which added a festive and welcoming touch to our trip. The lake is just a short walk down the yard, and the fenced area was ideal for our dogs. The furniture was noticeably more comfortable than what you typically find in short-term rentals, and the kitchen was well-stocked and thoughtfully equipped. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Cottage was extremely clean and quiet! I truly felt like my dog was welcome as there was a water bowl by the door and some spare tennis balls available. The Christmas decorations and lights on the house added a nice touch and made the stay feel extra cozy- as close to being home as possible! The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the option of having Keurig or Nespresso coffee in the mornings. I will 100% stay here again if I am in the area.

The Cozy Cottage lake home is truly charming, and Kim was an exceptional host. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our Australian Shepherds, and the house itself was very clean and well-appointed—especially the kitchen. We were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and enjoy spending time with family at the Cozy Cottage. Kim’s holiday decorations made the home feel especially warm and inviting. It was a relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Definitely an A experience!

The cutest little cottage with everything you needed, kitchen was well stocked, bed great! communication was great with Kim! She answered any questions we had, outside area was so stinking cute we didn’t get to enjoy that but will be back and hope to enjoy then. 10/10!!

Awesome cottage and Kim is a great host!! The cottage has everything and more. The location is great and the views were breath-taking. Kim did a great job communicating with us and made the stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Everything is perfectly matched to our needs. Plenty of space for the two of us. Close and level walk to and from the boat dock. Large kitchen area and living room. Kim is a great host who makes sure that you have everything that you need. She truly is just a phone call away if you need her. We will be staying in this lovely cottage again and again.

We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Cozy Cottage on Lake Lanier! Kim is an incredible host and the house was furnished with everything you could need or want. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog Yogi and host family for BBQs at the lake. We made so many wonderful memories, that we'll look back on for years to come. Swimming off the dock kept us cool and the kayaks and paddleboard were fun for play. The beds are so comfy. We look forward to coming back again!

Great place & Great time!

What a great find!!! I got lucky with this stay! The Cozy Cottage 5 stars*****! Kim has everything there and more! Perfect for myself, my husband and my son and daughter in law! Even better for my dog Cooper! Nice dock for our boat and swimming even great fishing! If your looking for a nice clean little cottage this is the place!Thank you Kim!

Cozy Cottage is a great stay on Lake Lanier

Spent a week at the cozy cottage and its very private and even saw deer in the back yard. The dock is relaxing and the kitchen has everything you need for a good meal.

Best Host Ever!!!

Got to the property & found that there was no electricity at the dock to charge our pontoon boat overnight. Kim, our host went intp super host mode & immediately went & purchased a 200.00 electric cord to the dock that didn't work, wrong grade. Kim then went to her neighbor who allowed her to hook into his boat dock eletrical system in order for us to be able to charge our boat. She then vowed that she was going to do whatever needed to make sure there would be permanent eletricity at the dock for others who may bring a boat that needed charging. My wife & I agree that there have been several host that we have had over the years that would not have done what Kim did for us. Thank you so much for being a super host in our eyes. Dr. Wes & Dr Gee.

This is a great little, comfortable, cozy cottage and met our needs perfectly.

This is a great place with all the comforts of home. It is close to shopping, restaurants and is on the Lake with a dock. We had a great time. Very comfortable.

Perfect Get-Away

My husband,2 pups, and I stayed here last week and the whole place was so cozy and wonderful. The property is situated on a beautiful piece of land with trees, flowers, and lake views. Access to the lake/dock was an easy walk down a gravel path. The interior was perfect- we enjoyed a cozy fire every morning and evening in the large wood-burning fireplace and the hot tub was a great treat. Our two doggos loved the fenced in back yard and seeing the squirrels, geese, and deer. This home is very well stocked with comfortable and soft bedding and towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities for cooking your own meals, and there are plenty of dishes and nice cookware. Kim was an outstanding host. She was so responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, and had a few nice personal touches for us when we arrived. This place has tons of windows and we found it to be comforting, relaxing, private, beautiful, and convenient. The trees had turned to fall colors during our stay and the outside space was just as lovely as the indoor space. There was plenty of seating (indoors and out), it was clean, and well-organized. If a house could give you a hug, this one is it!

Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful visit relaxing and hanging at the dock. The set up in the house was perfect for myself and 3 young children, comfortable beds. This cottage is perfectly stocked with all things necessary to cook meals, awesome grill! The hot tub was a welcomed spot to chill on back porch. Very peaceful, quiet setting with easy walk to dock. Kim was amazing, very helpful. I can’t wait to return next year!!

Fantastic property and fantastic landlady.

Even though we only live 60 miles from the property, we had never spent time at the lake. The property is beautiful and the house had everything one would need to feel at home including every spice that a gourmet cook could use to create a super meal. I like cooking and cook German dishes. We invited Kim to join us for dinner and took us in her pontoon boat for a tour of the lake. That's the kind of landlady she is. Don't worry, she is not pushy but is available if needed. Our two dogs loved it. My brother in law who came to visit from western Canada fell in love with the place. They don't have the abundance of vegetation that we have here. Fred

Extremely cute and very well appointed place - gorgeous setting - very attentive property manager!

Gorgeous lake and tons to explore. We were very surprised at how much there was to discover on Lake Lanier - not just the beauty and expansivenessnof the lake and islands, but things like the huge water park, etc - awesome for a family vacay or just adults getaway. Not being from the area, we had never even heard of it before. And Kim - just awesome. Very proactive ... even simple stuff like texting tips ... make sure to check out the water park ... and this & that restaurant ... etc. Funny, we booked this as a side thought rather than a hotel in Alpharetta where the event that went went down there for was hosted ... left wondering if we should retire there on Lake Lanier in Cumming or closeby. Can’t say enough. Book it. I’m telling you, you’ll love it. Tom J Michigan

Fabulous lake cabin!

We loved our stay at Cozy Cottage. Great house, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well equipped. Access to the dock was easy and the fenced back yard was great for our dogs. We will definitely want to rent this one again!

Very Cozy

My family and I really enjoyed our fishing trip to the lake to celebrate my 40th birthday. The place was amazing, but the weather decided to not cooperate. To help us feel more Cozy, Kim had the fire ready to go when we arrived and had a Happy Birthday sign up over the fireplace. It really made the trip special, and we enjoyed catching fish off the dock and hanging out in this amazing cottage. There was plenty of space for my 11 yr old son and 3 other family members/friends. I would highly recommend this property, it has everything you need. Next time I think I'll try to make it in the summer when it's warmer so I can make use of the kayaks and canoe. Thanks so much!

A warm and friendly cottage for Christmas.

The owner provided for our every possible need including lovely Christmas decorations. A charming and cozy retreat. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect in every way!! The quintessential Lake Cottage!

We stayed here while house hunting for our own lake house - The cottage was perfect for us! Just like Goldilocks bed. Not too small not too big JUST RIGHT.. a TRUE LAKE COTTAGE - Clean!!! VERY CLEAN !!! Beautifully decorated, everything you could possibly need and a short easy flat walk to the water and the dock , which, trust me, is a rarity on Lanier.!! Grocery Stores are super close, you are in the woods but civilization is within a few miles! Couples, singles, families with young kids and/or teens will not be disappointed, something for everyone! Safe for little ones, and fun for the big ones! Cant go wrong if you stay here!! Loved it !! Will rent again for our next round of house hunting.. AND one of the most important things, We have two dogs who travel all over with us - Kim has a huge fenced in area off the deck which is GREAT - She makes sure all her Canine guests feel just as welcome as her human guests,!!! A huge PLUS if you travel with your dogs!!

Perfect lakehouse getaway!

Wow! Last hoorah with our 13 year old and her BFF before school started. Perfect week. Cabin was open and comfy and clean. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you could think of. Close enough to stores, etc but still private. Great to see the girls go kayaking & dock fishing EVERY day. Had our little dog who was super happy to join us and the yard was a wonderland for him lol. Rented a pontoon boat and went tubing on Lake Lanier AWESOME! Zipline at Lanierword AWESOME! Owner Kim was SO sweet and easy to deal with. LOVED it here and will be back! Thanks Kim for a great memory!!

Exceptional Experience!

Our family stayed at the cottage for a few days this summer. Kim the owner made us feel right at home and was a wonderful host. She met us upon our arrival and went over everything the place had to offer. She also offered up other things that we might need (extra linens, extra life vest for the boat we rented, and so on). She also brought over more duck food for my family so we could feed the ducks that are always by the dock. The place was stocked with everything you could possible need for your stay. You will not be disappointed with your stay, or the graciousness of Kim!

Our family lived in this cottage for over twenty years. We have so many wonderful memories and still call it home. When we decided to move, I wanted to share a little of what we were blessed with in our cozy cottage on the lake.

Cottage is in a great neighborhood. Only 2-3 miles from the town of Cumming (Ga 400 and Exit 16). Has all the convenient grocery stores and shopping. House is 100 feet from the water for very easy access to the lake unlike many homes on Lake Lanier.

Washer and Dryer on site. Only 1/2 mile by land or water to launch your boat.
