This A-Frame home consist of 1 King bed, 2 full beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 twin futon, 3 full bathrooms. A loft for morning yoga, Fully equipped gallery style kitchen, ample seating, Cozy lower level, Large wrap-a-round deck, jacuzzi, fire-pit and several hammocks and games. I'm excited to share with you A Cozy Retreat! This A-frame home comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay. From kitchen supplies to toiletries, this rental is outfitted with all the essentials to make your stay a delight.

This is such a great, stylish and relaxing place. There are so many things to do. For example take a wine tour with POP THE CORK wine tours. There are several vineyards close by. Enjoying a unique stay at "A Cozy Retreat" with lake access by way of short walk. Wine vineyards and mountains nearby is my kid of relaxation. Check out the cute little German city of Helen. Explore the small village shops downtown Gainesville.

Please note this is a quiet neighborhood and is designed for guest looking for a relaxing vacation.
We thoroughly want you to enjoy your stay.
We also want to make sure our neighbors enjoy their peace without interruption.
This is why We have a restrict no party policy with a $3000 fine or max allowed for party goers. And $500 after hours noise complaints that lead an official city complaint. There are cameras located on the exterior of this property. The cameras are located one on the front, one the side and one on the back. The cameras are primarily in place to monitor maintenance service, lawn care and party goers. Removing or turning off the cameras will result in a $500 fine and we will cancel your reservation immediately. However if you feel the backyard camera may impede on your privacy (although it's not positioned to monitor the hot tub) you may place a damp tissue on the lens. $500 smoking violation fee. Unapproved late check outs will be $100 per hour. Also we are surrounded by trees, the lake, animals and bugs. You will encounter deer in the yard. There are bugs, mostly on the outside but can occasionally get inside. There is a type of spider that legend has it, hitched a ride from Japan. They love our area, they are all around the lake. Our cleaners removed webs and spiders before every stay but there’s no guarantee they won’t return. They usually return. This is the norm for the entire area. Also she cleans the outdoor areas and furniture but debris from trees can make the area look like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. It’s thoroughly cleaned after every stay. We want you to be aware of this things so there’s no surprise. We have her stop by to clean again prior to check in but during your stay these things can reappear.
