With 1700 sq ft of living space our villa has a large 25' SOUTH facing pool* with beautiful fountain feature that overlooks conservation land - so keep your eyes open for the wildlife that occasionally strolls or flies by!

This lovely accommodation is elegantly furnished with extensive living space including a large family and dining area. The open plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect and need. The ice-making freezer and blender are particularly useful for when making those pool-side cocktails!

The accommodation is frequently updated and includes large screen cable TV, VCR, DVD player, Hi-Fi, DVD's, CD's, pool table, darts, table-tennis, videos and books.

The villa also benefits from a fast 200 mb broadband/internet service that is available to guests.

There are four double bedrooms, three with en-suite facilities. There are flat screen cable TV's in the master and second bedroom and bedroom three also has a Nintendo Game Cube.

Other facilities include a laundry room with washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided for guests. We also have a cot, highchair, stroller for your little one!

The garage doubles as a games room with pool table, table tennis table and electronic darts board.

Theme Parks / Attractions: ONLY 10 minutes to the Disney Parks, 25 minutes to Islands of Adventure, Sea World and Universal Studios. 45-55 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens.

Golf Course: The 27-hole Championship Course at Orange Lakes is only 5 minutes away.

* Pool heating attracts an additional fee of $25 per night plus tax.

Quiet and clean suburban area just off 192. Property was spotless and quiet with excellent facilities and substantially equipped. Easy access to Disney and other amusement parks along I-4. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning. Would stay again.

Tired and in need of modernisation

The property is in a fantastic location at Sunset Lakes, where we have stayed many times before. However, the interior is tired and in need of modernisation. I give 2 stars overall because the property was clean and the beds were comfortable but there are signs of wear and tear everywhere you look. There are also issues with security as the main patio doors did not shut fully and there was an inch wide gap on one side. Overall this property is best used as a base to explore the theme parks rather than somewhere to spend lazy days relaxing.

Spacious well equipped clean villa

Lovely spacious property with a very sunny pool area (sunshine’s literally all day on pool area) well equipped clean (the fridge was so clean it looked as if it was brand new!!) management team excellent (we thought we’d left some stuff there and I connected Diane when I got home she went above and beyond to help) both owners and management team very responsive overall a lovely stay.

Great value. The kids loved the pool. Nice quite safe neighborhood. Some of the furnishings are dated but that is to be expected.

Good location and great communication

The house is just as described and is in a great location for visiting parks in the area. The house size was very good for a large family or multiple families. Communication about check in and our stay was fantastic. Some areas of the house could use a deep clean, but other areas were very clean like the kitchen.

A Superb villa which is home from home!

Wonderful villa, great location, well equipped you need for a great holiday, games room amazing and a fabulous pool with great poolside furniture. You need a car but great base for parks and shopping malls. Also lots of.variety of restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

AMAZING VILLA

Absolutely beautiful villa , pool stunning , the management team were wonderful too. Really pleasant stay . Very very happy . Couldn’t have asked for anywhere better . So close to Disney and SeaWorld too. Lovely restaurants and supermarkets , Walmart is a bit mayhem but target was awesome . Thank you for having us

Property was perfect for our needs. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent and not too far to visit various parks and attractions. Restaurants are also close by. Management company responddd very quickly when we requested fans dor yhe games room as it was too hot in there. They brought 2 large fans the next day.

Sunset Lakes - Not to be Missed

My family and I spent a wonderful time at our Villa at Sunset Lakes. Everything was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed and all modern accessories included. Karen and John were a phone call when we sought any advice on shopping malls etc and were eager to ensure that our stay was to be the best experience ever. We loved the fact that the Villa was centrally situated in Kissimmee and within easy reach of the theme parks, restaurants' and shopping. I would highly recommend Sunset Lakes and I sincerely hope to revisit in the future. Many thanks for your courtesy that you showed us and if/when we return we would have no hesitation in securing accommodation with you again.

Fun in Orlando

The house was perfectly centered to all the parks. The gated community made it feel secure. The swimming pool was nice to get in after a hot day of 20k+ steps at the parks. It was a great way to cool off. Definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a cheaper option than the park resorts.

Great location and villa for our family.

Lovely stay at this villa! The location was great for getting to Disney and a choice of supermarkets nearby! Also really liked that the property was on a private gated community so meant it was peaceful and quiet during our stay. So much space so would be great for larger families. Pool was fantastic and loved that there was screening. I do think it needs some love putting into it though, some fresh painting would do the trick, as some parts are looking a bit tired. The villa was clean so no issues there, would have been nice to have more of a welcome package with mini washing up liquid and things like that, as other villas do provide more things to get you started. Also so baking trays for the oven would be handy :D Loved our stay and would stay here again! I'd highly recommend this villa! The owners also answers any questions and very helpful! Thank you!

Wonderful family vacation

Family of four, including a 12 and 16 year old enjoyed a lovely fortnight at this villa. Communication with property manager was great from the outset. Villa is in a quiet location yet still near to all the area attractions and with lots of options for eating out within a short drive. Well equipped kitchen and lots of little extras have been thought about and included in the villa. The games room in the garage kept our 12 year old son entertained during down time. We hope to return in the future!

Great location

Enjoyed our stay very much. The neighborhood is gated and feels very safe. The house was somewhat dated but consistent with other homes in the neighborhood. There were a few minor "maintenance" issues that were quickly addressed. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

Nice house needs work

1) there was no hot water in the bathrooms sinks 2) neither tv in the two bedrooms didn’t work I notified management and he came out to check that and the outlets in all bathrooms because they didn’t work, when we got back one tv was fixed the other one wasn’t I got no follow up call explaining why it wasn’t fixed 3) they advertised having a hot tub and they don’t 4) not clean ceiling fan and vents are dirty

Excellent house in a perfect location

Very good. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Lovely community. 10-15 minutes to Disney. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Really well stocked house (kitchen wear, towels etc) Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Amazing house in amazing neighborhood

The house is amazing. It's big, It's comfortable, it has all you may need for your stay. It's close to Walmart supermarkets where you can get groceries and gas for your car (we found it's cheaper than orther gas stations). It's a few minutes away from Disney parks and 25 to 35 minutes from Universal parks. The outlet stores are not far away either. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We felt really safe during our stay. We stayed during Idalia and, even though the hurricane finally did not hit Orlando, the owner contacted us to make sure we were safe and had all we needed. She was very considerated. The pool is very nice, my kid really enjoyed it. I will definitely come back to this house my next visit to Orlando!! Thanks to Karen for everything :)

We bought this property because we wanted to enjoy the wonderful weather and be close to the huge number of attractions that only the Orlando area can deliver. Yet we also wanted to be able to relax away from the hustle and bustle that such a vibrant environment can bring.

Sunset Lakes provided exactly what we wanted, it's a quiet well protected gated community with a large percentage of permanent residents.

Furthermore this property, backing on to the conservation land, is particularly quiet.

It really is so very quiet and tranquil even when around the pool we barely see or hear anyone.
