A tropical wonderland on South Padre Island with unanimous FIVE-STAR ratings!

Entertain in the spacious and private backyard, custom-designed pool with sundeck & cascading jacuzzi hot tub. The backyard is lavishly landscaped with tropical plants and flagstone decking and features a covered wraparound bar with sink — perfect for family meals or evening cocktails.

Our two-story, 4 bedroom, 3-bath home can accommodate up to 12 guests and is just a half-block to the gorgeous beach and a quick walk to many restaurants, shops, and the island movie theater.

Upstairs Master Suite — Accommodates four guests with a king-size bed, daybed, and private bath.

Upstairs 2nd Bedroom — Accommodates two adult guests- two children with a queen size bed, two bunk beds, and a private bath.

Downstairs Master Suite — Accommodates four guests with a king size bed and sofa bed. Private bath with newly installed jacuzzi tub and luxurious oversized glass brick shower complete with rain shower for your relaxation. This suite has direct access to the lush backyard.

Downstairs Newly Remodeled Suite- Accommodates two, the door opens to the backyard, new King-sized bed, fun and modern.

FireHenry provides all bed linens, bath towels and a selection of beach towels. Washer and dryer units are available in the downstairs hallway.

Spectrum cable and high-speed internet are available throughout the house - flatscreen TVs

Kitchen — Fully equipped with all necessary cookware, appliances, and amenities/utensils. Granite countertops and kitchen bar for additional seating.

Living Room — A vaulted ceiling in the family room along with wall-to-wall windows and hardwood floors provides a relaxing and open environment that is easily accessible from the second floor bedrooms.

Parking — Two driveways provide enough space in the front of the house to accommodate four cars, or a boat!

Golf Cart Rental — We are excited to offer you our six-seater golf cart for rent during your stay. Perfect for cruising around SPI with your family and friends, our gas-powered Yamaha is street legal, and ready to roll at a very competitive rate for South Padre.

**Note to Large Groups: The property next door is family-owned and available to accommodate your bigger groups! We can fit up to 24 in side-by-side beach homes! Great for wedding parties or family reunions.

We rented this property for our annual family vacation. The property was nice and very spacious. Everyone had their own room with a king size bed. Most rooms had their own bathroom. The living room was spacious. The property was a minute long walk to a beach access which was very nice. Overall had an amazing time filled with swimming, eating, and making memories with my family.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was great - beautiful pool, lots of room in the house and the kitchen had everything you would need. The house was close walk to the beach and we loved having the golf cart to transport our stuff back and forth. The property managers and slowness were great to deal with and very responsive. Loved being able to bring our dog with us as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything you could want or need

This house is beautiful, clean, & has everything you could want or need for your stay. From beach towels, chairs and toys, to kitchen appliances & utensils. The pool area is beautifully nestled in a beautifully kept garden of greenery and color which gives privacy & protection from the wind, yet still a nice breeze. The golf cart is definitely an excellent way to run around on the island. Our group was our family of Papa & Gigi, kids & grandkids ranging in age from 16-1. This house has something for everyone. We all had a week long comfortable, amazing stay. We would love to come back again!

Great Location, lots of room

Great location on the island, near multiple shuttle stops, plenty of room for all 9 adults in our group. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were heated and we enjoyed them everyday!

Family vacation

Love, SPI! Even though weather wasn’t the best, we had a wonderful time. The house was exactly what we needed a few small things that we saw that could have been better such as bike tires were flat and living room furniture is showing age but beds, and the rest of the house was fantastic. Pool and hot tub. Wonderful location wonderful Will probably come back with highly recommend for families. We had grandchildren with and they loved it.

Nice place and pool!

We had a great time at this property. Having a golf cart available saved us a lot of time and money. The south east bedroom upstairs had a lot of noise from the pool pump system that made it hard to sleep in. We would recommend a heavy sleeper in this bedroom. Having close access to the beach was great for our grandkids! They loved the pool!

2024 Christmas Trip

We stayed here Dec 5-10. 4 adults and 5 children ages 5,6,8,10,14 for our annual christmas trip. Communication with the owners & management company was flawless, they always responded quickly and kept us informed. Check in was simple and we had no issues getting settled. We utilized the 2 downstairs bedrooms for the adults which both had doors available to access the back patio. The kids stayed upstairs and had plenty of room. We actually had 2 extra beds. The upstairs bedrooms both have attached bathrooms which was nice to split up the boys bathroom and the girls. The kitchen is large and the bar had enough seating for all the kids to eat breakfast there. The kitchen table also seats like 8 people. All of the kitchen utensils you could possibly need are there and available as well as an array of spices and stuff. We really enjoyed the outdoor bar and pool and spent a good portion of time out there. The pool is heated well and we even swam in the rain. They have a bunch of pool floats and toys available to use as well.The house is close to the main road of the island as well as close to stores and food places. Its a short walk to the closest beach access and we walked there several times. They even had a wagon and a cart with tons of sand toys and beach chairs. It was nice not having to buy any of that. They had plenty of bathroom towels as well as beach/pool towels available. They have an outdoor shower to rinse off before getting in the pool or coming back from the beach. O

Great Stay for Family

The house had plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 kids. Rooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms. The heated pool and the hot tub were the stars of the show. Everybody really enjoyed playing and relaxing in them. The beach access was close. The kids now want to stay where there are private pools over being on the beach. Highly recommend this home.

A relaxing oasis of everything you need!

We absolutely packed too much for our trip. Unlike regular beach rental properties we didn’t need to supply our own chairs, a wagon, golf cart, sand toys, canopies, umbrellas, boogie boards, bicycles, pool toys, kitchen appliances, seasonings, and more!

Ideal beach spot for large group

4 couples and 2 kids spent a glorious week at South Padre Island with this home as our base of operations. While we weren't directly on the beach, it's just a quick and easy 5 minute walk (or a 1 minute golf cart ride) down a quiet street, across another quiet street. The beach access has no stairs and was never crowded. However, if you like a more rowdy scene, the Wanna Wanna beach bar is just down the road a few more minutes. The house itself gave each couple plenty of privavcy, but then we could all come together in the big living room and kitchen or down by the pool. Nighttime in the pool was one of our favorite parts. Thanks to great lighting, kids could play while adults grilled fresh fish and just relaxed. The owners and managers were incredibly responsive. I had two questions when we first arrived and they texted me back answers within 5 minutes both times. Note: The fridge doesn't have ice or water in the door so make sure to get bags of ice and bottled water because SPI tap water is pretty rank. Otherwise, the house has pretty much everything you might need. The golf cart, which we rented, was perfect for running errands or getting everyone to the beach.

Beautiful and quiet

Properties great and the backyard pool is awesome for kids and family. Absolutely love South Padre. I've never been to a beach town that was so quiet (We were there for the last five days in April). Definitely coming back here again.

Family Vacation

Family Vacation with Adult Children and Grandchildren. The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the pool and bar area. We were in a quiet part of town with a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Our tropical backyard was designed by a top Houston landscape designer, and we are not shy to say that we have the best setting and pool on the Island. We love enjoying an effortless day between the ocean and pool, entertaining friends, grilling and soaking in the hot tub.
