If you want the ultimate experience of Lake Charlevoix living, then you have to see this cottage to believe it. Picture yourself being awoke by the sun rising and shimmering off of the beautiful tranquilly calm lake, as you step out onto the patio for your morning cup of coffee, and listen to the waves lap at the shoreline in front of you. This cottage sits perched at the edge of the lake with panoramic views of Boyne City, and the surrounding countryside. Watch as the weekly Tuesday night sailboat races unfold right out your patio door, or sip your favorite libation as you watch the sunset over the lake, and enjoy a fire at the waters edge. If you have never experienced Lake Charlevoix, from swimming to fishing, and everything in between you will be in awe of its majestic beauty. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably with two bedrooms, one bath, living, kitchen, dinette, and an awning covered patio. This cottage was only steps from a crystal-clear lake, and the views were truly out of this world. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset over the water, then the stars and moon at night. We enjoyed the area very much—there is so much to do. The cottage itself is a very nice, cozy little place. Thank you, Marty!

We had a wonderful time here! Close to Boyne and Charlavoix and all the sites you'd want to see there. You can walk right out into the lake and view some beautiful sunsets. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and snacks.

Family favorite!

This is our 4th stay and it was just lovely as always. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Lots to do nearby but no need when you are right on the water!

Love this cottage!

This was our second stay and we enjoyed the upgrades made to the kitchen and bathroom! The location is great and the view of Lake Charlevoix was amazing! This cottage is also very clean! We had a great stay!

Charming cottage with amazing views.

We had an amazing time! Beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix. Centrally located to Petoskey, Traverse City and Charlevoix. We would definitely go back to this charming cottage.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location! One of the only places on this side of Lake Charlevoix that is right on the water-- no crossing the street required. Very convenient to get to Boyne City, Charlevoix, Walloon etc so there's tons to do nearby.

On the Lake

Great location right on the lake. Adorable place with everything you need. House was just as described on line. Highly recommended.

Very clean nice cottage!

This Cottage was everything we expected, literally 10' from water! Awesome location close to everything in Boyne City but far enough away to stay out of the hustle and bustle! Marty the property manager was very helpful too! Very nice trip!

Little piece of heaven

Highly recommend this adorable little cottage. Beautiful lake views. Sits right off of the road but the traffic isn’t noisy or bothersome. Not a far drive from downtown Charlevoix. Very close to downtown Boyne and a short drive to Walloon lake. We hope to return soon!

Great Cozy Cabin

This was an adorable cottage in a wonderful location. It is just a short drive into town and to other neighboring cities. Being right on the shore of the lake was amazing and relaxing. We caught a few fish off the dog amd watched boaters go by. Perfectly calm and scenic mornings. Marty was helpful amd easy to communicate with. We never figured out the wifi but that was fine since we were out and about most days.

Cozy and Relaxing

Property is what the pictures show. It is small and simple. In my opinion it is almost perfect. Kitchen is tight, but does the job! Dock was a blast for the kids to jump off of. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. One even gave us firewood for the fire pit. Great location, excellent view. Patio is very nice for relaxing. Swimming is good. It is a little close to the road, but easily shielded with the nice patio. Overall, I'd go back again.

Wonderful lake front cabin!

My family of 4 and pup loved this cabin right on Lake Charlevoix. Perfect location between Boyne City and Charlevoix. The long dock provided ample fun our children and pup to jump and swim. Easy tie up for our Lilypad. Easy in and out steps. Plenty of outdoor seating for eating and lounging, full sun or shade. Fire ring and comfy seating for an evening fire right on the water. We brought up our 21ft. speedboat and used the marina 1/2 mile from the cabin for launching. Explored the South Arm a few times, docked in Charlevoix and even boated to Petoskey. Plenty of parking at cabin for boat and truck. Kids loved the bunk bed. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the essentials, including ample towels, condiments and paper products. 2 TVs and wifi. Just bring swim towels and your suit and you'll be all set. Would definitely stay again!

Great little cabin!

Not a very big place but packs a big punch! Awesome being right on the lakefront but is somewhat close to busier road. Cottage has everything you need for lake life and is in good location close to Boyne and not too far from downtown Charlevoix. Would definitely stay again with a group of 4 or 5!

Perfect Cabin

The cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Everything was clean, it was a small cabin but we were vacationing without kids so it was great. The lake was right outside our back door and we felt like we had privacy until the last day when all of a sudden our dog started going crazy and there was a lady on the back porch watering flowers. She scared me to death and it was not a good feeling, I would have appreciated an advance notice before the neighbor came over for privacy reasons since our back door was wide open except for the screen door and it was 8am and we were not prepared for visitors. I also would not have minded to water the flowers myself so maybe give people the option in the future. Other than that which happened literally 3 hours before we checked out it was perfect. No washer and dryer but plenty of towels are provided. The kitchen was small but we didn’t really cook. The dock was great, ducks visited daily. The bed was very comfortable if you like soft beds. We would stay again!

Great getaway

Overall great time. Nice little cottage and very well decorated plus everything you would need for cooking or anything else. Property manager was also very pleasant and helpful
