I do not use a management company. I have managed our condo for 15 years. Please read the reviews. I am prompt with returning emails/texts, and am always available. The condo is kept extremely clean and well maintained.

However, starting in 2024 there will be a $200 cleaning fee assessed.

This beautifully furnished, three bedroom, two bath condominium sits ON THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY at Barefoot Resort and Golf. The condominium, located in the gated EDGEWATER development, Building 2 and boasts a beautiful pool located on the waterway, (gated also), resident's club, fitness center, and hot tub. All are within 200 feet of your condominium.

The condominium has a hotel caliber lobby with mahogany walled elevators and a sitting room off the hallway on each floor. The balcony, located off the living room in the condo, is a glorious place to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail and watch the boats as they sail by. There is a formal dining area that easily seats 6.

The ocean is less than 2 miles away. You may drive there and park on the street/sidestreets or in the public lot at the end of 46th Avenue South. You can also get there and back via the SHUTTLE service that picks you up right at the Edgewater entrance. There is a shuttle schedule on the refrigerator. It runs from May to October. Bring your own beach chairs for the beach.

All Linens are provided at no extra charge, as well as all bath towels, hand towels, etc. and beach towels. You must take you own garbage out to the dumpster.

You will find the condo stocked with garbage bags, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, napkins, coffee filters, saran wrap, foil, hand soap, etc. This will save you from bringing this from home if you're driving or save you money if you are flying.

The kitchen has all dishes, glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots, pans, serving bowls, baking sheets, blender, etc. If you need it in a kitchen it is there.

There is so much to do and see... Four championship golf courses onsite - Love, Dye, Fazio, and Norman - along with over a hundred other golf courses along the Grand Strand. Shopping abounds with Barefoot Landing less than one mile away, Tanger outlets, etc. Enjoy famous restaurants such as Greg Norman's Australian Grille and live entertainment at the House of Blues and Alabama Theater.
Myrtle Waves Water Parks is great fun for the entire family. Don't forget the amusements parks, miniature golf, etc. Never a dull moment.
