Located in the desirable Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, our condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and queen-size bed in the third. Sleeper sofa is a queen. If three couples rent, we can move the 2 twins together to make another King Size bed. We will do the furniture moving-so ask when you book this condo. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with great sunrise and ocean views, and master bath with a whirlpool tub, and double sinks. End unit with windows on 2 sides, giving you better views.
The condo also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'd have at home. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining room has a table for six with a bay window to view the beach area, and bar stools at the breakfast bar. We also have a stereo system with CD player. All the bedrooms have a flat screen TV's and DVD player in LR. Gaming systems connect for the kids. We also have a high speed wireless internet connection, so bring your laptop to check email or look for things to do in Myrtle Beach. Tourists' favorites include Barefoot Landing, where there are shops and dining galore, Tanger Outlet, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and more. Broadway at the Beach is just a drive away where you can find more to do and nightlife to enjoy. The complex has heated enclosed pool, for winter and open for summer season. Nice lounging area for sunning and outdoor grilling area for a family cookout. Our building also has a secured lobby and twin elevators for quick service. The Pinnacle has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation at the beach, and best of all we are close to Barefoot Landing and all of the restaurants, shopping and many amusement centers.
I always recommend getting a local newspaper to see the entertainment for the days your there. Local Owner Managed unit.

Property was everything we wanted

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Property was dated but very clean. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. I would stay here again.

It's not a Million Dollar View.... IT'S A TWO MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!! Watched the sunrise and sunset several times... absolutely beautiful. Very spacious condo, kitchen had everything and more than we needed (cooked several meals there). We were more than comfortable throughout. King bed was big and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying there.... Location was perfect also.

Fun at the Pinnacle

We brought three of our grandchildren with us and all had a great time. Our unit was spacious and we loved being right on the beach.

Spring Vacation

Nicely located by the beach. Proximity to many shopping area. Owner is helpful and easy to reach. Check-in is easy. Kitchen is fully stocked. It is an end unit thus quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family spot

This is a great place to take your family and we had a great time. Plenty of room in the condo and if something isn’t right the owner will help get it right. It’s kind of a smaller condo complex so elevator access and parking isn’t a big hassle. Easy quick beach access. For a family trip it was a great place to stay and honestly for the money I don’t know how you could beat it.

A wonderful trip!

The view is absolutely beautiful! We were able to meet Ron when we got to the condo. He was so helpful and told us about some of his favorite places to visit while at the beach. The condo was extremely clean which is very important to us! Well stocked kitchen utensils, pots etc. We loved the condo. We look forward to our next stay at the condo.

Our stay

Pros If you are looking for inexpensive- no frills place to stay - this is the place! Amazing ocean views like the pics show. Great access to beach and centrally located in NMB. Ron is a great owner and very good communicator Cons Besides indoor pool no amenities. Beds not most comfortable but work. AC does not go below 72, so if you like it cold while sleeping it would be an issue

Perfect location & Comfy Condo

This was our 1st time staying at this location/condo and we absolutely loved it! The owner of the condo was quick to answer any questions we had and had the condo very organized with all useful information. Everything was explained easily and there were even take out menus with notes on their faves, best times,etc.. The location was close to shops, dining and only a couple minute drive to our favorite place- Barefoot Landing! The condo was very spacious and clean. It was a little out dated but we didn’t mind. We loved the 2 balconies, the amazing views and that we could walk right out onto the beach! The beach wasn’t overcrowded and neither was the condo! It was very relaxing! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect family vacation rental

Our stay was exceptional. The unit had everything we needed for the week. We ate two meals a day in the unit and had everything needed to prepare those meals. We spent part of each day at the beach and on the one rainy day we had we used the pool. The one thing I wanted to mention for people with mobility issues like I have is that the unit was completely accessible. Doors, hallways, rooms all have enough space to move with a walker or wheelchair. Also I have to mention the views, there are none better on the strand. We will be back to this unit for sure.

Truly a million dollar view

Very pleased! First time staying at this condo unit and found it to be the most peaceful and quiet place I have ever stayed at in all my years of going to the beach! We never heard any outside noise or from other residents. The building itself and area was neat and clean as well as the condo which was furnished with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Beach was extremely clean and family oriented. The view of the ocean was visible from three different places in the condo. Being an end unit was a bonus! We liked the place so well that we have reserved the same unit for this time next year. Lastly, I talked with the owner twice on the phone prior to going and he was extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place 👍!

In 1978 I purchased my first rental property. Since then I have owned as many as 9. 39 years renting in the area.
The Pinnacle Oceanfront 3 bedroom is my favorite in North Myrtle Beach SC.
Moving to the area in 2000 was one of my better decisions. I enjoy the area and the Ocean.

If you gave me a Million Dollars, I could not get you a better view of the Ocean.
This Oceanfront condo is larger than others because it is on the end of the building. This also gives you windows on three sides and allows for more sunshine. Others seem more like a motel with only one view outside.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

All my rentals include Linens (sheets and bath towels), Maid clean up on departure.
We do not charge a travel insurance fee, a non refund damage fee, nor do we charge a agreement writing fee.
A Damage Deposit or Credit Card is required.
When asked we will move the 2 twins together making it a King Bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Asigned agreement is required.
