Northbreakers just completed a multi-million-dollar facelift while the inside has all new flooring, refurbished kitchen cabinets, new quartzite countertops and fresh paint throughout.
Relax around the large pool/hot tub that is limited to only property guests. This well-stocked condo sleeps six comfortably.
Sit back and enjoy your well-deserved vacation and forget about the stress and strains of everyday life!
This unit has free WIFI access.
NOTE: A minimal ocean view is available from the lanai.
Also, the summer period only permits weekly rentals commencing on Saturday.

Very clean and well maintained - both unit as well as the entire property. Excellent communication with the owner and made us feel very welcome and right at home. Others on the property we very friendly as well. While it was cool a couple of days we enjoyed getting out and walking a significant distance on the beach. Definitely would enjoy staying in the same unit again the next time we are on SSI.

Great spot. We went after Christmas and pretty much had the pool/hot tub all to ourselves. Beautiful beaches. Very clean and updated on the inside. The only downfall is you can’t see the beach from the balcony. Owner was really nice and helpful. St. Simons has lots of great restaurants and shopping and definitely go see the lighthouse.

Our first time visiting ST Simons Island. We booked last minute. We will be back! Location of condo was great to village and WW2 museum. Several restaurants. There is a tiny ocean view from balcony.Very quiet. I just can't say enough about the owner, Charlie. He is the best communicator and extremely kind. Five stars for him!!

The pool and hot tub on this property are awesome. The distance to the beach was longer than expected especially since the condominium is ocean front. Limited view of the ocean from our condo. The owner was wonderful with communications ensuring the condo was up to standard. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again if returned to the area.

The condo is exactly as states and pictured- very modern and nicely decorated. We made this our home base for a week of exploring St Simon’s Island and Jekyll Island. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms were great. Had a bit of a water problem first day or 2, but the owner was quick to respond and spent the time to get things fixed- we appreciated his efforts!Everything went well the rest of the week! It’s always nice to have a full kitchen and full washer/dryer- all top of the line too. We hope to go back in the Spring! Would stay here again for sure

We loved our stay at this sweet condo. Our kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. Short drive to several restaurants and Moo Cow Ice Cream. Charlie was very relaxed, and we enjoyed that he didn’t have a lot of rigid rules for the condo. St. Simons Island is charming, and we hope to stay here again.

Would I stay here again? YESThis is a comfortable condo on the 2nd floor, and the pictures on VRBO are accurate. The owner was very helpful when couldn't find the entry codes. This is an issue with VRBO not the property. FYI, VRBO likes to use the app, but finding the room code is buried inside of several clicks. We never did find the gate code. Thankfully, the owner was able to provide us with the info and we had a great stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and quiet, in a great location, and there was great communication from the owner. Check in and out were easy and we appreciated that checkout wasn’t until 11. However, the floors were pretty dirty and several of the essentials were not provided. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap for one of the bathrooms (it was close to empty when we arrived), dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. Normally the rentals we’ve stayed in previously have provided a couple of extras of each of these things, but there was just one paper towel roll provided, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, and just the one trash bag that was already in the kitchen trash can. It was nice that there were a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board provided, but there are no beach towels provided so remember to bring your own.

Pleasant Stay, Great Property Manager

We were pleased with North Breakers. It is beach front, but it is a hike to the beach because a hurricane a few years ago deposited a massive amount of sand (so East Beach is much larger than it used to be). That isn't anyone's fault.The amenities were nice - all fairly new appliances. The unit was recently renovated and nicely decorated. The property manager was EXTREMELY good at communicating. Probably the best I've experienced. He was friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly. The dishwasher (we think) was leaking towards the end of the week. It wasn't that big of a deal to us since we were mostly using paper plates and such. We just washed the few dishes we used by hand. But the manager coordinated with us to fix it as soon as we left - and kindly gave us a small refund for the inconvenience. We certainly didn't expect that, but it shows how attentive he was to our needs.We will most definitely be back, and thank him for a pleasant stay.

Nice stay for a small family

We love the location of this condo. There is a bit of a walk to get to the beach, and after several days of rain, that walk was very muddy and covered in puddles. It took several days for the path to clear up. There was water in the floor of the condo when we arrived. I contacted the owner and he was very responsive in attempting to fix the problem. We thought it was from the dishwasher, so instead of having it fixed, we chose to just hand wash our dishes all week. There was no leaking water the rest of our stay, so I’m still not certain where the water came from. The code for the front gate that we were given was incorrect, so we had difficulty entering the property; however, another guest offered us the code. These were minor inconveniences that did not ruin our stay, just a little frustrating at the time. Overall, we love this beach and this condo is perfect for our small family. The pool area is nice to and we enjoyed using it daily.

Great condo

Very clean and spacious. Owner very responsive to inquiries. We’ve never been to St Simons so the beach access was a little tricky to navigate the first time but the condo is well stocked, clean, and comfortable

Fantastic Location and Condo

We had a wonderful time! This was our first time visiting SSI and we fell in love. It The condo was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. All the amenities and facilities were great and the management was helpful and friendly. We loved the location, so many great restaurants and access to the beach is easy to navigate and surrounded by beautiful wildlife. The host was very responsive and helpful, we are already planning a trip back!

Spring Break 2025

Everything was great. The property was clean, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We tend to go to different places each year, but if we go back for an extended stay, we will certainly look at staying there again if it is available.
