Oceanfront Corner Unit with Wraparound deck. It's practically on the beach!

This condo is incredible! You won't find one any closer to the beach! This ocean front condo is nestled over the dunes on the second floor. In higher floor condos, you usually have to stand at the window to see the beach, but not with this condo! Panoramic views of the ocean, beach and palms greet you from every room.

The beach access is right outside. And being on the second floor gives you a choice of using one of five elevators or taking the stairs.

This condo is gorgeous and is in the Wyndham resort which has 7 pools, 11 hot tubs, two lazy rivers, restaurant, tiki bar, arcade, two gift shops, fitness, lakes, fountains, bridges, etc.

The condo is in the best location. It is centrally located between North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach so you have easy access to both. It is two miles from Barefoot Landing (5 minutes) which is the highly popular area like Disney city with lakes, bridges, shops, restaurants, entertainment and fun!

It is near Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage and lots of restaurants. The Tanger Outlet stores are one mile away. For all your supplies and groceries, the new Wal-Mart Superstore is also just one mile away.

The Wyndham resort is upscale and the grounds are simply beautiful, all at the ocean front. It is right off the highway so access is easy and you won't be delayed by traffic.

There is a washer and dryer in the condo and a laundry room just down the hall outside the condo if you want to do more than one load at a time.

There are lots of fun things on the beach within an easy walk. There is the pier, more tiki bars and restaurants, and the Hilton, on one side, and a state park on the other so whether you want entertainment or a quiet beach walk, you have a choice!

We have a 7 night minimum in the summer.

Great stay at Sea Watch!

Nice get away

Condo was clean and had ample room for 5 adults and one child. Resort was maintained and we felt safe there. We will stay there again sometime.

Convenient, beautiful location

This condo was so nicely kept, the location worked wonderfully for all of us. It's one of the nicer condos I've stayed in this resort over the past 7 years. Highly recommend this one!

Great location

Great location and value. Right on the beach! The unit is on a low floor so you can hear noise in the open breezeway down below but it wasn't too bad. Overall, great location and worked well for our family.

Great Stay

Our condo was great! We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. It worked well for our group of 9. Having the pools and hot tubs in the complex was a plus for when the kids got tired of playing in the waves we would go play in the pool instead.

Beautiful beach view

After a small problem checking in all went very well. The location is perfect and the view was grand. The beds were comfortable. There was lots to keep the grandkids busy. There are nice choices close by for food and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

The only reason I would not stay there again is the umbrellas on the beach. They block you from getting to the water. I understand they are trying to make money but they need to space them out. It was very inconvenient.

Needs update

Overall was was good. Location is great. Unit itself needs to be updated. Beds, toilets, rugs. A few small updates would make this place great.

Great place to stay

The property is in a great location and is in great shape. The only complaint that I have is the coffee maker. Please update to a Keurig as the existing one is old and very slow. We brought pods with us and had to purchase ground coffee. Otherwise it was well equipt. Will stay here again!

Weather, beach, condo, and atmosphere was excellent. Trying to contact owner, difficult. Had problem with front door lock, got ahold of owners ex-husband who took care of the problem, very nice man!

Perfect Vacay Spot for Kid Fun + Adult R&R Too

We booked a last-minute vacation with family... this condo was a beautiful location (no exaggeration about the view and proximity/access to ocean beach), had just enough space but felt cozy, and the surrounding resort had all the amenities we needed for days. With 4 kids of different ages, we never had to listen to complaints of boredom. And when we didn't have sunny beach weather there were plenty of NEARBY activities that kept us all occupied. We're definitely coming back. And we'd recommend to other families looking to satisfy *everyone* on a vacation!

Seawatch Stay 2024

The cooking stove looked old and dated. The refrigerator has rust on the door and squeaks when opening or closing but they still worked well. The second bathroom door had peeling paint The whole condo needs to be repainted and the range and refrigerator replaced.

Great resort...inaccurate description of condo

Resort itself was great, Security always present, amenities great for kids, easy access to ocean. The condo itself was not represented as shown and/or described. Stained carpets, still looking for jetted tub. We did buy them an electric can opener. If you have assability issues this condo is not for you..no handicap handrails in showers or near toilets. Still had a great time.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall we had a great trip, the check in process was easy. Finding the unit was easy as well. The pools and hot tubs on the property where wonderful and you are literally on the beach which was a plus for us. My only suggestion would be the cleanliness, while there was no major problems, the floors where dirty and we ended up getting swiffers to clean the floors. The couch had a cushion that was ripped and the stuffing was coming out of it. The handle to the balcony was loose and we where afraid it would fall off if we opened it a lot. These are minor issues but our stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back!

Great property that is as close to the beach as you are going to get without just being on it.

This is a well equipped second floor condo in a nice complex. Pools and spas are great for relaxing at when you are not at the beach. The bar that is close to the North tower makes great beverages although they close at 9pm, which I thought was much too soon. When I say well equipped you will not want for anything. They have all the small applicances in the kitchen along with a lot of dish ware and silverware. There is a ton of beach stuff, sand buckets, body boards, beach games, football, etc. that can be found in the property. Only down side I could see was elevator waiting, which is why I would recommend staying at this condo on the 2nd floor. Overall a great experience.

Need update

Definitely need some updates. The front door looked terrible so our first impression was “Oh No”. The kitchen appliances need to be replaced. The first bathroom commode continuously ran and it made a loud noise the first night. WOW what a scare! When you sit down on the beds they went all the way down to the floor. Need to replace ALL the mattress. Plus some of the comforters had red looking stains. Could be a really nice place if the updates took place.

Ocean Front Property

Listening to the sound of the waves every night and each morning was an indescribable experience. The location was amazing. The property was great with easy access to the beach, several pools, hottubs and a 24/7 convience store. As for the condo itself it was more than accomodating for our party of 6. The only negative I would say is it could use a deep clean and a few updates. The furniture and TVs could use an upgrade but weren't inside much to care. The beds were very comfortable, however, the sheets, especially in the Master wouldn't stay on the bed. The vacuums were old and would not pick up the sand. There was nothing to mop the floors with and the broom provided didn't pick the sand up either. I spent most of the time inside in shoes of some sort. With all of that being said. We had an amazing time and we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

This place exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and had alot of room for us. The view was beautiful. The resort had options and room to enjoy without being crowded. It had great amenities and accomodations. The room had beach toys for my son, chairs, and umbrella. It also had games that my family enjoyed. Great trip and very pleased!

I'm Katherine and I'm from North Carolina. My family and I recently bought this property always dreaming of a place to call home on the beach. My two daughters, son, and husband have been visiting this area for quite awhile and decided that we finally needed to settle in the place we liked most.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The moment I saw this unit, I fell in love with the unique view and peacefulness, even though it was in a family resort. This condo is unique in that there are resort pools so close, but no matter how loud it gets, you can't hear anything from the room or deck. All you hear is the soothing ocean.
Although we haven't been able to use it much yet, we want to extend our new home to you and your family/friends. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.
