Pointe Santo de Sanibel is a family friendly, quiet resort located on the Gulf of Mexico offering every luxury amenity that the vacationer could wish for.

This beautiful ten-acre landscaped condominium complex complete with spring fed lagoon is one of the most sought after vacation properties located on secluded, shell strewn Sanibel Island.

Beachfront Pointe Santo, with its Spanish architecture offers you amenities which include a heated pool, whirlpool, a beautiful shelling beach, beach volleyball, tennis courts, pickleball courts and shuffle board.

Only twenty five minutes away from South West International Airport (RSW), you feel you have truly arrived on a subtropical island, connected to the mainland by a scenic three mile causeway.
The island remains untouched by neon signs and traffic lights. You will discover abundant wildlife, a large native preserve, wonderful restaurants, galleries, golf and unique shops.

We are proud of our condo with its fabulous views, newly remodeled open kitchen, easily accessible first floor walk-out convenient to the pool, beach and gas grills. There are 3 smart TV's
for your enjoyment. Our condo has been totally redone with all new bedding and furniture.

Strictly a non-smoking unit, sorry no pets allowed.

The location is perfect - right on the beach and views are stunning. I wish we could have stayed longer. Home was clean and well-stocked. Loved that they provided the beach chairs, umbrella, and even beach towels. Heated pool and hot tub were nice in addition to the pool. Host was perfect and very responsive.

The condo is brand new, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. The ocean view from the patio is priceless. The condo is located on the west side of the island, which is always a plus.I also appreciated how well the Pointe Santo complex is maintained—it is very clean and tidy. There is still some construction taking place, as the clubhouse is being rebuilt, but the noise was minimal. It was not a nuisance for us, as we understand the island is still rebuilding after the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian.I truly appreciate the effort and hard work everyone is putting into restoring this beautiful island.

The whole complex is being redone - and all looks great.Some areas are still under construction, but we did not mind. It did not take away from our enjoyment. The grills for cooking outside are very nice and cleaned every morning by staff. D4 is very nice. Beach and pool- great stay (We had No-See-Ums by the thousands. Must have been the perfect time for them. But we used BodyGuard spray. It helped, but you must use it or else you will get bitten and itchy. Weather was great, warm and sunny. Still plan to return next year, Oct?

A Wonderful Resort and Condo

Our family, including a two-year-old, had a fantastic week of simply relaxing either at the pool or at the beach. Our condo was well-equipped with all the beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. We so appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Hope we can return in the near future.

Perfect family getaway on Sanibel!

The location was perfect, with convenient walkout 1st floor access to the pool and beach! The layout of the condo was great with in unit washer and dryer. It is fully stocked with kitchen amenities and everything you need to enjoy the pool and beach. Janet, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Family Vacation

Great location and property for a family vacation. The extra bedroom was perfect for the kids and grandma. Proximity to the beach was nice since it's only about 150 yards to the water's edge and the property is located about a mile from a shopping center that carries most of the essentials you might have forgotten or run out of. Shirt drive to most of the restaurants on the island but the kitchen in the condo is perfect for any size meal you would want to cook. The property even has several grills so you can cook up the fresh catch of the day. We've stayed at most of the hotels on the island over the years and will skip right to this property for our next trip. The owners were really friendly and responsive when I needed to reach out. You'll love this place, just don't stay too long so I can come back!...

Great Family Condo in Pointe Santos

We enjoyed our family trip to Pointe Santos, Sanibel (our 7th trip to Pointe Santos). The condo was well appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, etc. for our excursions to Captiva and the Lighthouse. It was also nice to be on the ground floor. The condo is steps from the beach, pool, tennis courts and bike trail and a 3 minute drive to Baily’s grocery store. It is also close to our some of our favorite restaurants including Doc Fords and the Island Cow (Mucky Duck and Gramma Dots make the list too). The condo is close to Tarpon Bay Explorers for kayaking and Ding Darling for wildlife viewing. Pointe Santos is a great for families and the condo perfectly suited our family of 5. Looking forward to a return trip.

Great Condo

Just returned from a week in Sanibel. This condo worked perfectly for us. It’s convenient to the beach, pool area and parking space. The condo is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I appreciated the owner having beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a couple of small coolers for our use. When flying we usually have to buy some of these items which wasn’t the case here. Along with the pool and hot tub, the complex had several gas grills for use. Nothing but positive comments about this condo and complex from us. The Mannings from KY

Location, location, location

The location of this condo is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and swimming pool. Additionally, it is close to so many fantastic restaurants located on Sanibel Island. The homeowner responded quickly to my inquiries. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were also provided. The lanai was fabulous!! The condo was very comfortable for four adults. I contacted the homeowner about the poor water pressure in the guest bathroom, as well as the shower head needing to be replaced. She apologized for the inconvenience and indicated she would get the problem resolved. Lastly, groceries are expensive on the island. You'll save a lot of money if you can do your grocery shopping in Ft. Myers. We had a great week. Thank you, Janet!

Beautiful sanibel getaway

Pointe Santo was perfect for our family of 5. Loved this unit because of the ground floor access and close location to the grills as we cooked out several nights. The pool is centrally located and a nice break after hours at the beach. The condo was clean on arrival and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Was nice having the beach chairs, towels and a few toys there already. My kids wanted a beach with shells and they got what they asked for...they were abundant. Location on the island was good as it was short drive to captiva and also to the lighthouse beach. Saw dolphins swimming there several times. I would recommend if you are doing much grocery shopping you stop in Ft myers just prior to the bridge at either Publix or wal mart. The store on island is convenient and has most of the things you may want but very expensive. The owner of this unit was easy to communicate with and was very prompt in returning emails with any questions I had. Overall very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this particular unit. Hoping we get to return for another visit. Thanks Janet!

We loved Sanibel and being right on beach. However for the money we paid we were disappointed in our condo. It was not clean..hair in drawers, dust hanging off ceiling fans and dishes were put away greasy. Beach chairs are next to being trash quality and with 5 adults we were hoping for more than 7 towels and washcloths. We did laundry daily to have clean towels for daily showers. Bring potholders if you plan on using the oven. The vent in bathroom did not work and light bulb in other bath was burned out. Wall clock needed a new battery. The TV screen in front bedroom is cracked when you turn it on to watch. The condo complex is beautiful...this particular unit just needs some attention.

If you love the Gulf Coast

You can see the Gulf from your screened in Lanai, there's a breeze, and sun. This condo comes with everything you need to sit on the beach. Umbrella, chairs, towels, and kids toys. A playpen in the one bed room also high chair in the dining area. Flat screens in every room. The condo is roomie. U r on the south side of the island but the sky still has nice sun sets. Everything on the island is a short drive. I rate the SANDBAR restaurant #10+. There is a pool n hot tub. But the Gulf Coast is rite there. Marine life to, see sting rays, Manatees, start fish, everyday there's dolphins. Don't be scared they are there n then gone. The water you can see if there is something there. It is not the Atlantic Ocean, Sea turtles will hatch soon. It is an experience, people have been going there 10,20,30, years. I asked cause I talk alot. My friend wants to go back again. I live in Florida it's pleasant too go somewhere no trash on the streets no homeless begging, just pleasant.

The Best Place for a Family to Stay

We debate whether or not to tell people about our experience simply because we don't like crowds, but Sanibel is a wonderful place to stay and Pointe Santo is probably the best location a family can find on the island. Highly recommend all ground floor units.

Perfect!

Beautiful property, condo was nicely furnished without being fussy, very comfortable. First floor, lanai opened into the center lagoon area, short walk to the beach. Good communication with the property owner and staff. Good location, close to shopping and dining.

Wonderful oceanfront property!

This Pointe Santo condo was perfect for our family for a 1 week stay on Sanibel Island! We had everything we needed to make meals, the outdoor patio was a divine place for coffee & relaxation, & being a short distance to the beach was excellent! The entire property is so well maintained...we utilized the pool & hot tub which was also very clean. Many different birds provided occasional entertainment for us. What a great stay!! A huge thank you to our host!
