What A View! 4 bed 2 bath Home on Beautiful Lake Martin

Located on the southeast portion of Lake Martin. 4 Bedrooms, 2 full baths. Master suite features a lake view, queen bed, bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower.

The living room overlooks the lake. There is a stacked stone fireplace with a 50" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is well equipped and should have most everything you would require to prepare meals.

The second and third bedrooms have a lake view 2 queen beds, 1 twin. The fourth bedroom has a full bed.

Spacious deck with comfortable furniture and a Gazebo overlooking the lake. It's a wonderful place to relax with your morning coffee, enjoy your dinner or have after dinner cocktails. You have a choice of a charcoal or gas grill. We have a private boat slip with 150 feet of waterfront.

PETS: $50.00 fee for each pet. The following restrictions apply. Must be completely housebroken, Flea free and past the chewing stage. Sorry no puppies. The pet must be crated if left alone in the home. Please pick up after your pet. No aggressive breeds.

Amazing view in such a peaceful cove! Easy drive to Auburn. The driveway is a little tricky but read the notes and you’ll be fine.

Great layout for us. My daughter's family had one side of the house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and we had the other side with a couples tub in the master bath. Great deck and covered boat dock. Everything we needed was provided.We're going back again if we can. Excellent vacation location, property, and stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed the property and amenities...it was almost perfect for our group and dog. My only disappointment was that the HVAC unit couldn't keep up with the midday heat. We had it set on 73 and it would creep up to 80 during the day. The nights were pleasant as the HVAC unit kicked in and kept up once the sun set.

Awesome family weekend

We loved our family getaway for the weekend. The house is cozy and beautiful with plenty of room. Linda was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

good location for local restaurants and points of interest. very nice, attractive rental. quiet and comfortable. living room, dining and kitchen areas larger than pictures. bedrooms and baths are good. large fenced grass area for dogs to roam. beautiful view from the porch overlooking the lake finger inlet. we enjoyed our stay. note: very steep concrete driveway. full breaking descending. front wheel drive vehicles will have a challenge climbing up.

Great place!

Went down for a week of fishing with grandchildren. This place was perfect!! Easy access to our boat from the home. It was very clean and decorated to fit the lake mood. It’s stocked better than most places I have stayed with linens, dishes and cookware. We will definitely book this one again!

Beautiful property and house. Pleanty of room for my family of 7 plus an infant. I loved that the deck as it was completely fenced for the dogs and 1 year old.

We stayed here last summer and were so impressed we stayed again! Linda is phenomenal! Her home is always clean and so welcoming. It’s in a perfect location for all our boating activities. Can’t want to come back next year!

Our stay was wonderful and was perfect for what we were looking for…a true getaway. The house was lovely and the owners were great to work with and were highly responsive when an issue arose. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a lake stay in a charming home.

Plenty of room with a view!

6 Adults - what a cozy and roomy place! If you enjoy the outdoors , as we do, the back deck is very inviting with plenty of seating, overlooking Lake Martin under a lit Gazebo, and for the fall a gas table fountain. They supply plenty of propane for the grill. Just a few steps to the lake for fishing or just sitting in all the provided chairs. The home is very clean and neat! Open kitchen with bar and everything you would need. Open living room with plenty of seating , dining area with seating for 6 and wood burning fireplace. All bathrooms were clean - nice size bedrooms. The family has decided we want to come back for a late spring early summer visit for boating. The host was phenomenal with communication - text or email and she will respond. Thank you Ms.Taylor for having us.

Absolutely Perfect ! !

Our yearly "Brother's Weekend" ended up at Lake Martin this year instead of the beach. This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. More spacious than pics give credit for. Lots of shade & privacy. Very clean. Owner responds within minutes with precise anwers & super nice. Looking forward to staying here again!! Thank you for sharing your little oasis with the Watkins Family !!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place to stay and have fun in the lake. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us to be in this area but we would definitely stay here again if we have a reason to find ourselves at Lake Martin again. If you find yourself wanting Mexican food while you’re there, Burrito Corner is a cute little Mexican restaurant in an unexpected location. Highly recommended!

Memories for a lifetime

Our stay was amazing! The property was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was stocked with all essential items. Linda, our host was awesome during the whole process prior to booking and after. She replied promptly and was very informative. We celebrated two birthdays and had an engagement during our trip and the location and house were perfect! Our favorite part was the dock! We would throw a float in the water and just relax for hours. Linda’s home is absolutely beautiful and I am so appreciative that we were able enjoy our stay at Lake Martin there. I highly recommend this property and especially Linda!

Our family lives in South Florida. About 28 years ago some friends of ours built a home on Lake Martin. They invited us up over the summer for a couple years and we got hooked. Lake Martin is our little piece of heaven on earth. It is where I go to recharge. There is just something so peaceful about sitting on the deck and having your morning coffee and just enjoying the great view.

We have had our paradise on the lake for about 20 years. There are so many memories with family and friends that are priceless. My sons enjoy tubing, skiing and wakeboarding. Of course there is always the thrill of jumping off Chimney Rock. Chuck's Marina is a nice little place to get away with friends and enjoy the music and pizza.

We have packed picnic lunches and gone up to Wind Creek State Park or sometimes just pick an island, kick back and relax.
In the evening when things quiet down 'the older folks' sometimes just go out for a quiet sunset cruise and admire some of the absolutely gorgeous homes.

We feel very blessed to have our little place on the lake and it is gratifying that we can help other families have wonderful memories also. Our home in Florida is a little over 600 miles from our lake home, a lot of the locals are surprised that we drive so far, but it is worth every mile.

We are located toward the end of a cove. It is quiet and peaceful because there are only a handful of homes past ours. It is safe to swim yet we are just a few minutes from the big water and all the action. A short bat ride to Chuck's Marina, The Ridge Marina, Goat Island and Chimney Rock.
