*** This cabin is located approximately 10 minutes from Elk Springs Resort and just 15 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg. Easy to get to, convenient and yet secluded.

Your group will enjoy the many features offered in this luxury 5 bedroom cabin including hot tub, game room, home theater with 9 foot theater screen and surround sound, 5 bedrooms, 5 and 1/2 baths, a gourmet kitchen, covered decks with amazing views.

Relax in the great room or gather in the kitchen with your friends and family where you'll enjoy amazing views of the smoky mountains. many travel to the mountains but just can't find a cabin with views. You'll have both seclusion and views as well as a convenient location just 15 minutes from downtown.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 9 adults and 4 children all under the age of 5. Plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect and the view was everything I hoped for. It was less than a 30 minute drive to all of the attractions in town. However, the cabin feels like you are the only ones on the mountain. We saw several black bears around the cabin, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.

June family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great the view was beautiful and had enough space for everyone. The grill was out of propane though and we had some issues with a few of the toilets. Also we could never figure out where the thermostat was for the bottom floor so it was really cold down there. We couldn't get the projector to stay on or the ice machine. But overall everyone had a great time we made smores and hot dogs on fire pit.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is big enough but not clean. The lights in the kitchen and dinning area are very dusty and the bedsheets and comforters on every bedroom looks very old and not tidy.

Fun in the mountains!

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

Heavenly Heights

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

Gatlinburg family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was the most bear related we have ever had going to the mountains. We saw trash not only around the cans but out in the yard. We picked up marshmallows all around the fire pit, then watched a bear walk through the back yard. On Wednesday we called for a trash pick up and the man who came did not have enough room in his car to take all the trash. On Thursday we watched a mother bear and two cubs walk through the back yard. Tuesday was raccoon day. The lady bugs would scare the grand kids.

Great Cabin!

The outside fire pit we loved but I would suggest a walkway to it since you had to walk down a hill to avoid accidents.

The house setup was perfect for us with the living space on the middle floor and plenty of room for everyone on each floor. Location was great as well, not too far out of downtown Gatlinburg.

A peaceful stay, both close enough to the surrounding towns yet far away from the noise. We left and already started planning out next trip. We will definitely use elk spring resorts again!

Vacation with Family

Beautiful views, nicely decorated and room for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay and even booked this cabin again next year. Not many complaints except internet does not work at all and mattresses could be better.
