. Maui Banyan is an ideal and popular vacation getaway, conveniently located in South Kihei, just a short walk away from the beautiful Kamaole Beach Park II (lifeguard-attended) and the nearby shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautifully landscaped & exceptionally well-maintained, offering 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tennis court, free parking & 2 extremely well-maintained outdoor BBQ areas. In the middle of the best strip of beaches on the island, the Banyan is close to Keawakapu and Kamaole I and III. World-class shopping within a couple of miles in Wailea, along with many 5-star restaurants and resorts. The Banyan is located near the Kihei Boat Ramp where you can catch dive boats and rafts, or a short drive to Ma'alaea harbor for all the cruises offered. We are a 5-minute walk to the beach for sun, snorkelling, & coastline walks. Also a few minutes walk to lots of shopping and restaurants and short drive to the exclusive Shops at Wailea.
Kihei is not as touristy as Ka'anapali or Wailea, no big resorts and has a more local vibe to it. It's a great community with many parks, shops and things to do.

We offer a beautiful 2-bedroom unit that has been stylishly updated and remodelled recently and continues to be updated. It can be rented as 1 bedroom as well. Our suite, located in the T building which offers a nice quiet and private space near the back end of the property. It is a great location to work remotely! With the morning sun, our lanai is cool and shady. We are favourably located on the quiet side of the BBQ are and upper pool. There is big screen Smart TV in the living room and Roku TV in the studio bedroom. The unit is just a brief walk through the gardens across the street from the beaches; snorkeling, sailing, many golf courses and dozens of other activities are all nearby. We have a private double-width lanai (patio) accessible from living room and bedrooms.
Free high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer in the unit, Pack-N-Play portacrib/playpen, highchair, air conditioning in living room and studio bedroom, ceiling fan in main bedroom, portable fans, kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, wide assortment of small appliances, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, essential spices and cooking supplies, and much more! Amenities included with our condo: towels and beach towels, boogie board, beach chairs, soft and hard coolers,beach noodles, children's toys, snorkelling gear.

Great Location

The Maui Banyan is a very nice clean condo. Itā€™s the best one on the corner with lots of foliage around the back porch on ground level and right across from parking. Itā€™s a short walk across the street to the beach and many other restaurants, shops, and beaches nearby. We surfed, snorkeled, and went on a hike with waterfalls. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

Weā€™ve been to Maui several times prior and have not loved staying at a place as much as we have as this one! The location was central to everything in Kihei and the complex is so well kept. The condo itself is extremely clean and taken care of. Lana was prompt, thorough, easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back!

Great place!

Enjoyed the closeness to the pool and grills. Beautiful sunsets from the beach. Great central location to beaches, bars, and food. Great place to cook and relax after a full dayā€™s activities. Enjoyed all the extras, like the beach chairs, snorkel equipment, coolers, travel mugs, full kitchen etc. Great place for families or a few friends. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to family and friends!

Kihei stay

Very happy with the stay and the property. The Maui Banyan pool was amazing and perfect for my 2 year old. Close to a lot of food spots and great beaches. The condo was clean and it has a fully loaded kitchen to do any cooking you choose. Pool area has really clean grills to use as well. Very happy and did not want to leave. We will be back!

Perfect Condo for families

We had a fabulous stay in Maui and this condo was perfect for my family. Itā€™s has been recently remodeled throughout and is beautiful! Location is right across from Kam beaches and within walking distance to many restaurants. Love that you can pull-up next to the patio makes it super easy to load/unload all of your beach stuff each day. Pool and hot tub are nice as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot to stay in Maui

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and conveniently located in Kihei. Lana was an amazing host. We need something shipped to us last minute and they made it happen. They are great communicators and very organized. Remember to look at there guest book when you first arrive it provides excellent information on what to do and see in Maui. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!!

We had a great time @ Lana's condo!! It is so beautiful and the furniture and decor are lovely. The storage is limited, so we put suitcases inside of each other and put the bags on top of the tall armoire! The microfiber beach towels are so cute and it was great to have all beach toys/towels/chairs and umbrellas readily available! We hope we can go back in the future!!

Fantastic Location & Host

This VRBO was a fantastic location for our stay in Maui directly across the street from a great beach park. The unit is on the ground floor in a quiet and peaceful corner of the complex only a short walk from the pool and bbq area. The unit was clean and as described in the listing. Lana was very responsive as a host prior to our stay and through the couple questions we had during our vacation. Check in and out was seamless. I would stay here again on future trips to Maui with my family.

Great stay for family.

The condo is in the Maui Bayan complex in Kihei, across from beach, and near shops and restaurants. The unit is located near pool and BBQ grills. The patio was a plus. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with comfortable rooms. It is a short walk to the beach. Overall it was great choice for our family and would consider again. Host was easy to work with, and accommodated a late check out request. Would recommend for a family. We enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We love Maui. The property is located in a great area in Kihei. Overall the place was great! They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and small coolers. The main bedroom has air conditioning. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan.... it was fine. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for being great host!

Perfect getaway!

Maui is always a beautiful place to visit. But the accommodation were perfect for our family. The condo had wonderful access to the pool and grills. The ground level made access much easier for me aging parents. The lanai was large and accommodated us easily. Loved to hear the roosters in the morning and evening greeting from the cat. Beds were very comfortable and we slept great! We have stayed at Maui Banyon 4 times and our accommodations were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone with older parents.

The property had roaches and sink hot water was not working. Floor by a window had started to buckle due water leak. The tv in a bedroom didnā€™t work. Musky smelling when we first arrived. The beach was great due to its location.

Great stay

We had an amazing time. The unit has everything you could possibly need and more; every kitchen gadget (including blender and electric kettle), condiment, cleaning supply (including laundry detergent), beach need (boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and more!), etc.! The unit looks recently remodeled and it was so cute. We loved the floor-level lanai. We enjoyed the BBQs and outdoor space. The only drawback is that the unit is located in the last building, farthest away from the beach. So the walk to the beach was a bit much for my elderly mom. But still close enough that itā€™s definitely walkable if youā€™re able, especially to some of my favorite beaches (such as Kamaole II, which has great snorkeling) and to some restaurants/shops. They even had plastic plates and cups for little kids. Very family friendly. Overall a great experience. Communication was good throughout. Canā€™t complain!

Clean property, with issues

This was a clean property and it is on the main road which is across the street/up the road from the beach. Your view is of the parking lot and this unit is as far away from the road/beach as you can be in this complex. The showered head was broken, the t.v. in the living room was broken (which they informed me of 2 days before I got there). The t.v. remote volume in the master bedroom didn't work and in the other bedroom the instructions were in Spanish only. Check out was at 10am. My husband was pulling the car around so we didn't have to pull our luggage all the way to the parking lot. At 10a.m. the maid knocked on the door. I asked her for a few minutes so we can get the luggage out of the room and I was contacted by the owner within and hour telling me that checkout is at 10am and if I could inform them that the showered was broken earlier. I'm felt like I was being kept on a tight schedule and I had responsibilities to keep them informed of their property. This was not my best experience.

Underwhelmed

Maui Banyans is a great complex. Clean pools, amazing grounds and great location. Weā€™ve stayed there several times before. This VRBO was disappointing for the amount charged. Patio wasnā€™t well kept up, most of the gear provided like chairs and snorkel stuff was so old it was rusted/unusable. Really old food in the cupboard and fridge. Both A/C units ran , but did not cool the rooms. This felt like one of the most frustrating things because when you pay hotel prices you expect for things to work well. We killed at least 12 cockroaches over the week and a half we were there and there is a warning about it on the welcome info so we kept our food in closed containers. One or two- no big dealā€¦12?! The last thing that was wrong was that one of the showers would not drain at all. I reached out to the owner about this and they sent a plumber the next morning, but after they fixed it you still couldnā€™t shower for more than 3 mins without overfilling the shower. I feel like it shouldnā€™t be the renters job to report all these problems when they come to stay. Long story short it felt like a place where cleaners come in between guests, but the owners must never be there to check in on things. This vacation was a splurge for us and I am really upset that I went through VRBO and a private owner because the people we traveled with stayed in the same complex, went through Costco so it was a lot less money, had a mid-week cleaning, and had a MUCH better condo.

Great location for family

Our stay at the condo was mostly great. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It's also extremely close to the beach and quiet at night. The only two things that were not perfect was first, the AC inside of the master bedroom was broken when we arrived. Lana was very quick to respond and replaced the unit by the third day. But because the first night was extremely hot, it was very uncomfortable to sleep through the night. The 2nd thing would be that the master bedroom was outdated, especially the bathroom part. But overall we had a great time staying at the condo. My toddler had enough space to play and run around, she also swam at the pool which was only a few steps away. The condo locates in a very convenient location with restaurants and shops nearby, I highly recommend booking your stay with them.

We are very active and avid travellers from Vancouver and love the warmth and sun. We love the outdoor beauty of Maui from the ocean to the mountains and wanted to have a place to call our own but to share with others when we must return home.

The Maui Banyan is located in Kihei - which has the best weather and beaches on the whole island and is also centrally located on the island. Great location to be able to walk to restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. Nice to be in the middle of most locations on the island.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We love this place because it is so close to the fantastic beaches and within walking distance to many restaurants, activities, shopping, etc.. We have newer renovated decor and ground floor accessibility from inside and out. The fact that our suite is located in the T building near the end makes it very quiet, peaceful and secluded yet still only a few minutes to walk to the beach. The parking lot is directly across from our suite and can be accessed from our lanai.
