Beautiful home situated among majestic red rock cliffs. Hiking, ATV, and horse trails within walking distance of home. 2 miles from the center of town, conveniently located to BLM office, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Meticulously cleaned and maintained.

The primary bedroom has a Cal King Bed, the Master Bath has a Jacuzzi jetted tub, and a walk-in shower with walk-in closets.

2 Guest rooms with Queen beds.

Day-room, Cable, 46" Smart TV and X-Box with games.

Dining room table seats (6) + (2) bar chairs.

Leather Couches in the living room with 65" Smart TV, DVD, and wireless internet.

Covered deck with dining area for (6) with BBQ in the backyard with spectacular views of the red rocks.

Beautiful Views

This was the perfect home for our family stay. Room for everyone and everything we needed. Backyard and patio was beautiful to sit on and enjoy views of the cliff. Was in a quiet neighborhood but still close to town.

This house is in a great and beautful location. Probably the cleanest rental I have ever been in. Comfortable beds! Layout of the house is very nice allowing privacy for all. Will come again.

Vacation Stay

We loved the central location of Kenab to all of our destination points. The house was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had all the amenities needed. Loved the back patio and we ate several meals outside. Our favorite restaurant was Escobars'. The local grocery store was so nice to have close. Five star VRBO!

Perfect Location & Advice

We stayed four nights and in three full days visited the Grand Canyon North Rim, Zion, Bryce, the Pink Coral Sand Dunes, and various local stops. The host was helpful in advising us to leave early for those sites (and she was right). We were easily back to this comfortable home by late afternoon, never really worn out. We loved the Kanab area and hope to be back one day.

Honeymoon getaway

Place was immaculately clean and just a great place to stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone else that was looking for a nice home that is centrally located between national parks and other sightseeing locations. Wonderful, small nice town with friendly people and plenty of amenities. Highly recommend this home. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Great stay in Kanab!

This house is in a great location in the Coral Cliffs neighborhood. It looks just like the pictures with the back deck offering a nice view of the red rocks. Though there are many surrounding houses, it was always very quiet and nights are quite peaceful. The master bedroom is directly off of the main living space and the other two bedrooms are located in their own wing. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, which was a huge asset after our long days of recreation and in the parks. The kitchen is equipped with all of the necessities, though we used it primarily for breakfast and packing sandwiches. The house offered us ample space with decent closet and dresser storage in each of the rooms. It was clean and the owners were responsive to our messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Get Away

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay while in Kanab. After a long day of trail riding it was the perfect place to relax and get a good night's sleep. We had so much fun!

Spectacular views

Great location, perfect for all the national parks, Kanab has everything you need from restaurants to shopping. Our property manager was always available and so helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely recommend this property and stay here again

Perfect comfortable home for vacation base

We loved our 3 night stay in Kanab! The home is very clean with all the necessities and small details that make for a perfectly comfortable experience. Conveniently located in quiet area only minutes from downtown Kanab. Well appointed home, excellent communication from Host, exactly as described. Highly recommend! And don’t forget to look up at night - the view of the nighttime sky from the front yard is amazing! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Beautiful Home

We only stayed for 3 nights, but this house was set up perfectly for our family of 4. Kitchen was set up wonderfully with everything you could possibly need. Enough room for my teenagers to do their teenager things. Excellent location to see the beautiful parks in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Hiking Kanab and beyond

We enjoyed our rental . The patio was large and such a plus for the warm weather we experienced. The neighborhood was quiet and our property was beautifully landscaped. The kitchen was fully equipped and we bought unnecessary items before checking in. The layout of the home is wonderful. We did not hear anyone if they were not sitting together. The property had a cooler, frozen ice pack and ample luggage racks which were nice touches for vacationers.

Perfection!!!

This couldn't have been a more perfect location. Day trips included Zion National Park, Badlands National Park and Wall Drug, Glen Canyon/Lake Powell, Pink Coral Sand Dunes State Park, Moqui Cave and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary and The North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Having this home to come back to in the evenings to rest up for the next day was awesome! This house has everything you need for your home away from home!

A wonderful home away from home from which to visit the Grand Staircase

This is our second stay at this lovely house, and we hope to come back again. It's beautifully appointed, meticulously maintained, and well laid out. It has all the amenities we needed for our 6 night stay. Its location is great for day trips to Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion National Parks. We especially enjoyed coming home after our day trips to wine, cheese and dinner on the deck with its stunning views of the nearby red cliffs. Our only suggestion is for an umbrella for the deck table to shield guests from the late afternoon sun.
