This large and light-filled 3 bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and is a great mix of high, beamed ceilings and industrial features with modern amenities. You'll enjoy the gourmet kitchen with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, 2.5 large baths and a master bedroom with an attached bath that has a large soaking tub and separate shower. Two parking spaces are available for your use, along with an outdoor grill and patio area. The unit is on a quiet, tree lined street and is in a convenient location with Tower Grove Park, along with several restaurants and shops around the corner. You'll have easy access to major highways and are within 10-15 minutes of several St. Louis attractions.

This former horse stable has been updated into a loft-like, 2 story apartment with industrial finishes and modern features. Soaring ceilings, light filled rooms and 3 large bedrooms, bathrooms and open living spaces will make for an enjoyable stay at our Tower Grove East location. You'll be within minutes of several of the city's attractions, including:

Even nicer than the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay! The space is even more spacious and lovely than the pictures show. The kitchen is huge and very well equipped, but with enough empty drawers and cupboards for your supplies. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also roomy, comfortable, and uncluttered, with lots of room for your stuff. It is a beautifully renovated space with a pretty outdoor gathering spot for nice weather. The location is minutes away from some fun St. Louis attractions. Phyllis and Stan were terrific hosts. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to returning.

Thanksgiving Visit in St Louis

This was a perfect visit for our family. We have two adult children that came into town with us to visit family for the holidays. We each had a beautiful room, very spacious kitchen, off street parking, wonderful bathrooms with hot showers. The hosts were very kind and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a very relaxing stay! Instead of being in separate hotel rooms that would have cost more, we could all spend time together in a clean, spacious home. It’s our time to enjoy the holidays together.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Phyllis' property while in town for a family wedding. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located to all our weekend events. The building has a neat history and the renovation into its current form is remarkable. Very well done!! The neighborhood is charming and we were able to have breakfast at a pop-up restaurant. While we didn't have the need to prepare any meals during our stay, the kitchen was completely stocked with all the necessities and then some. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves traveling with our family through St. Louis in the future. Phyllis is a delightful and thoughtful host with a wonderful, unbridled sense of humor. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your abode!!

Will definitely rent here again

Lovely space, lovely people, beautiful garden AND off street parking! Quiet, spacious. Convenient to good restaurants on South Grand or the Hill, and to Tower Grove Park. Easy to downtown and the Arch or across town to Central West End.

Filled with memories!

We have stayed at this town home many times, visiting our SLU college kids. We cannot say enough about the accommodating and generous nature of the owners Phyllis and Stan. The town home has a fantastic location near tower grove park. The town home has all the comforts of home and more. We loved the outdoor space too. I hope one day to return and re visit this great city and this wonderful neighborhood’s delights.

Amazing!

We LOVED our stay! Phyllis came and greeted us, showed us around...and is a super sweet and thoughtful lady! We loved how this place was tucked away off the street with a nice sitting area/ garden in front. The house was very clean. We couldn't have had a better stay! When we return to St. Louis sometime, we will definitely look this place up again! Thank you!!

Nice place and great location

5 minutes from the Shave Duck, about 15 from downtown, Pappy's smokehouse, City Museum. The zoo and brewery weren't far away either. Botanical Gardens were only a few blocks away and the buildings there were awesome.

Thanksgiving Treat!

My family (2 adults, 2 grown sons) enjoyed our stay at this loft unit for four days over Thanksgiving. Ms. Barnes was so accommodating and even helped with directions on the way. The property was very roomy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the wonderful kitchen appliances and all the utensils and dishes I needed to help prepare a few dishes for our family gathering at another location. We hope to stay here again soon!

Beautifully rehabbed. Convenient to the highways, activities downtown.

My family enjoyed it. Big enough space for 5 adults to not trip over each other. Very convenient to I-64 and I-44 to drive to Grants farm, zoo, downtown to ballgame and ballpark village and dinner on the Hill.

I loved this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfy. I felt like it was a safe part of town. So close to the city! We could get downtown in a matter of minutes. The neighbors were so friendly!

A hidden gem in a terrific location!

This historical home was more than we expected. The homey touches through out the unit is evident of the owners care and attention. We arrived late and Phyllis was so sweet. She met us and gave us a tour of the home. Told us to not hesitate to touch base with her if anything was needed. She was just so kind. The home is an old carriage house that was remodeled. It was so fun to stay here. They also have covered parking in their quaint little courtyard. We are huge St. Louis Cardinal fans and our reason for coming was to attend a game. The location was so close to the stadium and other places we like to go. We found a neat little restaurant that we would recommend called Twisted Ranch. To sum up our stay my husband said as we left..."we will definitely stay here again!" I have never seen a kitchen as well stocked as this kitchen. Fantastic condo - REALLY enjoyed our stay!

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The unit has been totally remodeled and is very loft in feel. High ceilings in a historic building including a kitchen that would be suitable for any chef to entertain. Off street parking and a shared outside area is fantastic. All that said, the owners, Phyllis and her husband are top in hospitality. They checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and got home to Chicago safely. They had fantastic recommendations for breakfast and lunch around the area. If you are looking for a central location to get to anywhere downtown St Louis, look no further. HIGHLY recommend this 3 bedroom loft apartment.

Three generations

We only spent 2 nights here, but it was perfect for our needs. Three very large bedrooms and 2 large baths. The kitchen was wonderful with an enormous amount of counter space. The table was large enough for all of us to eat at one setting. The whole house was immaculate and very nicely furnished. The patio is at one end of the parking lot, but we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings and early morning. The parking was very convenient and love the solar panels over the parking area. Phyllis and Stan were great host and we are already talking about returning in the fall when we can plan a longer visit.

Wonderful Family Vacation over Labor Day

Our family of seven adults stayed at this wonderful home in the Tower Grove section of St Louis for a 5 day get together. There was plenty of room for all us, and we were very comfortable despite the hot weather and rain! I love how they were able to restore the home to keep the historic flavor but make it a very modern feel and layout. It was very clean and all appliances and bathrooms were like new. There were no issues at all. The location was perfect for all of our sight seeing and sampling the craft beer. It was great having Phyllis and her husband next door. They were fantastic hosts - from bringing us bug spray one buggy night and helping to change a flat tire on our last day- but never obtrusive. Thank you! We appreciated everything and would highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy St Louis!

Spacious, beautiful and convenient!

This was a surprisingly large townhouse! We were greeted by Stan who gave us a tour and was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need and tons of space. We arranged the flowers into vases for my daughter‘s wedding in the beautiful courtyard out front, which was a very nice feature. It was great to have dedicated parking as well. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. They were lots of nice little touches throughout the place, including cute little picture frames with the Wi-Fi information and toiletries in the bathrooms. The only negatives are that the open ductwork makes for loud air conditioning, the living room furniture isn’t very comfortable, and the bathrooms have no counter space to get ready. My daughter got married and we needed a lot of counter space. But on the whole, that didn’t matter because it was such a great place. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!! Thank you for your hospitality, Stan and Phyllis!

Great Location and Quality Property

The location was central to the Family that we were visiting with close by access to Starbucks (walked there in the snow) and many restaurants. The unit was spacious, comfortable and maintained like new. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice with quality showers. Would highly recommend, especially if you need three bedrooms. The owners were on site and very friendly and helpful, including a quick walk through of the property upon arrival.

Where have you been all my life!

The owner was very gracious and attentive. Couldn't ask for more - she lives next door so you don't have to worry should you need to reach her. Our group was arriving on different days and she made sure entry was available to accommodate us. If you enjoy cooking or plan to cook, the huge kitchen will make you feel at home. Plenty of space so no one is bumping into each other. There is space at the bar and a dining table for you to sit and enjoys your meals as well. Bedrooms are nice and airy, not cramped. The bathrooms are spacious. Awesome getaway and so much better than being in a hotel. The privacy alone is worth it. My family had such a great time that we are planning to return. You will not be disappointed! See you next year!

home away from home

This house was so homey and comfortable. It was well equipped, and if we needed anything, the owners were right there to help us! The beds were comfortable, a huge kitchen, everything was so clean - and so adorable!!!! Walking distance to some great neighborhood restaurants and bars. Loved it here!!! Thank you Phyllis and Stan!!!
