Take advantage of the convenient first-floor powered room right off the living area! The bedroom is located at the rear of the home, adjacent to the kitchen. Offering a trundle bed (two twin beds), a set of side tables, and a smart TV.

Let's explore the bedrooms on the second floor. The Primary Suite features a king-size bed adorned with premium quality linen and bedding with ample storage space, ensuring you can neatly organize your belongings. There's a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment—perfect for winding down after a long day. The modern ensuite bathroom boasts two vanities and a spacious walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. Three trundle beds (6 twin beds) can accommodate guests at night, and the lounge area can be comfortable during the day. The basement features an incredibly convenient full-size bathroom with a single vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a large closet. LAUNDRY

Not one, but two sets of washers and dryers are features in this lovely home! Stocked with detergent and sheets, clean laundry without hassle during your vacation.



OUTDOOR AND PARKING (PRIVATE CARPORT)

The Neighborhood:

The Tower Grove East Neighborhood is a strong south St. Louis City neighborhood rich in community spirit and architectural splendor. TGE is just east of Tower Grove Park and is one of the neighborhoods adjacent to the Grand South Grand area centered at Grand and Arsenal. Tower Grove East has a great hometown feel; it is common to run into neighbors you know at local shops and restaurants. We hope you will take some time to visit the Tower Grove East Neighborhood.



Close by, you will find the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum. Foods from around the world are served at nearby restaurants on Grand Ave with no shortage of Italian restaurants on "The Hill" nearby.



Access to major freeways is convenient for taking in a Cardinals game at Busch Stadium, visiting the arch and riverfront, stopping by beautiful Soulard, or visiting the Anheuser-Busch brewery for free samples!



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!
