Book with confidence, this nicely updated 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom (818 sq ft.) condo at Kamaole Sands. This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Kamaole Sands is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 3, this is a very scenic and popular beach, as it is great for swimming and boogie boarding. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Kamaole Sands Never disappoints!

Just Wow! Everything was perfect in this unit and so clean! I loved how stocked it was. We really enjoyed the Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the short walk to the beach or pool. The pickleball courts were well maintained and the property is kept beautifully! This was our 8th visit to kamaole Sands. PMI property management runs a great and thorough rental business. We are looking forward to planning our next visit.

Perfect first family vaca!

We stayed in this wonderful condo in Kehei at Kamole Sands. The pictures were awesome so I had high expectations which were met if not exceeded. The condo has so many great amenities, beautiful pool, close to beaches and restaurants. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Extra spacious and the second bathroom was so nice to have. Would recommend and stay here again.

Perfect location

The unit was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Close to the pool and the bbqs. The management was great as well. Quick to respond with any questions asked. We would stay here again. The only down fall is the WiFi is really bad. Sometimes it wouldn’t even let my phone get calls. Other then that a perfect stay.

Great location.

This is our second visit to Kamaole Sands. We love the property and it’s location. We stayed in building 3 back in 2018 and this time went for building 1, ground level. Overall the condo is nice with a nice ocean view but the condo itself is a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades. The sliding door and screen are in need of maintenance. The location to beach 3 can’t be beat and it is nice that beach gear is provided.

Lovely gardens, unit provided all necessities-especially necessary and easy to carry beach supplies such as backpack chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkeling gear. Nice beach is a 5 minute walk Unit clean with all cooking equipment. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Fans and air conditioning if desired. Plastic plants are not needed

Decent stay

Somewhat expensive for what you get. Easy fixes would be a thorough cleaning and fresher towels / bedding / toiletries. Bedroom location in the back is private but very dark. Bathrooms are small but updated. Nice to have washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen well stocked. Lanai opens onto beautiful manicured grounds. Distant ocean view. 2 minute walk to Kam 3 beach with nice crosswalk to cross the road. Very close to Wailea. Walkable to local restaurants.

We have been disappointed with the condition of some of the units but not since we started renting through PMI Maui. They maintain their units meticulously and fix any minor problems instantly. One problem in 2022, the Wednesday Mai Tai party did not have Mai Tais. Come on Kamaole Sands Resort, step up!

Ground floor made it easy to slip out and use the BBQ and the lawn was a natural extension of the lanai. Would not hesitate to rent there again! The condo was clean and comfortable and the complex was nicely groomed. We stayed there from Nov 28th to Dec 9th and it was fun to watch the decorating that was taking place in anticipation of Xmas. Matt was very easy to work with and answered our questions promptly, great customer service! Nice complex for children!

The great, the good, and the not so good

So overall I loved this condo. Spacious, clean, neat. Air conditioners a bit loud but have one for the main area and a separate for bedroom which was awesome. Ground level unit with fabulous view of the immaculate grounds and wonderful view of the fountains and ocean. Really well stocked with best beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards etc. We used the tennis courts a lot and they were fantastic. Kitchen nice sized and perfectly stocked (except no ice cream scoop). Door really slams hard so have to hold it as it bangs really loudly. Pretty minor. Pool area was very nice. Grounds were amazing. Loved watching sunset out on patio!!The one thing I did not like was the beach. Small beach across the street and public. Not a very deep beach and gets really crowded. We actually went to my brother's condo ( we met here for a joint trip with our wives). They had a ground unit quite close to ours that opened out to a nice lawn, palm trees, and then a nice uncrowded, much bigger beach. We played tennis etc here, then spent late mornings and afternoons there generally, then spent the evenings playing games in our condo. Another brother visited too for the day with 3 others and we had plenty of room for all and had a nice luncheon at our spacious condo. If you just want a great holiday relaxing on a beach, not the best place. Other places better for that. Everything else however was top notch. Loved it. We had the best of both worlds as we loved tennis, and loved their beach. Hard to find both in Maui. I would have liked less drab bedroom bedding but that is exceptionally minor. Furniture was all excellent and very comfortable. Super easy check in and the staff there are awesome! The hosts were fabulous and great communication. Super easy checkout, no demands for washing sheets etc. I highly recommend this unit. It was superb.
